[Pause 4 seconds] With each breath, you begin to slowly descend deeper into the peaceful ocean depths. [Pause 5 seconds] The water supports you completely, cradling you in its gentle embrace. [Pause 4 seconds] As you descend, notice how the light changes, creating beautiful patterns in the water around you. [Pause 5 seconds] Schools of colorful fish swim gracefully past.
