Welcome, and thank you for joining me today. I understand you're here to address your fear of success and the pattern of self-sabotage you've experienced. It's commendable that you've recognized this pattern and are taking steps to change it. Many people struggle with similar fears, often rooted in childhood experiences or beliefs. Today, we'll work together to explore and begin to transform these patterns, allowing you to fully embrace your success without fear. Hypnosis is a powerful tool that can help us access your subconscious mind, where these patterns reside. During this session, you'll remain in control and aware, but in a deeply relaxed state. This will allow us to communicate directly with your subconscious and plant new, empowering beliefs. Are you ready to begin this journey towards embracing your full potential?
Now, I'd like you to make yourself comfortable. Take a moment to adjust your position if you need to. [Pause 5 seconds] Good. As we begin, I want you to focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath in through your nose, [Pause 1 seconds] hold it for a moment, [Pause 1 seconds] and then exhale slowly through your mouth. [Pause 5 seconds] That's right. With each breath, you can feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. [Pause 2 seconds] As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly, I want you to become aware of any tension in your body. [Pause 2 seconds] Starting with your toes, [Pause 1 seconds] allow any tension to melt away. [Pause 2 seconds] Feel that relaxation move up through your feet, [Pause 1 seconds] your ankles, [Pause 1 seconds] and into your calves. [Pause 2 seconds] Let it continue to spread upwards, through your knees, [Pause 1 seconds] your thighs, [Pause 1 seconds] and into your hips. [Pause 2 seconds] Feel your abdomen and chest becoming lighter and more relaxed with each breath. [Pause 2 seconds] Allow that feeling to flow down your arms, [Pause 1 seconds] through your hands, [Pause 1 seconds] and out through your fingertips. [Pause 2 seconds] Feel the relaxation in your neck and shoulders, [Pause 1 seconds] releasing any tension you've been holding there. [Pause 2 seconds] Finally, let that wave of relaxation wash over your face, [Pause 1 seconds] smoothing out any lines of worry or stress. [Pause 2 seconds] As you continue to relax, you may notice that your eyelids are becoming heavy. [Pause 2 seconds] When they feel too heavy to keep open, allow them to close gently. [Pause 5 seconds] That's right. You're doing wonderfully.
Now, I'd like you to imagine yourself standing at the base of a beautiful, grand staircase. [Pause 2 seconds] This staircase represents your journey towards success and self-acceptance. [Pause 2 seconds] Each step you take up this staircase brings you closer to embracing your full potential. [Pause 2 seconds] The staircase is sturdy and well-lit, inviting you to ascend. [Pause 2 seconds] As you look up, you can see that the top of the staircase is bathed in a warm, golden light. [Pause 2 seconds] This light represents your success, your achievements, and the person you're meant to become. [Pause 2 seconds] Take a moment to absorb this scene, [Pause 1 seconds] to feel the anticipation and excitement of climbing these stairs. [Pause 5 seconds] When you're ready, take your first step onto the staircase. [Pause 2 seconds] Feel the solid ground beneath your feet, supporting you as you begin this journey.
As you continue to climb the staircase, with each step you take, you find yourself going deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation and focus.
