Now, I'd like you to find a comfortable position and allow your body to relax. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Again, breathe in deeply, and out slowly. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed. Focus your attention on your toes. Feel them becoming heavy and relaxed. This relaxation is slowly moving up through your feet, into your ankles, and up into your calves. Feel the warmth and relaxation spreading up through your legs, into your thighs, and into your hips. Now, let this wave of relaxation flow up into your abdomen, your chest, and your back. Feel your breathing becoming slower and deeper as you relax more and more. The relaxation continues to spread, moving into your shoulders, down your arms, into your hands and fingers. Feel any remaining tension melting away. Finally, let this soothing relaxation move up into your neck, your jaw, your face, and the top of your head. Your entire body is now completely relaxed and at ease. As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply, I'm going to count down from 10 to 1. With each number, you'll find yourself drifting deeper into a state of relaxation and focused awareness. 10... 9... drifting deeper... 8... 7... more and more relaxed... 6... 5... letting go of any remaining tension... 4... 3... entering a state of calm focus... 2... and 1. You are now in a deep state of relaxation, ready to accept positive suggestions for change. Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful garden. This is your personal energy garden, a place where you can cultivate and harvest the vitality you need for your work day. As you step into this garden, feel the soft, lush grass beneath your feet. The air is crisp and invigorating, filled with the scent of blooming flowers and fresh earth. Look around and notice the vibrant colors surrounding you. There are trees with leaves that shimmer with golden light, flowers that pulse with radiant energy, and a clear, bubbling stream that seems to sing with vitality. Now, slowly open the door. As it swings open, you're bathed in a warm, golden light. Step through the doorway and feel this golden light enveloping you, filling you with energy and purpose. With each breath you take, you're drawing in more of this revitalizing energy.
