Breathe in slowly through your nose... and out through slightly parted lips... With each exhale, imagine any tension leaving your body... Allow your eyes to gently close as you continue breathing slowly and naturally... Sinking deeper... relaxing more completely with each breath...

Picture yourself on the first day of your new course. You arrive feeling calm, confident, and ready to learn. The classroom is a positive environment full of friendly people who are also excited to gain new knowledge. You take your seat, open your notebook, and feel completely at ease, knowing you are prepared to make the most of this opportunity.

As you go deeper now, imagine descending a staircase, with each step taking you to a more profound state of relaxation. 10... 9... 8... Letting go of all worries and doubts... 7... 6... 5... Feeling more calm with each number... 4... 3... 2... 1... You've arrived at a place of total peace within your mind, ready to receive positive suggestions.
