Welcome to this focused attention hypnotherapy session. Please ensure you're in a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. While listening, avoid operating machinery or driving. If you wear contact lenses, you may want to remove them for comfort. You may experience a deep state of relaxation, and that's perfectly natural. If you need to become alert at any time, you can easily do so. Your mind will always remain aware enough to deal with any situation that requires your attention. Now, find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and when you're ready, we'll begin. [Pause 10 seconds]

Take a moment to focus your attention on a fixed point slightly above eye level. [Pause 4 seconds] As you maintain your gaze on that point, notice how your eyes might begin to feel heavy. [Pause 5 seconds] With each blink, your eyelids may feel heavier and heavier. [Pause 6 seconds] You might notice that maintaining focus becomes more challenging, and that's perfectly fine. [Pause 5 seconds] Allow your eyes to blink naturally, knowing that each blink brings you closer to a deep state of relaxation. [Pause 7 seconds] The muscles around your eyes may begin to feel tired.
