Welcome to our hypnotherapy session today. I understand you're here to work on a personal goal through hypnosis. Before we begin, I want to assure you that hypnosis is a safe and natural state of focused attention. You'll remain in control throughout the session, and you can open your eyes and become fully alert at any time if you need to. During this session, you may experience a deep sense of relaxation, and your mind may wander at times - this is perfectly normal. Remember, there's no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis. Your subconscious mind will absorb the positive suggestions even if your conscious mind drifts. Do you have any questions before we start?
Alright, let's begin. Please make yourself comfortable and take a deep breath in [Pause 2 seconds], and exhale slowly [Pause 2 seconds]. That's right. Now, I'd like you to focus your attention on a spot on the ceiling or wall in front of you. As you continue to stare at that spot, you may notice that your vision begins to blur slightly [Pause 2 seconds]. That's perfectly fine. With each breath you take, allow your body to relax more and more [Pause 3 seconds]. You might notice that your eyelids are starting to feel heavy [Pause 2 seconds]. When they feel too heavy to keep open, just let them close naturally [Pause 5 seconds]. That's right, allowing your eyes to close whenever you're ready [Pause 3 seconds]. Now, I'm going to count backwards from 10 to 1. With each number, you'll find yourself drifting deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation. 10
Imagine yourself in a peaceful place [Pause 2 seconds], a place where you feel completely safe and at ease [Pause 3 seconds]. This could be a beautiful beach
Now, I want you to imagine a staircase in front of you [Pause 2 seconds]. This staircase has 10 steps, and with each step you descend, you'll find yourself going deeper into relaxation [Pause 3 seconds]. Let's begin. Take the first step down
In this deeply relaxed state, I want you to focus on your goal [Pause 2 seconds]. Visualize yourself having already achieved what you set out to do [Pause 3 seconds]. See yourself in that moment of success [Pause 2 seconds]. How do you feel? [Pause 3 seconds] What do you see? [Pause 3 seconds] What do you hear?
