Now, I'd like you to focus your attention on a spot on the ceiling or wall in front of you. As you continue to stare at that spot, you may notice that your vision begins to blur slightly [2 second pause]. That's perfectly fine. With each breath you take, allow your body to relax more and more [3 second pause]. You might notice that your eyelids are starting to feel heavy [2 second pause]. When they feel too heavy to keep open, just let them close naturally [5 second pause]. That's right, allowing your eyes to close whenever you're ready [3 second pause]. Now, I'm going to count backwards from 10 to 1. With each number, you'll find yourself drifting deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation. 10 [1.5 second pause], 9 [1.5 second pause], feeling more and more relaxed [1.5 second pause], 8 [1.5 second pause], 7 [1.5 second pause], drifting deeper [1.5 second pause], 6 [1.5 second pause], 5 [1.5 second pause], halfway there [1.5 second pause], 4 [1.5 second pause], 3 [1.5 second pause], almost there [1.5 second pause], 2 [1.5 second pause], and 1 [2 second pause]. You're now in a deep state of relaxation, open to positive suggestions that will help you achieve your goals.

Imagine yourself in a peaceful place [2 second pause], a place where you feel completely safe and at ease [3 second pause]. This could be a beautiful beach [1.5 second pause], a serene forest [1.5 second pause], or any place that brings you comfort and tranquility [3 second pause]. Take a moment to notice the details of this place [2 second pause]. What do you see? [3 second pause] What sounds can you hear? [3 second pause] Perhaps you can feel a gentle breeze on your skin [2 second pause], or the warmth of the sun [3 second pause]. As you explore this peaceful place, you feel a deep sense of calm washing over you [3 second pause]. With each breath, you feel more and more relaxed [2 second pause], more at peace [3 second pause]. Now, I want you to imagine a staircase in front of you [2 second pause]. This staircase has 10 steps, and with each step you descend, you'll find yourself going deeper into relaxation [3 second pause]. Let's begin. Ninth step [1.5 second pause], and finally, the tenth step [2 second pause]. You've now reached the deepest level of relaxation [3 second pause]. In this state, your mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions that will help you achieve your goals.

In this deeply relaxed state, I want you to focus on your goal [2 second pause]. Visualize yourself having already achieved what you set out to do [3 second pause]. See yourself in that moment of success [2 second pause]. How do you feel? [3 second pause] What do you see? [3 second pause] What do you hear? [3 second pause] Allow yourself to fully experience this moment of achievement [5 second pause].
