How to Use Hypnothera
To get started, you'll need to create an account.
Creating an account on Hypnothera is easy. Just go to https://hypnothera.ai/auth and use your email and a strong password to sign up.
You will need to confirm your email by clicking the link sent to the email you used to sign up. Just make sure to use the same device you signed up from to continue the process, i.e. if you signed up using your laptop, open the link in your email from that same laptop.
You can now go to Hypnothera and see your Dashboard. It will be empty, since you haven't customized any hypnosis sessions yet. Click the Create New button and it will take you to https://hypnothera.ai/quick-gen. This is where you can personalize a hypnosis session for your needs specifically.
Be as specific or as generic as you wish. You will be able to edit your script later. If you have to go into very private matters that you do not wish to be shared with anyone else, make sure to uncheck the "Make My Script Public" box.
This is the fun part. You can go through each section and edit it to your liking. Quick Scripts will always follow this format, but I will keep adding more templates to use so you can employ the techniques that work best for you.
Then pick the voice that you like. I'll keep adding more voices, so if you don't hear one you like yet, keep an eye on your emails for an update!
Just like that, you can edit and enhance each section. The syntax for adding pauses is <break time="1s" /> for a 1 second pause, <break time="2s" />, and so on.
You can use Magic Enhance if you're feeling lazy, uninspired, or just want to hand over the nitty gritty details of your idea to the Hypnothera AI.
Finally, when you're ready to go, just click the Generate Audio button and leave the rest to us! Audio generation with AI is getting scary good at the moment. At this rate, within a year or two the voices will be indistinguishable from reality. Currently they are already quite good, but they require some extra tender love and care which is why it takes a bit longer. All the better to serve you!
You will be redirected to your Dashboard where you can see the status of your generation requests. They will usually take just a few minutes, but could take longer depending on how bombarded we are by requests.
Finally, your session is ready! Click on your session to begin listening.
Congratulations! You've just created a personalized hypnosis session, custom tailored to your needs. Nobody else in the world has this hypnosis session, nor would they want it anyway - it's just made for you!
Just click Play and you're good to go. Some people enjoy reading along with the transcript, so we left that in for you. If not, just close your eyes, breathe, and get into your trance.
