Now, I'd like you to find a comfortable position and allow your body to settle into that space. Take a deep breath in through your nose, [Pause 4 seconds] and exhale slowly through your mouth. [Pause 4 seconds] Good. With each breath, you'll find yourself becoming more and more relaxed. [Pause 3 seconds] Breathe in deeply again, [Pause 4 seconds] and as you exhale, let go of any tension in your body. [Pause 4 seconds] Focus your attention on your toes.
