Deep Trance Training | Listen 7 Nights

This is night one of REWIRE. Seven nights. Seven descents. Each one taking you deeper into the architecture of your own mind. Tonight is about learning the path down. About teaching your body what it feels like to let go completely. Find a position you can stay in for the next thirty minutes. Lying on your back is ideal. Legs uncrossed. Arms resting at your sides or on your stomach. Eyes already closed or about to close. There's nothing to do tonight except follow the feeling of your own body letting go. No effort. No trying. Just the slow, systematic release of tension from your feet all the way to the top of your head. By the end of this week, your mind will know this path so well that the descent will happen in seconds. But tonight, we walk it together. Slowly. Deliberately. Establishing the ritual. Let's begin.

Start by noticing your feet. [5 second pause] Don't try to relax them. Just notice what's there. [6 second pause] The weight of them against the mattress. [5 second pause] Any tension held in the toes, the arches, the heels. [6 second pause] And now let that tension begin to dissolve. [7 second pause] Not because you're forcing it. But because your feet have been waiting for permission to let go. [6 second pause] This is the first step of the descent. Your feet releasing. [8 second pause] The muscles in your feet have been holding on without you even knowing. Now they can stop. [7 second pause] Feel the relaxation spread across the tops of your feet. [6 second pause] Through the soles. [5 second pause] Into each toe individually. [7 second pause] Your feet are becoming heavy. [6 second pause] So heavy that moving them would require effort you no longer have. [8 second pause] And that's exactly right. [5 second pause] Moving up now to your ankles. [6 second pause] The place where tension accumulates from every step you've taken today. [6 second pause] Notice how your ankles feel. [5 second pause] And then notice them softening. [7 second pause] The tightness draining out like water from a glass. [6 second pause] Your ankles becoming loose. [5 second pause] Fluid. [6 second pause] Part of the growing stillness in your lower body. [8 second pause] Now your calves. [5 second pause] The large muscles that carry you through your days. [6 second pause] They've been working. They've been holding. [5 second pause] And now they can stop. [7 second pause] Feel the sensation of your calves sinking deeper into the surface beneath you. [6 second pause] Heavier with each breath. [6 second pause] The relaxation moving up through your shins. [5 second pause] Past your knees. [6 second pause] Your knees don't need to hold anything right now. [5 second pause] They can simply rest. [7 second pause] Let your knees soften. [6 second pause] The joints becoming loose and heavy. [8 second pause] Up into your thighs now. [5 second pause] The powerful muscles of your quadriceps. [6 second pause] Notice any tension there. [5 second pause] The habitual holding. [6 second pause] And let it go. [8 second pause] Your thighs sinking. [5 second pause] Heavy. [6 second pause] So heavy that the idea of moving them seems distant now. [7 second pause] The backs of your thighs pressing into the mattress. [5 second pause] Or the chair. [6 second pause] Whatever surface is holding you. [6 second pause] Sinking into it. [7 second pause] Becoming one with it. [8 second pause]

This is the descent. [6 second pause] The first layer of REWIRE. [5 second pause] Each night this week, you'll go deeper. [6 second pause] But tonight is the foundation. [5 second pause] Tonight your body learns what it feels like to release completely. [7 second pause] Imagine yourself at the top of a staircase. [6 second pause] Ten steps down into the center of yourself. [6 second pause] Each step takes you deeper into relaxation. [5 second pause] Deeper into the quiet. [7 second pause] You've been here before, in dreams. [5 second pause] In those moments before sleep when the world goes soft. [6 second pause] But tonight you're arriving consciously. [5 second pause] Deliberately. [7 second pause] Establishing the ritual that will rewire you from the inside out. [8 second pause] Take the first step down. [6 second pause] Ten. [8 second pause] Feeling your body grow heavier. [5 second pause] The staircase is wide and safe. [6 second pause] The walls glow with a soft, blue light. [5 second pause] Supporting you. [6 second pause] Now it can rest. [8 second pause] Six. [7 second pause] Halfway down the staircase now. [5 second pause] The blue light growing softer. [6 second pause] The air growing warmer. [7 second pause] You're entering the deeper layers of yourself. [5 second pause] Where the rewiring happens. [8 second pause] Your chest and upper back releasing. [6 second pause] The muscles between your shoulder blades letting go. [5 second pause] Your ribcage expanding more freely with each breath. [7 second pause] Five. [8 second pause] Deeper still. [6 second pause] Your shoulders dropping away from your ears. [5 second pause] The weight of the day sliding off your shoulders like water. [7 second pause] Your arms becoming heavy. [5 second pause] So heavy. [6 second pause] Your upper arms. [5 second pause] Your elbows. [6 second pause] Your forearms. [5 second pause] All of it sinking. [8 second pause] Four. [7 second pause] The relaxation flowing into your hands now. [5 second pause] Your palms. [6 second pause] Your fingers. [5 second pause] Every tiny muscle in your hands releasing. [7 second pause] Your hands might feel like they're floating. [5 second pause] Or like they're made of stone. [6 second pause] Either sensation is perfect. [8 second pause] Three. [8 second pause] Your neck releasing. [5 second pause] The place where you hold everything you haven't said. [7 second pause] The muscles along the sides of your neck softening. [5 second pause] The back of your head growing heavy against the pillow. [7 second pause] Two. [8 second pause] Your jaw loosening. [5 second pause] Your tongue resting softly in your mouth. [6 second pause] Your eyes relaxing behind your closed eyelids. [7 second pause] One. [10 second pause] The bottom of the staircase. [6 second pause] You've arrived. [8 second pause]

In this deep state, your mind is open. [6 second pause] Receptive. [5 second pause] Ready to be rewired. [7 second pause] Tonight is simply about the descent. [5 second pause] About teaching your nervous system what it feels like to let go completely. [8 second pause] But even now, the rewiring has begun. [6 second pause] Your brain is learning that safety exists. [5 second pause] That relaxation is possible. [6 second pause] That the patterns of tension you've carried for so long are not permanent. [8 second pause] They can be released. [5 second pause] They can be rewired. [7 second pause] Over the next six nights, you'll go deeper. [5 second pause] You'll access parts of yourself that have been hidden. [6 second pause] You'll release patterns that have been running on automatic.
