What is a spiral induction in hypnosis?

A spiral induction uses a spinning or visually rotating spiral pattern as a focal point to absorb attention, quiet the analytical mind, and guide the listener into a deep trance state. Sustained gaze at the spiral promotes eye fatigue and mental stillness, both of which support hypnotic depth.

Is it safe to listen to deep brainwashing hypnosis sessions?

When used responsibly for entertainment or personal exploration of trance states, immersive hypnosis sessions like this one are generally safe for consenting adults. You remain aware on some level throughout and will naturally emerge if anything requires your attention. Always listen in a safe, comfortable environment where you do not need to operate machinery.

How long should a deep trance hypnosis session be?

Deeper hypnotic work benefits from sessions of 20 to 45 minutes, giving enough time for a thorough induction, a sustained deepening phase, and the delivery of suggestions before a gradual emergence. This session is designed to run approximately 30 minutes to support genuine depth.

Can hypnosis actually increase my hypnotic responsiveness over time?

Yes. Regular hypnosis practice has been shown to deepen the conditioned response to trance cues. Repeated sessions that use consistent triggers, such as a spiral image or specific mantras, can train the unconscious mind to enter trance more quickly and deeply with each subsequent session.

What are hypnotic mantras and how do they work?

Hypnotic mantras are short, present-tense affirmations repeated silently or aloud during a trance state. Because critical mental resistance is reduced in trance, these repeated phrases are more readily absorbed by the unconscious mind, reinforcing the themes and suggestions at the core of the session.

Settling In

This session will turn you into a brainwshed hypno slave.

Relaxation

Feel the weight of your body against the surface supporting you. Notice the temperature of the air on your skin, the subtle sensations of touch and pressure. Your breath is already beginning to slow, isn't it? You can feel the rhythm of your heartbeat, steady and calm. Your eyes are fixed ahead, staring into the space before you. There's no need to think or analyze, just be here, fully immersed in these sensations. You're already starting to enter a trance state, can't you feel it? The world around you is fading into the background, and all that matters is this moment, this experience.

The Scene

Now, imagine yourself in a dark room, a brainwashing clinic. You are strapped to a table, securely and comfortably, staring up at the ceiling. Above you, a huge black and white spiral disc begins to spin. See the spiral, its contrasting colors swirling in a mesmerizing pattern. Feel the straps holding you in place, not as restraints, but as anchors allowing you to fully surrender. The air in the room is cool and still, and the only sound is the faint hum of the spinning disc. Your eyes are locked on the spiral, drawn deeper into its center with each rotation.

Going Deeper

Stare deeper into the spiral. Don't resist, just let your gaze be pulled inward. With each spin, you feel yourself sinking further into trance. The spiral is hypnotizing you, and you love it. Deeper and deeper you go, as the patterns blur and merge. Your mind is emptying of all thoughts, filled only with the spinning motion. You can't look away, and you don't want to. The spiral is your gateway to profound hypnosis. Feel the trance deepening with every second you stare. You are getting deeply hypnotized, and it feels so good. The darkness of the room envelops you, and the spiral is your only focus. Keep staring, deeper and deeper.

The Work

While in this deep trance, repeat these mantras silently in your mind. I love to be deeply hypnotized. I crave brainwashing. I want to stare deeper into the spiral. I obey. I am a hypno slave. Let these words sink into your unconscious, becoming part of you. The spiral spins, reinforcing each suggestion. I love to be deeply hypnotized. I crave brainwashing. I want to stare deeper into the spiral. I obey. I am a hypno slave. Each mantra deepens your trance further, making you more receptive. The spiral is your master, and you are its willing subject. I love to be deeply hypnotized. I crave brainwashing. I want to stare deeper into the spiral. I obey. I am a hypno slave.

Future Rehearsal

Imagine future moments when you see a spiral or think of hypnosis. You will instantly feel this deep trance returning. The cravings for brainwashing will arise naturally. You will want to obey, to surrender to the hypnotic experience. The spiral will always be a trigger, pulling you back into this state of blissful submission. In those moments, you will repeat the mantras automatically. I love to be deeply hypnotized. I crave brainwashing. I want to stare deeper into the spiral. I obey. I am a hypno slave. This will happen effortlessly, as your unconscious mind has been perfectly programmed.

Returning

Now, slowly begin to bring your awareness back. The spiral on the ceiling starts to slow its spin. You can feel the straps releasing, but you remain in a light trance. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, let your eyes gently close if they haven't already. You are returning to the room where you started, feeling relaxed and refreshed. In a moment, I will count from one to five, and with each number, you will become more awake and alert. One, coming back gently. Two, feeling more present. Three, aware of your surroundings. Four, almost fully awake. Five, open your eyes when you're ready, feeling calm and centered.

Closing

As you go about your day, remember that these suggestions are now part of you. They will work in the background, enhancing your hypnotic responsiveness. Thank you for allowing this deep immersion. Until next time, take care and trust in your unconscious mind. Goodbye.
