21 Days: Weight Loss

Three weeks of daily hypnosis that rehearses calmer eating, one autopilot moment at a time.

A 21-day weight loss hypnosis journey for people who know what they want to eat and still find the evening snack, the stress grazing, or the second helping happening on autopilot. The first days reconnect you with real hunger and fullness. The middle of the journey rehearses your own trigger moments, like the late-night kitchen, the hard day at work, or the weekend away, so a calmer response feels familiar when the moment arrives. The final days build the identity of someone who eats this way without strain and knows how to recover from an off day without starting over. Every session is generated around your moments, your reasons, and your routine. This is a wellness and self-improvement practice. It does not replace advice from a doctor or dietitian, and if you live with an eating disorder, use it only alongside support from a qualified professional.

Answer a few questions

Your answers define what this journey means for you — in your own words.

Day 1 is generated for you

Your first session is created immediately, personalized from your answers.

One day at a time

Each new day unlocks as you go — every session builds on the one before it.

Days 1–5

Listen to Your Body

Reconnect with real hunger and fullness, and see your autopilot moments clearly without judging them.

1

Coming Home to Your Body

Begin by settling into your body as it is today, with no judgment and no plan to change it yet. Learn the calm, slow breath that anchors the whole journey.

2

Real Hunger, Real Fullness

Learn to tell the difference between body hunger, which builds slowly and any food will do, and head hunger, which arrives suddenly and wants something specific.

3

Watching the Autopilot

Replay an ordinary day from a calm distance and watch the automatic eating moments happen, the cue, the reach, the taste, without blame.

4

What the Food Is Really For

Look at what the autopilot food gives you, the comfort, the reward, the break, and notice that the need is real even when the food doesn't meet it.

5

A Craving Is a Wave

Meet a craving in slow motion and learn its shape: it rises, peaks, and passes on its own, usually within minutes, whether or not you act on it.

Days 6–11

Rewire the Moments

Rehearse your own trigger moments one at a time: the evening kitchen, stress, boredom, screens, social meals.

6

The Evening Kitchen

Rehearse the hour that tests most people: the house goes quiet, the day is done, and your feet walk toward the kitchen on their own.

7

Stress Without Grazing

Enter a genuinely stressful moment and practice the new sequence: notice, breathe, name what you need, and choose. Food stays an option, not an automatic exit.

8

Bored, Tired, or Hungry?

Learn to catch boredom and tiredness dressed up as hunger, and give each one what it actually asks for.

9

Eating With Attention

Slow one meal right down: smell, colour, texture, the first bite and the tenth. Taste more and notice when enough arrives.

10

Screens Off, Plate Present

Rewrite the meals and snacks that happen in front of a screen, so you actually taste and register what you eat.

11

Meals Out and Other People

Stay relaxed at restaurants, parties, and family dinners: enjoy the food and the company, decline seconds easily, and skip the guilt afterward.

Days 12–17

Become Someone Who Eats This Way

Shift from dieting to being someone for whom calm eating is normal, with movement and rest that support it.

12

I'm Not on a Diet

Cross the identity line: stop being someone who is dieting, counting, and white-knuckling, and start being someone who simply eats this way.

13

Moving Because It Feels Good

Find movement you'd choose even if it burned nothing: the walk, the dance, the stretch. Your body moves because it likes to, not as punishment for eating.

14

Two Weeks of Evidence

Gather the proof: every craving outlasted, every evening rehearsed, every meal you tasted. Your responses are already changing.

15

Kind Words, Steady Choices

Turn down the inner critic. Harsh self-talk after eating is what usually restarts the cycle; kindness is what keeps you on track.

16

Rest, Water, Rhythm

Support your body's signals: steady meals, enough water, and real sleep make cravings quieter and choices easier.

17

At Home in Your Body

Spend time in your body with appreciation for what it does today: carrying you, holding people you love, getting you through the day.

Days 18–21

Make It Last

Pressure-test the change against hard days and off days, and future-pace a life where this is settled.

18

The Hard Day Test

Live through a genuinely bad day, with conflict, exhaustion, and the thought 'I deserve this', and watch yourself come through it calmly anyway.

19

An Off Day Is Just a Day

Take the drama out of an off day in advance: one big meal or one weekend is a data point, not a verdict. The next meal is a fresh choice.

20

A Year From Now

Stand a year ahead with eating that feels settled and calm, and look back at these three weeks as the turning point.

21

Settled

Bring it all together, the hunger check, the wave, the rewired moments, the kinder voice, into one quiet fact: you know how to eat in a way that feels good, and how to come back to it.
