Begin by finding a safe, quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Allow your arms to rest by your sides, palms facing up, open.

Take a long, deep breath in through the nose… and exhale gently through the mouth.

Once again—deep breath in… and exhale, letting go.

Let your eyelids grow heavier with each blink… until they no longer want to stay open. And when they close, let it feel like a curtain falling on the outside world.

Nothing to do. Nowhere to be. Only this.

Let’s begin to relax the body: • Relax your forehead… smooth and soft. • Unclench your jaw. Let the tongue fall from the roof of your mouth. • Shoulders melting down away from the ears… • Chest soft… heart open… • Stomach loose… hips heavy… • Legs completely relaxed… all the way down to the tips of your toes…

As I count down from 15 to 1, allow each number to guide you deeper. Imagine descending a soft spiral staircase, and with each step, you’re letting go more.

15… Stepping down… 14… A little quieter now… 13… The world above drifts away… 12… Deeper still… 11… Safe, quiet… 10… Halfway there… 9… Floating inward… 8… Drifting… 7… Mind slowing… 6… Muscles melting… 5… Breathing is automatic… 4… Lightness and depth… 3… Almost there… 2… Completely safe… 1… Arrived in the sanctuary of your inner world

Now, in this relaxed state, imagine standing at the edge of a forest path. The air is warm. Gentle sunlight filters through the trees.

In front of you stands a gate—old, wooden, hand-carved, familiar.

It leads to a private garden. A sacred, inner landscape—where the truth of who you are lives. Where your sexuality has always existed—whether known or unknown.

You reach out, slowly, and open the gate.

Step inside.

The garden is alive with beauty—flowers blooming, vines gently swaying, birdsong in the distance. The scent of the air is intoxicating—part earth, part memory, part desire.

This is your inner truth-scape.

Here, time does not exist. Here, shame does not live. Only honesty. Only softness.

In the center of the garden is a warm stone bench, surrounded by flowering trees. You sit here. Safe. Supported.

And you wait—not to figure yourself out, but to listen to what arises.

Now, above your head, imagine a warm golden light—like sunlight and honey blended.

This is the light of compassion. Of deep truth. Of healing curiosity.

Let it gently pour into you through the crown of your head. Slowly, slowly.

It fills your scalp… your forehead… your face and jaw… your neck and throat—opening expression. Your shoulders, chest, heart… Down your spine, to your pelvis, thighs, knees, calves, feet.

Your entire body is bathed in warm light.

You are glowing from the inside. Relaxed, safe, open. Nothing hidden. Nothing forced.

And now we begin the exploration. Let your mind float back—without force—toward your early experiences of attraction.

Who was the first person you were drawn to? Not necessarily someone you loved—just someone who awakened something in you.

Let the image form gently. There is no right answer. Just curiosity.

Let this memory unfold. Where were you? What did you feel in your body? Excitement? Confusion? Safety? Shame?

Now allow other memories to surface.

Moments where you questioned something about yourself. Moments of desire you tried to hide. Moments of closeness that sparked a response—physical or emotional.

Watch them as if on a screen in the garden.

No judgment. Just observation. Your unconscious is offering pieces of your truth.

Now ask gently:

“What parts of me have been hidden?” “What did I desire, but never allow myself to say?” “What truth was whispered in dreams I ignored?” “What am I scared will happen if I admit what I want?”

Listen for answers. Breathe through any tightness that comes.

Now bring up your present. What do you notice when you feel desire now? Does it have a gender? A shape? A type? Or is it more about a feeling? A safety? A connection?

What would it feel like to give yourself full permission… to desire what you desire?

Now imagine someone approaching in the garden. Not a real person. But a part of you—your Erotic Self.

They may look like you. Or not. They may be gendered, fluid, shifting, unknown.

They walk toward you with confidence. And they sit beside you.

They hold all your longing. All your permission. All your honesty.

Look into their eyes. They say to you:

“You don’t need to choose. You only need to feel. I am not here to be explained. I am here to be embodied.”

Ask them now: “What truth are you here to show me?” Let them answer. Let the answer surprise you.

Now ask: “What do I need to release to fully accept my sexuality?”

Listen. Receive.

And feel your Erotic Self gently merge into your body. No separation. You are now one.

You are complete. You are free.

Visualize being intimate—with someone of any gender. Feel your body relaxed, attuned. Your voice clear. Your eyes open. There is no pressure. Only presence.

You feel confident. Whole. You belong to yourself.

And from this future version of you, receive a final message:

“Keep walking toward truth. I am already within you. You are not lost. You are just returning.”
