With your eyes closed, I want you to take a slow, deliberate breath in through your nose. [5 second pause] And release it fully through your mouth. [6 second pause] Good. Notice any tension sitting in your scalp, your temples, your forehead. [5 second pause] And as you exhale now, let it soften. [7 second pause] That's right. Moving down to your eyes, your jaw, your neck. [5 second pause] Let the muscles around your eyes go completely slack. Let your jaw drop just slightly. [6 second pause] And your neck, releasing any tightness you've been carrying. [8 second pause] Down into your shoulders now. This is where so many people hold the weight of their day. A private space that exists only for you, between one version of your day and the next. [8 second pause] In the centre of this room, there is a single chair. Comfortable, supportive, perfectly sized for you. [6 second pause] You walk toward it now and sit down. [7 second pause] And as you sit, you notice something on the floor in front of you. A small, glowing container, like a glass jar with a lid, sitting quietly on the floor. [8 second pause] This jar is where you place everything from the last call. [6 second pause] The questions that threw you off. The moment you stumbled on a number. The investor who seemed distracted. The energy you spent. The things you wish you'd said differently. [8 second pause] You don't need to carry any of that into the next room. [6 second pause] So now, slowly and deliberately, you reach into your chest, into your mind, and you begin to place it all in the jar. [10 second pause] Every residual thought.
