[3 second pause] If you need to move or adjust your position at any time, you can do so easily while maintaining your relaxed state. [5 second pause] Now, when you're ready, gently close your eyes and allow this peaceful journey to begin.

I'm going to help you release all those thoughts and conversations from today. [5 second pause] You know how your mind has been replaying things, don't you? Now, as you rest in this peaceful state, I want you to imagine a gentle, warm wave of relaxation beginning at the top of your head.
