Present Moment Awareness Hypnosis | Progressive Relaxation

Welcome to this mindfulness hypnosis session. Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. You may sit or lie down, whichever feels most natural. If you're driving or operating machinery, please return to this session when you can give it your full, relaxed attention. During this experience, you'll remain aware and in control, able to adjust your position if needed, and can open your eyes at any time. Your mind may drift - this is perfectly normal. Simply return your attention gently to my voice whenever you notice this happening. Let's begin by taking a comfortable position and allowing your eyes to remain softly open for just a moment longer. [4 second pause]

Gently allow your eyes to close whenever you feel ready. [5 second pause] Take a deep, comfortable breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And release it slowly through your mouth. [5 second pause] With each breath, feel yourself settling more comfortably into your position. [4 second pause] Notice the weight of your body being supported. [5 second pause] Beginning with your toes, allow them to completely relax. [6 second pause] This relaxation flows up into your feet. [5 second pause] Moving into your ankles. [4 second pause] Flowing up into your calves and shins. [5 second pause] Your knees becoming heavy and relaxed. [6 second pause] This peaceful feeling spreading through your thighs. [5 second pause] Your entire lower body becoming deeply relaxed. [7 second pause] The relaxation moving into your hips. [5 second pause] Flowing through your lower back. [4 second pause] Moving up your spine. [5 second pause] Spreading across your abdomen and chest. [6 second pause] Your shoulders releasing any tension. [5 second pause] Down your arms. [4 second pause] Through your elbows. [4 second pause] Into your forearms and wrists. [5 second pause] Your hands and fingers becoming completely relaxed. [7 second pause] This peaceful feeling flowing up your neck. [5 second pause] Across your face. [4 second pause] Your jaw softening. [5 second pause] Your forehead smooth and calm. [6 second pause]

You find yourself in a peaceful garden of mindfulness. [5 second pause] The air is perfectly comfortable. [4 second pause] Gentle sunlight filters through leaves above, creating a soft, dancing pattern on the ground before you. [6 second pause] There's a comfortable bench here, inviting you to sit and observe. [5 second pause] As you settle in, you notice how the present moment unfolds like a gentle stream before you. [7 second pause] Each breath, each sensation, each sound becomes a point of peaceful awareness. [8 second pause]

With each breath you take, you sink twice as deep into this peaceful state of awareness. [6 second pause] Ten. [4 second pause] Sinking deeper into presence. [6 second pause] Nine. [4 second pause] Every sound and sensation anchoring you to this moment. [7 second pause] Eight. [4 second pause] Thoughts may come and go like clouds in the sky. [6 second pause] Seven. [4 second pause] You remain peacefully aware. [7 second pause] Six. [4 second pause] Diving deeper into this moment. [6 second pause] Five. [4 second pause] Everything else gently fading away. [7 second pause] Four. [4 second pause] Pure presence embracing you. [6 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Perfectly relaxed. [7 second pause] Two. [4 second pause] Deeply aware. [6 second pause] One. [4 second pause] Completely present. [8 second pause]

In this state of deep awareness, you discover that being present is your natural state. [6 second pause] Your mind is like a clear, calm lake, reflecting everything exactly as it is. [7 second pause] When thoughts arise, you observe them with gentle curiosity. [6 second pause] They're like leaves floating on the surface of that lake. [7 second pause] You don't need to chase them or push them away. [6 second pause] Simply observe them as they naturally pass by. [8 second pause] With each breath, you strengthen your anchor to the present moment. [7 second pause] Your awareness grows stronger and clearer with each passing moment. [6 second pause] You find it easier and easier to return to this state of presence. [7 second pause] Your mind naturally remembers how to be here, now. [8 second pause] This ability to remain present grows stronger each time you practice. [7 second pause]

Imagine yourself tomorrow, going about your daily activities. [6 second pause] Notice how you naturally pause throughout the day. [5 second pause] Taking moments to connect with your breath. [6 second pause] Feeling your feet on the ground. [5 second pause] Being fully present in conversations. [6 second pause] Noticing the simple pleasures around you. [7 second pause] When your mind wanders, you gently guide it back. [6 second pause] Each return to presence becomes easier and more natural. [7 second pause] You find yourself enjoying more moments of clarity and peace. [8 second pause]

Now it's time to bring this renewed awareness back to your physical surroundings. [5 second pause] I'll count from one to five, and with each number, you'll become more alert and refreshed. [6 second pause] One. [4 second pause] Beginning to feel energy returning to your body. [5 second pause] Two. [4 second pause] Becoming more aware of your surroundings. [5 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Feeling refreshed and alert. [5 second pause] Four. [4 second pause] Taking deeper breaths, bringing gentle movement back to your fingers and toes. [6 second pause] Five. [4 second pause] Eyes opening when you're ready, feeling completely alert, refreshed, and present. [7 second pause]

Remember that you can return to this state of mindful presence anytime you choose. [5 second pause] Each time you practice, your ability to remain present grows stronger. [6 second pause] Your mind becomes clearer and more focused. [5 second pause] You are developing a natural ability to stay grounded in the present moment.
