Phone Addiction Relief Hypnosis | Listen Before Bed for 14 Days

Before we begin, please make sure you're in a comfortable position where you can remain undisturbed for the next hour. [3 second pause] You can lie down in your bed or sit in a comfortable chair - whatever feels most natural for you. [3 second pause] Place your phone on silent mode and set it aside, out of reach. [3 second pause] Rest your hands naturally at your sides or on your lap, whichever feels more comfortable. [3 second pause] You can close your eyes now or keep them open until I guide you to close them - whatever feels right for you in this moment. [3 second pause] This session is designed to help you drift into natural, peaceful sleep, so there's no need to try to stay awake until the end. [3 second pause] Simply allow yourself to relax completely and let your mind and body do what they naturally know how to do. [3 second pause] If you fall asleep during this session, that's perfectly fine and exactly what we want to happen. [3 second pause] This is a safe space for you to let go completely.

Let me tell you a story about a journey that begins right where you are now. [6 second pause] A story about someone who discovered something beautiful about the power of letting go. [8 second pause] You know you're ready for this, don't you? [5 second pause] Your mind is already beginning to focus on my voice. [6 second pause] That's right. [8 second pause] I'm going to help you find your way back to natural, peaceful sleep tonight. [6 second pause] You can already feel yourself wanting to go deeper, can't you? [8 second pause] Your eyes are getting heavy already, aren't they? [6 second pause] If your eyes aren't closed yet, you can let them close now. [10 second pause] That's perfect. [8 second pause] You're already starting to feel that familiar feeling of deep relaxation, aren't you? [10 second pause] Part of you might want to think about other things, but another part of you wants to just let go completely, doesn't it? [12 second pause]

Now, in this story I'm telling you, imagine there's a person who has been carrying something heavy for a long time. [8 second pause] This person has been reaching for something bright and glowing every night, thinking it would bring comfort. [10 second pause] But instead, it kept them awake, kept their mind spinning, kept them searching for something that was never really there. [12 second pause] Tonight, this person discovers a different path. [8 second pause] A path that leads to a beautiful, quiet place where the mind can finally rest. [10 second pause] Picture yourself walking along this gentle path now. [8 second pause] With each step, you're moving further away from the bright, restless glow of screens and notifications. [12 second pause] And moving closer to something much more peaceful. [10 second pause] A place where your mind can finally be still. [14 second pause]

As you walk along this path, you notice that with each step, you're becoming more and more relaxed. [8 second pause] Ten. [10 second pause] Sinking deeper into this peaceful journey. [8 second pause] Nine. [12 second pause] Deeper still, letting go of the day completely. [10 second pause] Eight. [14 second pause] Your body is becoming so heavy and relaxed. [12 second pause] Seven. [16 second pause] Drifting deeper into this beautiful story. [14 second pause] Six. [18 second pause] All the tension leaving your body now. [16 second pause] Five. [20 second pause] So deep and peaceful. [18 second pause] Four. [22 second pause] Deeper than you've been in a long time. [20 second pause] Three. [24 second pause] Almost at that perfect place of rest. [22 second pause] Two. [26 second pause] So close to complete peace. [24 second pause] One. [28 second pause] Perfect relaxation. [30 second pause]

In this deep, peaceful place, your unconscious mind is learning something important. [12 second pause] It's learning that true comfort doesn't come from bright screens or endless scrolling. [14 second pause] True comfort comes from within. [16 second pause] From the natural rhythm of your breath. [12 second pause] From the gentle weight of your body sinking into rest. [14 second pause] Your mind is discovering that bedtime is a sacred time. [16 second pause] A time for your body to heal and restore. [14 second pause] A time for your mind to process the day and prepare for tomorrow. [18 second pause] You're developing a new relationship with your evenings. [12 second pause] A relationship based on peace rather than stimulation. [16 second pause] Rest rather than restlessness. [14 second pause] Connection with yourself rather than endless searching outside. [20 second pause] Your hands no longer reach for your phone when you're in bed. [16 second pause] Instead, they rest peacefully at your sides. [14 second pause] Your mind no longer craves the bright glow of the screen. [18 second pause] Instead, it craves the gentle darkness that invites sleep. [20 second pause] You're becoming someone who honors their need for rest. [16 second pause] Someone who chooses peace over stimulation. [18 second pause] Sleep over scrolling. [22 second pause]

Tomorrow morning, you'll wake up feeling refreshed and energized. [16 second pause] Your students will see a teacher who is present, alert, and genuinely happy to be there. [18 second pause] You'll move through your day with the kind of energy that comes from deep, restorative sleep. [20 second pause] Tomorrow night, when bedtime approaches, you'll feel a gentle pull toward rest. [16 second pause] Your body will naturally begin to wind down. [14 second pause] Your phone will stay in its place, away from your bed. [18 second pause] And you'll drift into sleep easily and naturally. [22 second pause] Night after night, this becomes easier and more natural. [18 second pause] Your bedroom becomes a sanctuary of peace. [16 second pause] A place where your mind and body can truly rest. [20 second pause] You're creating a new story for yourself. [18 second pause] A story of someone who values their rest. [16 second pause] Someone who has learned the art of letting go. [24 second pause]

Continue drifting deeper now. [20 second pause] Deeper into this peaceful sleep. [18 second pause] Your breathing is slow and steady. [16 second pause] Your body is completely relaxed. [22 second pause] Your mind is quiet and still. [24 second pause] Let yourself sink even deeper now. [26 second pause] Deeper into the most peaceful, restorative sleep. [28 second pause] You're safe here. [20 second pause] You're exactly where you need to be. [30 second pause] Just let go completely now. [32 second pause] Let sleep take you gently. [34 second pause] Peacefully. [36 second pause] Naturally. [38 second pause]

Sleep now. [30 second pause] Deep, peaceful, restorative sleep. [32 second pause] Your mind knows exactly how to rest. [28 second pause] Your body knows exactly how to heal. [34 second pause] You are learning to trust this natural process. [36 second pause] Learning to let go of what doesn't serve you. [38 second pause] And embrace what brings you true peace. [40 second pause] Sleep deeply now. [42 second pause] Sleep well. [44 second pause] You deserve this rest. [46 second pause] You deserve this peace. [48 second pause] Good night. [50 second pause]
