I'm going to hypnotize you now. [Pause 4 seconds] You're already beginning to notice the subtle sensations around you. [Pause 5 seconds] The weight of your body against the surface beneath you. [Pause 4 seconds] The temperature of the air on your skin. [Pause 5 seconds] In a moment, I'm going to ask you to close your eyes, and when you do, you'll find yourself becoming deeply absorbed in my voice. [Pause 4 seconds] Close your eyes now.
