Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. [3 second pause] Please find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. [3 second pause] You may either sit in a supportive chair or lie down, ensuring your head is properly supported. [3 second pause] Rest your hands comfortably on your lap or at your sides. [3 second pause] Keep your eyes open for now, as I'll guide you when to close them. [3 second pause] This session is designed to be perfectly safe, and you'll remain aware and in control throughout. [3 second pause] If you need to become fully alert at any time, you can do so easily. [3 second pause] Now, let's begin.

I'm going to hypnotize you now. [4 second pause] You're already beginning to notice the subtle sensations around you. [5 second pause] The weight of your body against the surface beneath you. [4 second pause] The temperature of the air on your skin. [5 second pause] In a moment, I'm going to ask you to close your eyes, and when you do, you'll find yourself becoming deeply absorbed in my voice. [4 second pause] Close your eyes now. [6 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause] You're already starting to go into trance, aren't you? [5 second pause] Each word drawing you deeper. [6 second pause] Each moment bringing you more fully into the present. [5 second pause]

You're entering a space of pure awareness. [5 second pause] A realm where every sensation becomes magnificently clear. [6 second pause] Like dewdrops on a spider's web catching the morning light. [5 second pause] Each moment sparkles with its own unique brilliance. [7 second pause] The air around you holds countless subtle sensations. [5 second pause] Perhaps you can feel its gentle movement across your skin. [6 second pause] Or notice the precise temperature where it meets your body. [7 second pause] Every sound that reaches your ears arrives as a perfect, complete experience. [8 second pause]

And as you continue to drift deeper into this state of awareness, you might notice how the space between my words becomes as interesting as the words themselves. [8 second pause] Each breath drawing you further into this moment. [6 second pause] The gentle rise and fall of your chest. [7 second pause] The subtle movements of your body as you breathe. [6 second pause] Even the sound of your own heartbeat might become fascinatingly clear. [8 second pause] And with each breath, you sink twice as deep into this present moment awareness. In this state, your mind naturally releases all unnecessary thoughts. [6 second pause] Like clouds dissolving in a vast blue sky. [7 second pause] Each sensation you experience is complete in itself.
