[4 second pause] Now, take a moment to settle into your position, allowing your body to be fully supported. [10 second pause]

Let's begin by bringing your attention to your breath. Notice the gentle rhythm of your breathing, without trying to change anything. [7 second pause] With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more comfortable, as if you're slowly sinking into a cloud of pure relaxation. [6 second pause] As you breathe in, imagine drawing in pure, peaceful energy, like golden light filling your body. [6 second pause] And as you breathe out, release any tension or concerns, watching them drift away like leaves on a gentle stream. [8 second pause] Now, bring your attention to your feet and toes. [5 second pause] Notice any sensations there, any feeling of weight or pressure. [6 second pause] Imagine warm, soothing waves of relaxation washing over your feet, melting away any tension. [7 second pause] Feel each toe becoming completely relaxed, one by one. [8 second pause] Allow those muscles to completely relax, becoming heavy and peaceful. [7 second pause] Moving up to your ankles and calves, letting go of any tension, as if warm honey is slowly flowing up your legs. [8 second pause] Your legs becoming heavy and comfortable, sinking deeper into the surface beneath you. [7 second pause] With each breath, you sink twice as deep into relaxation. [6 second pause] Up through your knees and thighs, releasing any holding or tightness, feeling as if they're becoming liquid relaxation. [8 second pause] Your entire lower body now deeply relaxed, as heavy as lead and as comfortable as floating. [9 second pause] The relaxation flows into your hips and lower back, like a warm bath of tranquility. [7 second pause] Up through your spine, each vertebra releasing and settling, one by one, like pearls on a string of pure comfort. [8 second pause] Feel your shoulders dropping away from your ears, as if all the weight of the world is melting away. [7 second pause] Down your arms to your fingertips, all tension melting away like snow in warm sunlight. [8 second pause] Each finger becoming completely loose and relaxed. [6 second pause] Your hands so heavy they seem to melt into the surface beneath them. [7 second pause] Your neck and throat relaxing completely, like butter melting in the warm sun. [6 second pause] Your jaw becoming soft and loose, letting go of any tension you've been holding there. [7 second pause] Your tongue relaxing in your mouth, your lips soft and peaceful. [6 second pause] Your entire face relaxing, forehead smooth and peaceful, as if being gently massaged by invisible hands. [8 second pause] Your eyelids becoming so heavy, as if they're weighted with pure relaxation. [7 second pause] Every muscle, every fiber of your being, drifting deeper and deeper into perfect, peaceful relaxation. [9 second pause]

As you continue to relax deeper and deeper, imagine yourself in a peaceful garden, where nature's beauty surrounds you in every direction. [5 second pause] The air is perfectly comfortable, hovering at that ideal temperature where you feel neither warm nor cool, and a gentle breeze carries the sweet, delicate scent of blooming jasmine and fresh lavender. [6 second pause] Soft, filtered sunlight streams through the emerald canopy above, creating dancing patterns of light and shadow on the ground while warming your skin just right. [5 second pause] You can hear the peaceful sound of leaves rustling in the breeze, like nature's own gentle lullaby, accompanied by the distant, soothing melody of songbirds and the gentle trickle of a nearby stream. [6 second pause] The grass beneath your feet is soft and springy, cushioning each step you take, while butterflies with wings of vibrant blue and golden yellow drift lazily past. [5 second pause] The air tastes fresh and clean, with subtle hints of mint and wild herbs carried on the breeze. [6 second pause] This is your special place of peace and harmony, where every flower, every sound, every sensation is exactly as you wish it to be. [7 second pause] A place where time moves at your pace, where every breath fills you with tranquility, and where you can simply be, exactly as you are.
