Pricing Confidence Hypnosis | Direct Suggestion

Before we begin, let's set you up properly. [3 second pause] Find a comfortable position, either sitting upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting naturally on your thighs, or lying down if you prefer. [3 second pause] Either is fine. [2 second pause] The important thing is that your body feels supported and at ease. [3 second pause] You won't need to move during this session, so take a moment now to settle into that position. [3 second pause] You can close your eyes at any point that feels right, though I'll guide you on that shortly. [3 second pause] This session uses a direct style of hypnosis, which means we won't spend a long time on relaxation warm-ups. [3 second pause] Instead, I'll speak to you with confidence and directness, and your mind will respond quickly and naturally. [3 second pause] You don't need to do anything special. [3 second pause] You don't need to try. [2 second pause] In fact, trying gets in the way. [3 second pause] Your only job is to listen and allow. [3 second pause] Everything else happens on its own. [3 second pause] This session is designed for adults who are mentally well and seeking personal development. [3 second pause] It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. [3 second pause] If you are driving or operating machinery, stop this session now and return when you are somewhere safe and still. [3 second pause] Otherwise, let's begin.

Your eyes are already getting heavy, aren't they. [4 second pause] You can feel it. That pull. That quiet invitation to just let them close. [5 second pause] Don't let them close yet. Not yet. [4 second pause] Hold them open just a little longer. [5 second pause] Feel the effort of keeping them open. [4 second pause] Notice how much they want to close. [6 second pause] And now... let them close. [7 second pause] That's right. [6 second pause] The moment your eyes closed, something shifted, didn't it. [5 second pause] A signal sent deep into your nervous system. A signal that says: it is safe to go inward now. [7 second pause] Your body already knows how to do this. It has always known. [6 second pause] You've been waiting for this moment of stillness, haven't you. [5 second pause] And now it's here. [8 second pause] Press your palms together in front of you now. [4 second pause] Just press them together, firmly, and hold them there. [5 second pause] Feel the warmth between your palms. [5 second pause] Feel them pressing against each other. [6 second pause] Now imagine they are magnetized. Drawn together. Locked. [5 second pause] Try to pull them apart. [4 second pause] The harder you try, the more they stick. [5 second pause] That's right. Stuck together. [6 second pause] And that sticking, that locking, that is your unconscious mind responding to me right now. [5 second pause] That is trance beginning. [7 second pause] When I count to three, you will release your hands, let them drop naturally to your lap, and go ten times deeper. [4 second pause] One. [3 second pause] Two. [3 second pause] Three. [8 second pause] Hands drop. Body sinks. Mind opens. [10 second pause]

Imagine yourself standing in a room you know well. [6 second pause] A room that is yours. [6 second pause] Maybe it is an office, a boardroom, a home workspace. It doesn't matter exactly what it looks like. What matters is the feeling of it. [7 second pause] It is your room. Your territory. Your ground. [8 second pause] And in this room, you are not preparing to give something away. [6 second pause] You are preparing to stand in what you have already built. [8 second pause] Look down at your hands for a moment in this imagined space. [6 second pause] These are the hands that have done the work. [7 second pause] That have solved the problems, delivered the results, shown up time after time. [8 second pause] The value you bring is not something you invented in the moment. It is something you have earned, built, and proven. [9 second pause] And in this room, you feel that. You know that. [8 second pause] There is a table in front of you. [5 second pause] Simple, solid, real. [6 second pause] And on that table, there is nothing to apologize for. [7 second pause] Nothing to shrink from. [8 second pause] Just you, and the quiet certainty of someone who knows exactly what they bring to the table. [10 second pause]

And now I want to take you even deeper into this calm, certain place. [6 second pause] I'm going to count down from ten to one. With each number, you go deeper. More settled. More grounded. More you. [5 second pause] Ten. [10 second pause] Deeper now. [8 second pause] Nine. [10 second pause] Sinking further into that solid, certain feeling. [9 second pause] Eight. [10 second pause] The noise of doubt is quieter now. [9 second pause] Seven. [10 second pause] Your body is heavy and at ease. [9 second pause] Six. [10 second pause] Your mind is clear and focused. [9 second pause] Five. [10 second pause] Halfway down. And you can feel it, can't you. That stillness at the center of you. [10 second pause] Four. [10 second pause] Deeper still. [9 second pause] Three. [10 second pause] Almost all the way down. [9 second pause] Two. [10 second pause] Right to the edge of it. [9 second pause] One. [12 second pause] There. [10 second pause] Deep, still, and completely present. [12 second pause]

In this deep, receptive state, your unconscious mind is listening to every word I say. [8 second pause] And I want to speak directly to that part of you now. The part that has been quietly rehearsing the discount before the conversation even starts. [9 second pause] I want you to understand something about that habit. [7 second pause] It was never about the money. [8 second pause] It was about a fear. A fear that if you held your ground, something would break. The relationship, the deal, their approval. [9 second pause] But here is what is true. What has always been true. [7 second pause] The moment you discount before anyone asks, you are not protecting the relationship. [7 second pause] You are teaching the other person that your price is a starting point, not a statement. [9 second pause] And from this moment forward, your price is a statement. [8 second pause] It is a statement of what you know, what you've delivered, what you are worth. [9 second pause] When you walk into that room, you walk in full. [7 second pause] Not apologetic. Not braced for impact. Full. [9 second pause] You notice that old urge to pre-discount, and you simply let it pass. Like a cloud moving through a clear sky. [8 second pause] It comes. You see it. It goes. [9 second pause] And you remain steady. [8 second pause] Your voice stays level when you name your number. [7 second pause] Your body stays relaxed when they pause. [8 second pause] Because you know that silence after a price is not rejection. It is consideration. [9 second pause] You have trained yourself to sit in that silence without filling it with a discount. [8 second pause] You breathe. You wait. You hold. [10 second pause] And when pushback comes, and sometimes it will, you meet it with curiosity, not collapse. [8 second pause] You say things like: I understand, and here is what this investment covers. [7 second pause] Or: I hear you, and I'm confident in what we've built together. [8 second pause] You do not apologize for your price. [7 second pause] You do not rush to soften it. [8 second pause] You let it stand, the way something solid and real stands. [10 second pause] There is a version of you that has always known this. [7 second pause] The version that knows the work you do is exceptional. [8 second pause] That version is not arrogant. They are simply honest. [9 second pause] And that honest, grounded version of you is who walks into this renewal. [10 second pause] You are not asking for permission to be valuable. [8 second pause] You are simply showing up as what you already are. [10 second pause]

Now I want you to see it. [6 second pause] See yourself the morning of the renewal meeting. [7 second pause] You wake up and there is no dread. There is focus. [8 second pause] You get ready with a quiet confidence, the kind that doesn't need to announce itself. [9 second pause] You know what you're going to say. You know what you're worth. You know you won't flinch. [10 second pause] Now see yourself walking into that meeting. [7 second pause] Or joining that call. However it happens. [8 second pause] You arrive present. Grounded. Unhurried. [9 second pause] The conversation begins, and when the moment comes to state your price, you say it clearly. [8 second pause] No hedging. No pre-apology. No discount tucked in at the end just in case. [9 second pause] You say the number and you let it land. [10 second pause] And if there is a pause, you breathe into it. [8 second pause] You don't fill it. You don't rescue them from it. [9 second pause] You just wait, calmly and completely, because you know what you're asking for is fair. [10 second pause] Now see the conversation moving forward. [7 second pause] Maybe they push back. Maybe they don't. [8 second pause] Either way, you are the same person. Steady. Clear. Warm but unmoved. [9 second pause] You respond from a place of confidence, not fear. [8 second pause] And when the meeting ends, however it ends, you walk away knowing you showed up as the full version of yourself. [10 second pause] You didn't shrink. You didn't pre-surrender. [8 second pause] You held your ground, and it felt natural. Because it is natural. [10 second pause] That is who you are now. [12 second pause]

In a moment, I'm going to bring you back to full waking awareness. [6 second pause] And when you return, you will bring everything you've just experienced with you. [7 second pause] That steadiness. That certainty. That quiet refusal to discount what you know is worth full price. [8 second pause] It comes with you now, woven into how you think, how you speak, how you carry yourself. [9 second pause] I'm going to count from one to five. With each number, you return a little more. [5 second pause] One. [5 second pause] Gently beginning to return. [6 second pause] Two. [5 second pause] Awareness coming back to the room around you. [6 second pause] Three. [5 second pause] Your body waking up, fingers and toes beginning to move. [6 second pause] Four. [5 second pause] Almost fully back. Feeling refreshed, clear, and grounded. [6 second pause] Five. [5 second pause] Eyes open. Fully awake. Fully yourself. [8 second pause]

Take a breath and feel the ground beneath you. [6 second pause] Notice how clear your mind is. How settled your body feels. [7 second pause] That feeling you have right now, that is available to you any time you need it. [8 second pause] Before any negotiation, any difficult conversation, any moment where the old habit tries to pull you toward a pre-emptive retreat, you can return to this feeling in an instant. [9 second pause] Just breathe. Feel your feet on the ground. Remember the table in that room. [8 second pause] And remember: your price is not a question. It is a statement. [9 second pause] You have done the work. You have earned the right to hold your value. [8 second pause] And you will. [7 second pause] Go well. Go in full. [6 second pause] You've got this.
