[3 second pause] No perfect posture, no special breathing, no clearing your mind. [3 second pause] Just listen… breathe… and let my voice be your soft guide. [3 second pause] If a thought drifts by,that’s fine. [3 second pause] Let it float past like a cloud. [3 second pause] Everything we do is gentle and optional. [3 second pause] You’re in control the whole time. [3 second pause] If you ever want to pause or open your eyes, you can—just like that. [3 second pause] This short journey is about planting peace and confidence with money… deep inside, where it grows on its own. [3 second pause] When we’re done, you’ll carry a simple touch—thumb to middle finger—that brings the feeling back instantly, any time you choose. [3 second pause] Ready? [2 second pause] Take one easy breath… and let’s begin.

Let your eyes stay softly closed… Feel the gentle weight of your eyelids… as if tiny silk pillows rest on them. Notice the air touching your skin… cool on the inhale… warm on the exhale… nothing to do but notice. With each breath out… let your body sink a little heavier… into the chair… the bed… the earth itself. Imagine a soft wave of relaxation… starting at the crown of your head… flowing slowly down… scalp loosens… forehead smooths… eyes rest deeper… cheeks soften… jaw unhinges just enough… neck releases… The wave keeps moving… shoulders melt… arms grow heavy… hands rest like warm stones… chest opens… belly softens… hips settle… legs heavy… feet rooted. You are floating now… in a quiet sea of calm… safe… held… ready to drift deeper.

You are now in a quiet, private room inside yourself… The walls glow with a soft amber light… no edges… no corners… just warmth. Beneath you, a wide, cushioned seat… or a cloud-soft bed… whatever feels best. It cradles every part of you… no pressure… only support. In front of you, a single wooden door… simple… strong… yours alone. Behind it, your Money Garden waits. You can already smell the rich earth… hear the faint rustle of leaves in a calm breeze. The air here is cool on your skin… your breath moves like a slow tide. Everything outside this room fades… time slows… you are perfectly alone… perfectly safe… perfectly ready. When you’re ready… the door will open easily. For now, rest here… let the stillness wrap around you… like a favorite blanket on a quiet night.

Feel the sanctuary floor beneath you… warm, smooth, endless. With every exhale… sink a little deeper… like a feather drifting down through still air… slower… softer… Imagine a gentle current of golden light… it enters the crown of your head… flows down your spine… spreading warmth… quiet… safety… Each breath doubles your calm. In… twice as deep. Out… twice as heavy. Again… in… out… Your heartbeat slows… steady… strong… like a distant drum in a quiet forest. Nothing to do… nowhere to go… only this perfect depth. Let any remaining thought drift past… like clouds on a summer sky… you watch… you smile… you let them go. You are now twice as deep as before… and still drifting… deeper… deeper… safe… ready.

As you rest in this quiet garden… these truths settle deep into your mind, body, and spirit… like soft rain on fertile soil. “Peace with money is my natural state.” Feel it soak in… no effort… just true. “Every breath brings calm to my finances.” Inhale… peace fills your chest… exhale… tension drifts away. “I trust myself completely with money.” A warm glow spreads from your heart… steady… sure. “Challenges are just gentle teachers.” Even if numbers shift… you stay rooted… unshaken. “Abundance and serenity live together in me.” No conflict… only harmony. These words are now part of you… woven into every thought, every choice. They grow stronger with each sunrise… each breath… each touch of thumb to middle finger. [Short pause] You are peace. You are ease. You are whole with money… now and forever.

Now… let a gentle scene appear in front of you… It’s one week from today… maybe a month… or a year… See yourself in a moment that once felt tight around money… Perhaps opening a bill… checking an account… making a choice… Notice how calm you are… Your shoulders rest easy… breath steady… Thumb and middle finger touch once… the garden’s warmth spreads… The numbers on the screen, the paper in your hand—they’re just information… You nod… smile softly… and decide with quiet certainty. See another scene… maybe sharing money, giving, receiving… It feels natural… like passing a cup of tea… No clench in your chest… only open, peaceful flow. One more… picture the end of your day… You close the books, the wallet, the app… A soft exhale… “All is well.” You sleep deeply… wake refreshed… the garden still blooming inside. Carry this future peace back with you now… It’s already yours… growing stronger every day. Whenever you need it, touch thumb to middle finger… and step into this calm future. You are peaceful with money… now… and always.

Now… let the garden’s peace stay tucked inside your chest… like a small, glowing ember. Feel your breath deepen just a little… filling your lungs with fresh, quiet air. Wiggle your fingers… then your toes… slowly… no rush. Let a soft stretch travel up your arms… across your shoulders… down your spine… like waking a sleeping cat. When you’re ready… open your eyes gently… as if greeting a calm morning. Carry the garden with you. Thumb to middle finger… and the peace is here. You are awake… you are calm… you are confident… and money is simply peaceful.

These gentle truths now root even deeper… “I enjoy the calm feeling of money in my life.” A quiet smile spreads across your face… “Every dollar is a neutral friend—never a threat.” Feel your shoulders drop one more inch… “I learn quickly and easily from every money moment.” Your mind opens like a clear notebook… “Restful sleep restores my money peace nightly.” Imagine tonight’s pillow already waiting… “I deserve ease, and ease deserves me.” Let that settle all the way to your toes… These words are now permanent seeds… watered by every breath… growing in sunlight and shadow alike. Thumb to middle finger calls them instantly. You are peaceful… you are worthy… you are done.
