Welcome to our hypnotherapy session. [2 second pause] Today, we're going to work on unleashing your inner confidence and self-empowerment. [3 second pause] Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention that allows us to access our subconscious mind more easily. [2.5 second pause] During this session, you'll remain in control and aware of your surroundings. [1.5 second pause] Your job is simply to relax, [1 second pause] and allow yourself to experience the process. [2 second pause] If at any point you need to, you can easily open your eyes, [1 second pause] and return to full waking consciousness. Now, I'd like you to find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. [2 second pause] Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. [1 second pause] And as you exhale slowly through your mouth, feel any tension begin to leave your body. [3 second pause] With each breath, allow yourself to relax more deeply. [2 second pause] Inhale relaxation... [1 second pause] and exhale any remaining tension. [3 second pause] Focus your attention on your toes. [1 second pause] Feel them becoming heavy and relaxed. [2 second pause] This relaxation slowly spreads up through your feet... [1 second pause] your ankles... [1 second pause] and into your calves. [3 second pause] Continue to breathe deeply and easily as this wave of relaxation moves up into your thighs... [1 second pause] your hips... [1 second pause] and your lower back. [3 second pause] Feel your abdomen and chest becoming loose and relaxed with each breath. [2 second pause] This soothing sensation flows down your arms... [1 second pause] into your hands... [1 second pause] and out through your fingertips. [3 second pause] Now, let this peaceful feeling envelop your shoulders... [1 second pause] your neck... [1 second pause] and your entire face. [3 second pause] Your whole body is now completely relaxed, calm, and at peace. [5 second pause]

Imagine yourself standing at the base of a beautiful, majestic mountain. [2 second pause] The air is crisp and clean, filled with the scent of pine trees and wildflowers. [3 second pause] Look up at the mountain before you. [1 second pause] Its peak reaches high into the sky, almost touching the clouds. [2 second pause] This mountain represents your journey towards confidence and self-empowerment. [3 second pause] As you stand here, you can feel the solid ground beneath your feet, [1 second pause] providing you with a strong foundation. [2 second pause] Take a moment to appreciate the strength within you, [1 second pause] the strength that has brought you to this point in your journey.
