Welcome to our hypnotherapy session. [Pause 2 seconds] Today, we're going to work on unleashing your inner confidence and self-empowerment. [Pause 3 seconds] Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention that allows us to access our subconscious mind more easily.
Now, I'd like you to find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. [Pause 2 seconds] Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. [Pause 1 seconds] And as you exhale slowly through your mouth, feel any tension begin to leave your body. [Pause 3 seconds] With each breath, allow yourself to relax more deeply. [Pause 2 seconds] Inhale relaxation... [Pause 1 seconds] and exhale any remaining tension. [Pause 3 seconds] Focus your attention on your toes. [Pause 1 seconds] Feel them becoming heavy and relaxed. [Pause 2 seconds] This relaxation slowly spreads up through your feet... [Pause 1 seconds] your ankles... [Pause 1 seconds] and into your calves. [Pause 3 seconds] Continue to breathe deeply and easily as this wave of relaxation moves up into your thighs... [Pause 1 seconds] your hips... [Pause 1 seconds] and your lower back. [Pause 3 seconds] Feel your abdomen and chest becoming loose and relaxed with each breath. [Pause 2 seconds] This soothing sensation flows down your arms... [Pause 1 seconds] into your hands... [Pause 1 seconds] and out through your fingertips. [Pause 3 seconds] Now, let this peaceful feeling envelop your shoulders... [Pause 1 seconds] your neck... [Pause 1 seconds] and your entire face. [Pause 3 seconds] Your whole body is now completely relaxed, calm, and at peace. [Pause 5 seconds]
Imagine yourself standing at the base of a beautiful, majestic mountain. [Pause 2 seconds] The air is crisp and clean, filled with the scent of pine trees and wildflowers. [Pause 3 seconds] Look up at the mountain before you. [Pause 1 seconds] Its peak reaches high into the sky, almost touching the clouds. [Pause 2 seconds] This mountain represents your journey towards confidence and self-empowerment. [Pause 3 seconds] As you stand here, you can feel the solid ground beneath your feet, [Pause 1 seconds] providing you with a strong foundation. As you take your first steps up the mountain path, you notice a set of ten stone steps leading to a peaceful plateau.
