[6 second pause] Focus now on the space between your eyebrows, letting it soften and smooth out. [5 second pause] Allow your jaw to relax, letting your tongue rest comfortably. [4 second pause] With each breath, you're drifting deeper into a state of peaceful awareness. [6 second pause] Notice how your shoulders can release their burden. [5 second pause] Feel a wave of relaxation flowing down your arms, through your hands, and out through your fingertips. [7 second pause] Let this gentle wave continue down your body, through your torso, your hips, your legs, all the way to your feet. [8 second pause]
