Sleep Hypnosis for a Racing Mind and Fall Asleep Fast

This session is designed to help you fall asleep naturally, so before we begin, let's get you set up comfortably. [3 second pause] If you haven't already, lie down in your bed, just as you would to sleep. [3 second pause] Allow your arms to rest naturally at your sides, or gently on your lap if that feels more comfortable. [3 second pause] Let your legs uncross and settle. [3 second pause] You don't need to do anything with your eyes just yet — simply let them rest wherever feels natural, and they will close on their own when the time is right. [4 second pause] This session uses a framework inspired by the Monroe Institute's Gateway experience — a method of gently guiding the mind through progressive levels of deep consciousness, which we call Focus Levels. [4 second pause] You don't need to understand them fully. [3 second pause] All you need to know is that as we move through each Focus Level, you will simply feel more and more relaxed, more and more at ease, drifting naturally and effortlessly toward deep, restful sleep. [4 second pause] We will also use a technique called Resonant Tuning — a gentle hum on the exhale that helps synchronize both sides of your brain, creating a beautiful inner stillness. [3 second pause] And we will use something called the Energy Conversion Box — a simple mental image of a safe container where you can place any worries, thoughts, or to-do lists from the day, so that your mind is completely free to rest. [4 second pause] Everything in this session is completely safe. [3 second pause] You are in full control at all times. [3 second pause] If anything were to require your attention — a genuine emergency — you would return to full wakefulness instantly, clearly, and completely. [10 second pause] The golden light pours down through your upper arms, your elbows, your forearms, your wrists, your hands, all the way to the very tips of your fingers. [12 second pause] Your hands feel heavy and warm. [10 second pause] Your arms feel loose and limp. [10 second pause] Now the light fills your chest. [8 second pause] With every breath in, it expands — warm and golden, filling every corner of your lungs. [9 second pause] And with every breath out, any last traces of tension dissolve, floating away like mist.
