Phone Addiction Hypnosis II | Direct Suggestion

Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed. Ensure your phone is on silent mode and all notifications are turned off. This recording is designed to help you develop a healthier relationship with your digital devices. While in hypnosis, you'll remain in complete control and aware of your surroundings. You can open your eyes and become fully alert at any time if needed. Take a moment now to adjust your position and prepare yourself for this transformative experience. [10 second pause]

Begin by taking a deep, cleansing breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And as you exhale through your mouth, feel the tension beginning to leave your body. [5 second pause] With each breath, allow your body to settle more comfortably. [4 second pause] Focus your attention on the gentle rise and fall of your chest. [5 second pause] Notice how with each exhale, your muscles naturally relax a little more. [6 second pause] Your eyelids may begin to feel heavy. [4 second pause] Allow them to close whenever they want to. [5 second pause] Feel the weight of your body sinking deeper into your support. [6 second pause] Let your mind drift peacefully, like clouds floating across a summer sky. [8 second pause] With each passing moment, you drift deeper into this peaceful state of relaxation. [10 second pause]

Imagine yourself walking through a serene garden. [5 second pause] The air is fresh and clean, filled with the gentle fragrance of blooming flowers. [6 second pause] Each step you take along the peaceful path brings you deeper into this tranquil space. [7 second pause] Notice how the sunlight filters through the leaves above, creating a dancing pattern of light and shadow. [8 second pause] You come across a beautiful wooden bench beside a crystal-clear pond. [5 second pause] As you sit down, you feel a profound sense of peace wash over you. [6 second pause] The water reflects like a mirror, showing you your own reflection. [7 second pause] In this reflection, you see yourself as you truly want to be - present, mindful, and free from digital distractions. [10 second pause]

With each breath you take, you sink twice as deep into this peaceful state. [6 second pause] Ten. Drifting deeper. [7 second pause] Nine. Everything else fading away. [7 second pause] Eight. Your mind becoming crystal clear. [7 second pause] Seven. Deeper still. [7 second pause] Six. Every muscle relaxing completely. [7 second pause] Five. Halfway there. [7 second pause] Four. Peace flowing through you. [7 second pause] Three. Almost there. [7 second pause] Two. Deeper than before. [7 second pause] One. Completely relaxed. [10 second pause]

In this deeply relaxed state, imagine your phone in your hand. [5 second pause] As you mindlessly reach for social media, notice a wave of mild discomfort washing over you. [6 second pause] This feeling reminds you of having eaten too much sugar - slightly nauseating, unpleasant. [7 second pause] This sensation becomes automatically linked with mindless scrolling. [6 second pause] However, when you need to use your phone for important tasks - calls, emails, necessary communication - you feel clear, focused, and in control. [8 second pause] When you feel stressed or overwhelmed, your mind naturally turns to more fulfilling activities. [6 second pause] You find yourself drawn to books, nature walks, and meaningful conversations. [7 second pause] These activities fill you with energy and satisfaction. [8 second pause] Your mind and body recognize that mindless scrolling depletes your energy, while conscious, purposeful activities restore it. [10 second pause]

See yourself tomorrow, noticing the urge to check your phone. [6 second pause] Feel that mild discomfort arise, guiding you to make a better choice. [7 second pause] Watch as you naturally reach for a book instead. [6 second pause] Experience the satisfaction of being fully present with your family during dinner. [7 second pause] Imagine completing your work efficiently, your phone safely stored away. [8 second pause] Feel the pride and accomplishment of spending your evening engaged in meaningful activities. [10 second pause]

Now it's time to bring these new patterns fully into your conscious awareness. [5 second pause] I'll count from one to five, and with each number, you'll feel more alert and energized. [6 second pause] One. Energy beginning to flow back into your body. [5 second pause] Two. Becoming more aware of your surroundings. [5 second pause] Three. Feeling refreshed and renewed. [5 second pause] Four. Almost back to full awareness. [5 second pause] Five. Eyes opening, fully alert, carrying these new patterns with you. [7 second pause]

Remember, each time you listen to this recording, these new patterns become stronger and more natural. [5 second pause] Your mind and body work together to protect your peace and productivity. [6 second pause] You are in control of your attention and energy. [5 second pause] Thank you for completing this session. Consider listening daily for the next 21 days to reinforce these positive changes. [4 second pause]
