Healing Your Relationship With Money

Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you release deep, subconscious blocks around money and finances. [3 second pause] You can sit in a supportive chair or lie down, whichever feels most comfortable for you. [4 second pause] Let your hands rest gently at your sides or on your lap, just wherever they feel natural. [4 second pause] You can begin with your eyes open or closed, whichever you prefer. [3 second pause] During this session, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state of focused attention, sometimes called trance. [5 second pause] It's a perfectly natural state, similar to daydreaming or becoming absorbed in a good book. [4 second pause] You remain aware and in control at all times. [5 second pause] Your mind may accept the suggestions that serve you now and set aside any that do not, allowing your subconscious to take exactly what it needs. [5 second pause] Any sounds you hear, inside or outside, simply help you relax more deeply. [6 second pause] Let's begin. [5 second pause]

Let your eyes close gently, if they haven't already. [5 second pause] Take a slow, deep breath in, filling your lungs completely. [4 second pause] And let it go with a soft sigh, feeling your shoulders drop as you exhale. [6 second pause] Again, a slow, deep breath in. [4 second pause] And let it out, allowing any tension you've been carrying to dissolve into the air. [6 second pause] One more time, breathing in calm, steady energy. [4 second pause] And releasing, letting your body settle into the surface beneath you. [8 second pause] Now, bring your attention to the top of your head, to your scalp and forehead. [5 second pause] Just allow those muscles to smooth out and let go. [6 second pause] Feeling the area around your eyes becoming loose and limp. [5 second pause] Your jaw relaxing, teeth slightly apart, tongue resting gently. [6 second pause] Let a wave of relaxation flow down your neck, like warm water washing away any tightness. [7 second pause] Your shoulders dropping heavier and more relaxed. [5 second pause] Arms becoming heavy and relaxed, all the way down to your fingertips. [6 second pause] Feeling your chest and stomach soften with each breath out. [5 second pause] A warm, comfortable feeling spreading through your hips and pelvis. [6 second pause] Down through your thighs, becoming loose and limp. [5 second pause] Your knees, your calves, all the way down to your toes, completely relaxed. [8 second pause] If your mind wanders, that's perfectly fine. [4 second pause] Just notice the thought, and gently bring your focus back to the feeling of relaxation. [7 second pause] You might notice a tingling sensation, or a feeling of heaviness or lightness in your body. [5 second pause] Perhaps a warmth spreading through you, or a pleasant sense of floating. [6 second pause] Whatever you feel is exactly right. [5 second pause] These are all signs that you are letting go and entering a deeper state of relaxation. [8 second pause]

In a moment, I'm going to guide you on a journey using your imagination. [5 second pause] If you see things clearly, that's wonderful. [4 second pause] If your mind shows a blank or dark screen, simply sense or feel what is behind it, because imagining works just as well as seeing. [7 second pause] Picture a beautiful, gentle stream of water flowing through a peaceful forest. [6 second pause] The water is crystal clear, sparkling in the soft, dappled sunlight. [6 second pause] You can hear the gentle, rhythmic sound of the water flowing over smooth stones. [6 second pause] The air is fresh and clean, carrying the subtle scent of pine and damp earth. [7 second pause] You feel the cool, soft moss beneath your feet, grounding you and connecting you to this peaceful place. [8 second pause] This stream has a special quality. [5 second pause] It represents the natural, abundant flow of life and resources. [6 second pause] The water flows freely, effortlessly, always renewing itself. [6 second pause] There is no scarcity here. [5 second pause] The stream does not struggle or force. [5 second pause] It simply flows, nourishing everything it touches. [8 second pause]

Now, imagine yourself walking alongside this beautiful stream, moving downstream, deeper into the forest. [6 second pause] With each step you take, you go deeper and deeper into a state of profound relaxation. [7 second pause] I'm going to count from ten down to one. [5 second pause] With each number, your relaxation doubles, and you drift even deeper. [7 second pause] Ten. [8 second pause] Walking deeper into the peaceful forest. [6 second pause] Nine. [7 second pause] Sinking deeper, feeling calmer and safer with every step. [7 second pause] Eight. [8 second pause] All the way down, loose and limp, heavy and relaxed. [6 second pause] Seven. [7 second pause] Deeper still, letting go of any remaining tension. [7 second pause] Six. [8 second pause] Halfway there, flowing with the gentle current of relaxation. [6 second pause] Five. [7 second pause] Deeper and deeper, calm and peaceful. [7 second pause] Four. [8 second pause] Sinking further into comfort, feeling completely safe. [6 second pause] Three. [7 second pause] Almost there, mind quiet and still. [7 second pause] Two. [8 second pause] Deeper than before, letting go completely. [6 second pause] One. [10 second pause] You find yourself in a small, sunlit clearing by the water. [8 second pause] This is your inner sanctuary, a place of perfect safety and peace. [7 second pause] The light here is warm and golden, filling you with a deep sense of comfort. [8 second pause] You can smell the fresh, clean scent of the forest. [6 second pause] You feel the gentle warmth of the sun on your skin. [7 second pause] And you hear the soothing sound of the flowing water, a constant, abundant presence. [10 second pause]

In this deep, peaceful state, your subconscious mind is open and receptive to new, positive ideas. [8 second pause] See those old beliefs as dry, fallen leaves on the surface of the stream. [7 second pause] Watch as the gentle current carries them away, downstream, out of sight. [8 second pause] They are leaving your mind, leaving your body, dissolving and disappearing. [7 second pause] And as they go, they are replaced by a new, empowering understanding. [7 second pause] Money is simply a tool, a form of energy that flows through your life. [6 second pause] It is neutral. [5 second pause] It is safe. [6 second pause] You can have money. [5 second pause] You deserve to have money. [7 second pause] It is safe for you to earn money. [6 second pause] It is safe for you to save money. [6 second pause] It is safe for you to spend money. [8 second pause] As you breathe in this fresh forest air, you breathe in a new sense of abundance and security. [7 second pause] With every breath out, you release any lingering anxiety about finances. [8 second pause] You see through the eyes of a person who is comfortable with money. [6 second pause] You feel calm and confident when you think about your finances. [7 second pause] Opportunities come to you naturally, and you welcome them with ease. [7 second pause] You trust yourself to make good financial decisions. [6 second pause] You trust your ability to create value and receive value in return.
