[6 second pause] That heaviness is real. [5 second pause] It is your nervous system beginning to shift — beginning to let go. [7 second pause] Any stray thoughts that drift through your mind — simply let them pass like clouds across a quiet sky. [8 second pause] You don't need to hold onto them. Imagine now that you are standing at the top of a beautiful staircase. [6 second pause] It curves gently downward, and the steps are wide and soft beneath your feet.
