Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you transform anxiety into calm creativity. Please find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. You may either sit in a supportive chair or lie down, ensuring your head is supported. Rest your hands comfortably on your lap or at your sides, whichever feels most natural. Keep your eyes open for now, and know that this is a safe space where you can relax completely. If at any point you need to become fully alert, you can do so easily by counting up from one to five. This session is not suitable while driving or operating machinery. Are you ready? Let's begin.

I'm going to hypnotize you now, and you're already beginning to notice changes in how you feel. [4 second pause] Your mind knows exactly what to do, doesn't it? [5 second pause] In a moment, I'll ask you to close your eyes, and when you do, you'll begin to go into a wonderful state of hypnotic relaxation. [4 second pause] Notice how your eyes are already beginning to feel heavy. [4 second pause] When I count from three to one, your eyes will close, and you'll begin to go into a deep, peaceful trance. [4 second pause] Three. Your eyelids getting heavier. [4 second pause] Two. Almost too heavy to keep open. [4 second pause] One. Eyes closing now, going deeper and deeper into trance. [6 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause]

As you relax deeper with each breath, imagine yourself surrounded by the most beautiful, warm light you've ever experienced. [5 second pause] This light has colors that shift and change, like a peaceful aurora. [6 second pause] Feel how this warm light supports you completely, allowing you to float effortlessly. [7 second pause] The colors might be soft pastels or vibrant hues, whatever feels most comforting to you. [6 second pause] Notice how this light seems to hold you, cradle you, making you feel completely safe and secure. [8 second pause] With each breath, you float more easily in this beautiful, protective cocoon of light. [7 second pause]

And as you float in this wonderful light, you can go even deeper now. [5 second pause] The colors around you pulse gently with your breath, each exhale taking you deeper into peaceful relaxation. [6 second pause] Ten. Floating deeper. [7 second pause] Nine. Colors swirling softly. [7 second pause] Eight. Every muscle relaxing completely. [7 second pause] Seven. Drifting in peaceful light. [7 second pause] Six. Deeper and deeper still. [8 second pause] Five. Everything else fading away. [8 second pause] Four. Pure peaceful floating. [8 second pause] Three. Completely safe and secure. [8 second pause] Two. Deeper than ever before. [8 second pause] One. Perfect deep trance. [10 second pause]

In this peaceful state, you're discovering that any overwhelming feelings naturally transform into this beautiful, warm light. [7 second pause] When anxiety tries to surface, it automatically begins to dissolve into these calming colors. [8 second pause] Each anxious thought simply becomes another beautiful hue in your protective cocoon of light.
