Anxiety Relief Visualization | Ocean Waves

Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you transform anxiety into calm creativity. [3 second pause] Please find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. [3 second pause] You may either sit in a supportive chair or lie down, ensuring your head is supported. [3 second pause] Rest your hands comfortably on your lap or at your sides, whichever feels most natural. [3 second pause] Keep your eyes open for now, and know that this is a safe space where you can relax completely. [3 second pause] If at any point you need to become fully alert, you can do so easily by counting up from one to five. [3 second pause] This session is not suitable while driving or operating machinery. [3 second pause] Are you ready? [2 second pause] Let's begin.

I'm going to hypnotize you now, and you're already beginning to notice changes in how you feel. [4 second pause] Your mind knows exactly what to do, doesn't it? [5 second pause] In a moment, I'll ask you to close your eyes, and when you do, you'll begin to go into a wonderful state of hypnotic relaxation. [4 second pause] Notice how your eyes are already beginning to feel heavy. [4 second pause] When I count from three to one, your eyes will close, and you'll begin to go into a deep, peaceful trance. [4 second pause] Three. Your eyelids getting heavier. [4 second pause] Two. Almost too heavy to keep open. [4 second pause] One. Eyes closing now, going deeper and deeper into trance. [6 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause]

As you relax deeper with each breath, imagine yourself surrounded by the most beautiful, warm light you've ever experienced. [5 second pause] This light has colors that shift and change, like a peaceful aurora. [6 second pause] Feel how this warm light supports you completely, allowing you to float effortlessly. [7 second pause] The colors might be soft pastels or vibrant hues, whatever feels most comforting to you. [6 second pause] Notice how this light seems to hold you, cradle you, making you feel completely safe and secure. [8 second pause] With each breath, you float more easily in this beautiful, protective cocoon of light. [7 second pause]

And as you float in this wonderful light, you can go even deeper now. [5 second pause] The colors around you pulse gently with your breath, each exhale taking you deeper into peaceful relaxation. [6 second pause] Ten. Floating deeper. [7 second pause] Nine. Colors swirling softly. [7 second pause] Eight. Every muscle relaxing completely. [7 second pause] Seven. Drifting in peaceful light. [7 second pause] Six. Deeper and deeper still. [8 second pause] Five. Everything else fading away. [8 second pause] Four. Pure peaceful floating. [8 second pause] Three. Completely safe and secure. [8 second pause] Two. Deeper than ever before. [8 second pause] One. Perfect deep trance. [10 second pause]

In this peaceful state, you're discovering that any overwhelming feelings naturally transform into this beautiful, warm light. [7 second pause] When anxiety tries to surface, it automatically begins to dissolve into these calming colors. [8 second pause] Each anxious thought simply becomes another beautiful hue in your protective cocoon of light. [7 second pause] This transformation happens easily and naturally, requiring no effort from you. [8 second pause] The more you practice this, the more automatic it becomes. [7 second pause] And as anxiety transforms into colored light, you notice your mind becoming clearer, more creative. [8 second pause] Each transformed feeling adds to your creative energy, like colors mixing on an artist's palette. [7 second pause] This is your natural state - calm, creative, and in control. [8 second pause]

Imagine yourself tomorrow, when a challenging situation arises. [6 second pause] Watch as the familiar warm light automatically surrounds you, transforming any anxiety into peaceful, creative energy. [8 second pause] See yourself next week, easily handling situations that once felt overwhelming. [7 second pause] The protective light is always with you, always ready to transform stress into creativity. [8 second pause] Picture yourself a month from now, naturally remaining calm and creative in any situation, the beautiful light having become an automatic part of your response to stress. [10 second pause]

Now it's time to bring this wonderful feeling back to full waking awareness. [5 second pause] The light will stay with you, ready whenever you need it. [6 second pause] Five. Energy returning to your body. [5 second pause] Four. Becoming more alert. [5 second pause] Three. The light's protection staying with you. [5 second pause] Two. Eyes beginning to flutter. [5 second pause] One. Eyes opening, fully alert and refreshed, feeling wonderful. [6 second pause]

Remember, you can return to this peaceful state whenever you choose, the warm, protective light always available to you. [5 second pause] Each time you practice, the transformation from anxiety to creativity becomes stronger and more automatic. [6 second pause] You're developing a wonderful new ability to remain calm and creative in any situation. [5 second pause] Thank you for sharing this journey. When you're ready, take a deep breath and stretch, knowing you can return to this peaceful state whenever you choose.
