Valuation Confidence Hypnosis | Future-Self Dialogue

Before we begin, let's get you set up for the best possible experience tonight. [3 second pause] Lie down in your bed, or wherever you plan to sleep. [3 second pause] Let your arms rest naturally at your sides, or loosely across your stomach, whichever feels most natural. [3 second pause] You don't need to do anything with your hands. [3 second pause] Just let them be. [2 second pause] Close your eyes now, and keep them closed for the entire session. [3 second pause] You don't need to stay awake for this to work. [3 second pause] In fact, the goal tonight is the opposite. [3 second pause] You are going to drift off to sleep, and everything you need will be absorbed by your unconscious mind as you do. [3 second pause] So if you find yourself falling asleep partway through, that is exactly right. [3 second pause] That is the session working. [3 second pause] Tonight's session has two purposes working together. [3 second pause] First, we are going to do some deep mental rehearsal, anchoring the feeling of holding your valuation with calm, unshakeable certainty. [3 second pause] Second, we are going to let that rehearsal settle into your nervous system as you sleep, so that tomorrow morning you wake up already feeling it in your body. [3 second pause] You don't need to try hard. [3 second pause] You don't need to concentrate. [3 second pause] Just let my voice carry you. [3 second pause] Everything else will take care of itself. [3 second pause] One important note: do not listen to this while driving or operating any machinery. [3 second pause] This session is designed to put you to sleep. [3 second pause] Now, close your eyes, and let's begin.

You already know how to do this. [5 second pause] You've been in high-pressure rooms before. You've held your ground before. And tonight, your mind is ready to do something even simpler than that. Tonight, your mind is ready to let go. [6 second pause] I want you to feel the weight of your body right now. Not as something to manage or control, but just as weight. Heaviness. The mattress beneath you, the pillow under your head. [7 second pause] You can feel that, can't you? [6 second pause] Good. Now here's what's going to happen. As I speak, your body is going to get heavier and heavier. Your mind is going to get quieter and quieter. And somewhere in that quiet, we are going to do the most important preparation you can do tonight. Not strategy. Not scripts. Not rebuttals. Something deeper than all of that. [8 second pause] Take one slow breath in now. [4 second pause] And let it out completely. [6 second pause] Feel how your chest drops. Feel how your shoulders drop. [7 second pause] Good. Now press the back of your head gently into the pillow. Just a small amount of pressure. [4 second pause] Hold that. [4 second pause] And release. [7 second pause] Feel that wave of release move down through your neck, your shoulders, your upper back. [8 second pause] That release is the beginning of trance. You can already feel it, can't you? [7 second pause] That's right. Your body knows how to do this. It's already happening. [8 second pause] Now press your heels gently down into the mattress. Just a gentle push. [4 second pause] Hold it. [4 second pause] And let go completely. [8 second pause] Feel the heaviness in your legs now. Real, comfortable heaviness. [7 second pause] And with every word I speak from this moment on, you go a little deeper. A little heavier. A little quieter. [9 second pause] That's right.

I want you to imagine, just for a moment, that you are standing in a room you know well. [7 second pause] It doesn't have to be a specific room. Just a room that feels like yours. A room where you think clearly. Where you feel like yourself. [8 second pause] Maybe it's an office. Maybe it's a kitchen at six in the morning with a cup of coffee. Maybe it's somewhere outside, somewhere you go when you need to think. [9 second pause] Let a room come to mind. [8 second pause] And in this room, you feel grounded. You feel present. You feel like the version of yourself who built something real. [10 second pause] Because here's what's true about you, and I want you to let this land somewhere deep tonight. You did not arrive at this negotiation by accident. [8 second pause] You built something. You made decisions other people wouldn't make. You stayed in the room when it got hard. [9 second pause] And the number you are walking in with tomorrow is not a wish. It is not a bluff. It is a reflection of what you have already built and where you are going. [10 second pause] Let that settle into your body now. [9 second pause] The number is real. The value is real. And the person holding that number is real. [10 second pause] That person is you. [12 second pause]

Now I'm going to count down from ten to one. And with each number, you go deeper into this calm, certain place. Deeper into your own knowing. Deeper into sleep. [7 second pause] Ten. [10 second pause] Sinking down. Heavy and still. [9 second pause] Nine. [10 second pause] Every muscle releasing now. [9 second pause] Eight. [10 second pause] Your mind growing quieter with every breath. [10 second pause] Seven. [11 second pause] Deeper and more comfortable. [10 second pause] Six. [11 second pause] Halfway down now. Drifting. [10 second pause] Five. [12 second pause] Let everything go. There is nothing to do right now. Nothing to solve. Nothing to prepare. Just this. [11 second pause] Four. [12 second pause] Deep, comfortable heaviness in every part of your body. [11 second pause] Three. [13 second pause] Almost there. Almost in that deep, still place where your unconscious mind does its best work. [12 second pause] Two. [13 second pause] One more step. [10 second pause] One. [15 second pause] Deep. Still. Safe. [15 second pause] And now I want you to imagine a staircase in front of you. A beautiful, wide staircase going down. Ten steps. And each step takes you deeper into this calm, certain knowing. [8 second pause] Step down onto the first step now. [10 second pause] Second step. Deeper. [11 second pause] Third step. More relaxed than you've been all day. [12 second pause] Fourth step. The noise of the day falling away behind you. [12 second pause] Fifth step. Halfway down. [13 second pause] Sixth step. Quieter. Stiller. [13 second pause] Seventh step. [14 second pause] Eighth step. [14 second pause] Ninth step. [15 second pause] And the tenth step. All the way down now. [18 second pause] This is your place. [15 second pause]

And from this deep, still place, I want to speak to the part of you that already knows how to hold the line. [10 second pause] That part of you is not nervous. That part of you has been here before. [12 second pause] Think about what it feels like in your body when you are certain. Not arrogant. Not aggressive. Just certain. [13 second pause] There is a stillness in the chest. A steadiness in the breath. A quiet voice inside that says, I know what this is worth. [14 second pause] That feeling is available to you tomorrow. [12 second pause] And here is something your unconscious mind is going to hold onto tonight, and carry with you into tomorrow. [10 second pause] When they push back on your number, something interesting happens. [10 second pause] You feel it. You register it. And then, from somewhere beneath the surface, a calm rises up. [12 second pause] Not a wall. Not a defense. Just a calm. [13 second pause] Because you know that pushback is not evidence that you are wrong. [10 second pause] Pushback is just part of the dance. It is expected. It is normal. It means nothing about your number. [14 second pause] And so when it comes, you breathe. [10 second pause] And you say, in whatever words feel natural to you, I hear you. And the number stands. [13 second pause] Not because you are being rigid. Not because you are being difficult. But because you have done the work. You know what this is worth. And you are not going to trade long-term value for short-term comfort. [14 second pause] Let that settle in now. [15 second pause] You are not going to cave to social pressure. [12 second pause] Silence on a call is not a problem to be solved. It is a space you can hold. [13 second pause] When there is a pause, when there is pushback, when there is a number thrown at you that is lower than yours, you do not rush to fill that space. [12 second pause] You breathe into it. [10 second pause] And you let your certainty do the talking. [15 second pause] Your unconscious mind is absorbing this now. Deeply. Completely. [14 second pause] You are someone who knows their worth. You are someone who holds the line with grace. [15 second pause]

And now, very gently, I want your unconscious mind to run a quiet movie. Not a stressful one. A calm one. [10 second pause] It is tomorrow morning. You wake up feeling rested. Grounded. Clear. [12 second pause] There is no anxiety in your chest. There is just readiness. [13 second pause] You go through your morning. And at ten o'clock, the call begins. [12 second pause] You hear their voice. You hear their tone. And you feel something steady inside you. [13 second pause] They open with their position. And you listen. Fully. Calmly. [12 second pause] And when they push on the valuation, you feel that familiar calm rise up from somewhere deep. [13 second pause] You breathe. You let the silence be there for a moment. And then you respond with ease. Clear. Grounded. Certain. [14 second pause] And as the call continues, you notice something. They are adjusting to you. [12 second pause] Because certainty is magnetic. Because people who know their worth create gravity in a room. [13 second pause] And you are that person tomorrow. [15 second pause] The call ends. And however it ends, you know you represented yourself and your company honestly and with full conviction. [14 second pause] That is the version of yourself that is waiting for you tomorrow morning. [15 second pause] And it is already there. Already real. Already yours. [18 second pause]

And now, there is nothing more to do tonight. [12 second pause] Your unconscious mind has received everything it needs. [14 second pause] The work is done. [15 second pause] All that is left now is to let go completely. [15 second pause] To let your body sink a little deeper into the mattress. [18 second pause] To let your breathing slow a little more. [20 second pause] There is no call tonight. [18 second pause] There is no negotiation tonight. [20 second pause] There is only this. [22 second pause] This quiet. [20 second pause] This stillness. [22 second pause] This deep, comfortable rest. [25 second pause] Your mind is drifting now. [22 second pause] Like a leaf on still water. [25 second pause] Barely moving. [28 second pause] Just floating. [30 second pause] Deeper. [30 second pause] And deeper still. [35 second pause]

Let sleep come now. [30 second pause] There is nothing to hold onto. [35 second pause] Nothing to figure out. [35 second pause] Just this soft, dark quiet. [40 second pause] Drifting. [40 second pause] Deeper. [45 second pause] And deeper. [50 second pause] Sleep now. [60 second pause] Good. [60 second pause]
