Before we begin, let's get you set up for the best possible experience tonight. Lie down in your bed, or wherever you plan to sleep. Let your arms rest naturally at your sides, or loosely across your stomach, whichever feels most natural. You don't need to do anything with your hands. Just let them be. Close your eyes now, and keep them closed for the entire session. You don't need to stay awake for this to work. In fact, the goal tonight is the opposite. You are going to drift off to sleep, and everything you need will be absorbed by your unconscious mind as you do. So if you find yourself falling asleep partway through, that is exactly right. That is the session working. Tonight's session has two purposes working together. First, we are going to do some deep mental rehearsal, anchoring the feeling of holding your valuation with calm, unshakeable certainty. Second, we are going to let that rehearsal settle into your nervous system as you sleep, so that tomorrow morning you wake up already feeling it in your body. You don't need to try hard. You don't need to concentrate. Just let my voice carry you. Everything else will take care of itself. One important note: do not listen to this while driving or operating any machinery.
