Phone Addiction Hypnosis | Use 3x Daily for Cravings

Welcome to this hypnotherapy session. Find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed. Ensure all devices are set to do not disturb mode, except for the one playing this recording. If you're driving or operating machinery, please return to this session at a more suitable time. While this hypnosis session is designed to be safe and gentle, you'll remain in complete control throughout the experience. You can open your eyes and become fully alert at any time if needed. [4 second pause] Take a moment now to settle into a comfortable position, allowing your body to be fully supported. [6 second pause]

Begin by taking a deep, nourishing breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And as you exhale, feel the weight of your body sinking deeper into its supporting surface. [5 second pause] With each breath, you might notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest. [4 second pause] And with each exhale, you can allow your muscles to soften and release. [6 second pause] Notice the weight of your feet and legs. [4 second pause] Feel them becoming heavy and comfortable. [5 second pause] This sensation of comfort flows up through your legs. [4 second pause] Into your hips. [4 second pause] Through your back. [4 second pause] Your shoulders releasing any tension they might have been holding. [6 second pause] Down your arms. [4 second pause] Through your hands and fingers. [4 second pause] Up into your neck. [4 second pause] Across your face. [4 second pause] Even the muscles around your eyes can soften and relax. [8 second pause]

Imagine yourself in a peaceful garden, where the air is fresh and clean. [5 second pause] The temperature is perfect, and a gentle breeze carries the sweet scent of flowers. [6 second pause] In this garden, there's a comfortable bench beneath a wise old tree. [4 second pause] As you sit here, you notice how the dappled sunlight creates beautiful patterns through the leaves. [5 second pause] This is your space of clarity and mindful awareness. [6 second pause] A place where you can observe your thoughts and feelings with gentle curiosity. [8 second pause]

With each breath, you drift deeper into this peaceful state. [5 second pause] Ten. [4 second pause] Feeling more and more relaxed. [5 second pause] Nine. [4 second pause] Drifting deeper. [5 second pause] Eight. [4 second pause] Every sound carries you deeper into relaxation. [5 second pause] Seven. [4 second pause] Your mind becoming clearer and calmer. [5 second pause] Six. [4 second pause] Letting go of any remaining tension. [5 second pause] Five. [4 second pause] Halfway there, feeling so peaceful. [5 second pause] Four. [4 second pause] Your mind and body in perfect harmony. [5 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Deeper still. [5 second pause] Two. [4 second pause] Almost there. [5 second pause] One. [4 second pause] Completely relaxed and receptive. [10 second pause]

In this deeply relaxed state, you become aware of your natural ability to choose your responses to any urge or impulse. [6 second pause] When you notice the desire to reach for your phone, you automatically take a deep, refreshing breath instead. [8 second pause] This breath becomes your new, healthy response to stress or boredom. [6 second pause] Each time you feel the urge to scroll mindlessly, your body naturally wants to stretch, to move, to breathe. [8 second pause] Your phone now represents a tool that serves you, not controls you. [6 second pause] When you see your phone, you feel a sense of calm detachment. [8 second pause] You are in control of when and how you use technology. [6 second pause] Your mind naturally gravitates toward meaningful activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. [8 second pause] The space between impulse and action grows wider, giving you more choice, more freedom. [10 second pause]

Imagine yourself tomorrow, noticing the urge to check your phone. [6 second pause] Feel how naturally you take a deep breath instead. [8 second pause] See yourself at work, fully focused on your tasks, your phone quietly resting in another room. [6 second pause] Picture yourself enjoying dinner with your family, completely present in the moment, engaged in meaningful conversation. [8 second pause] Visualize ending your day feeling proud of the conscious choices you've made. [10 second pause]

Now it's time to gradually return to full waking awareness. [4 second pause] I'll count from one to five, and with each number, you'll become more alert and refreshed. [5 second pause] One. [4 second pause] Beginning to feel energy returning to your body. [5 second pause] Two. [4 second pause] Becoming more aware of your surroundings. [5 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. [5 second pause] Four. [4 second pause] Almost back to full awareness. [5 second pause] Five. [4 second pause] Eyes opening, feeling completely alert, refreshed, and in control. [6 second pause]

Remember, you can return to this state of mindful awareness whenever you choose. [5 second pause] Each time you listen to this recording, your new healthy habits become stronger and more natural. [6 second pause] Your ability to make conscious choices grows stronger every day. [5 second pause] Thank you for sharing this journey toward digital wellness. [4 second pause] Until our next session, stay present, stay mindful, and enjoy the peace that comes with conscious choice. [8 second pause]
