[4 second pause] I want you to know that everything we do together is designed for your highest good, and your unconscious mind will only accept suggestions that are beneficial for you. [5 second pause] If at any point you need to return to full awareness, you can simply open your eyes and you'll be completely alert and refreshed. Take a moment to stretch if you need to, and notice how different you feel. [5 second pause] This change has already begun in your unconscious mind, and it will continue to grow stronger each day. [6 second pause] Every time you honor your boundaries, you're reinforcing this new pattern. [5 second pause] Every time you say no without guilt, you're becoming more of who you truly are.
