Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for the next hour. [4 second pause] Take a moment now to make any final adjustments to your position. [8 second pause]

Begin by taking a slow, deep breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And as you exhale through your mouth, feel the first wave of relaxation flowing through your body. [6 second pause] With each breath, you'll notice yourself becoming more and more comfortable. [5 second pause] Now, bring your attention to your toes. [4 second pause] Feel them becoming heavy and relaxed. [6 second pause] This comfortable heaviness spreads to your feet. [5 second pause] Moving up through your ankles. [6 second pause] Into your calves. [5 second pause] Your legs becoming heavier and more relaxed with each breath. [7 second pause] This peaceful feeling flows into your knees. [6 second pause] Up through your thighs. [5 second pause] Into your hips. [7 second pause] Your entire lower body now completely relaxed and comfortable. [8 second pause] The relaxation continues to spread upward, into your lower back. [6 second pause] Through your abdomen. [5 second pause] Into your chest. [7 second pause] Feel your breathing becoming slower and deeper. [8 second pause] This wave of relaxation flows down your arms. [6 second pause] Through your elbows. [5 second pause] Into your forearms and hands. [7 second pause] Each finger becoming completely relaxed. [8 second pause] The peaceful feeling continues up through your neck. [6 second pause] Into your face. [5 second pause] Relaxing all the tiny muscles around your eyes. [7 second pause] Your jaw becoming loose and comfortable. [8 second pause] And finally, this wave of relaxation flows through your scalp. [10 second pause]

Visualize, imagine, or feel your head bathed in a soft healing light [4 second pause] a light that quiets all thoughts [4 second pause] a light that quiets all worries.[4 second pause] Your mind is at peace.[8 second pause] This soft, healing light releases your physical senses from their work.[4 second pause] Just feel your head and its senses enveloped in this light.[4 second pause] Now, allow this healing light to expand slightly [4 second pause] feel the light as it slowly moves down your neck and shoulders.[8 second pause] Each muscle and cell that it touches is made more relaxed [4 second pause] more centered [4 second pause] more harmonized [10 second pause]

No other sounds will disturb you.[4 second pause] They will only cause you to go deeper [4 second pause] and deeper.[4 second pause] You are more peaceful and relaxed.[8 second pause] As this quiet, soft, healing light envelops your neck and shoulders [4 second pause] every nerve cell [4 second pause] every muscle is completely relaxed.[8 second pause] Every cell and tissue of your body is completely relaxed.[4 second pause] Now, allow this light to flow even farther.[4 second pause] Feel it as it flows down through your arms [4 second pause] your hands [4 second pause] your fingers [4 second pause] bringing greater relaxation. [8 second pause] Feel the light envelop your chest and your upper back [4 second pause] your ribs [4 second pause] your internal organs [4 second pause] your lungs [4 second pause] and heart.[8 second pause] Any tension [4 second pause] any stress that is a part of your body is released as this soft healing light fills you.[8 second pause] Now let the light expand even more until it fills your stomach and lower back.[4 second pause] Feel every muscle and cell relax and release.[4 second pause] The warm, relaxing light surrounds and envelops your hips [4 second pause] your legs.[8 second pause] As you completely relax, no other sounds will disturb you.[8 second pause] All sounds will only cause you to go deeper [4 second pause] and deeper [4 second pause] down [4 second pause] down [4 second pause] into a more peaceful and relaxed state of being. Ten [4 second pause] down, down, nine [4 second pause] deeper, deeper, down, eight [4 second pause] down, down, deeper, deeper, seven [4 second pause] down, six [4 second pause] down, five [4 second pause] deeper, four [4 second pause] deeper, down, three [4 second pause] deeper, down, two [4 second pause] deeper, down, and [4 second pause] one. You are now at a very deep level of natural relaxation.[8 second pause] Remember [4 second pause] you are in complete control and are completely aware at every level of your mind. This journey is something you want, because you are eager to explore, eager to learn.[8 second pause] In a moment we will begin a series of exercises into your perception, your ability to see and feel and be completely free from your physical body [4 second pause] from your temporary physical vehicle. Now, feel the part of yourself that longs for something more.[4 second pause] There is a part of you that longs to see more [4 second pause] longs for movement. As this longing grows within you [4 second pause] feel this longing grow into a desire [4 second pause] a passion to know your true self [4 second pause] to know and experience yourself completely independent of your physical body [4 second pause] to know and experience your spiritual self.[8 second pause] Feel this desire.[4 second pause] I want you to look on the horizon and see or imagine a soft light [4 second pause] a doorway of light.[8 second pause] You feel and know this light to be good.[8 second pause] This light is full of love and protection.[8 second pause] Now begin moving toward this doorway of light.[8 second pause] Feel yourself moving toward the doorway of light.[4 second pause] As you see this doorway get closer and closer [4 second pause] you can feel yourself totally enveloped in the light [4 second pause] you are totally enveloped and protected by the light [4 second pause] you can feel the warmth and protection of the light.[8 second pause] The light surrounds you and flows throughout your body [4 second pause] throughout your entire being.[8 second pause] Now visualize, imagine, or feel yourself moving through the doorway.[8 second pause] And as you move through the doorway of light, I want you to know that you are moving away from your physical shell.[4 second pause] As you step through this doorway of light [4 second pause] you will view and observe your body objectively [4 second pause] knowing at all times that you are always surrounded in the white light of protection; [4 second pause] as soul, you choose to step from the limits of matter.[4 second pause] So, I want you to observe every detail.[4 second pause] Now feel yourself becoming lighter.[4 second pause] You are becoming lighter and lighter [4 second pause] you are as light as a feather [4 second pause] light as a balloon as you slowly lift and float up, up, up.[4 second pause] Now you can feel yourself floating free [8 second pause] As you float, enjoy all the warm sensations of floating free [4 second pause] floating completely free from your physical body.[4 second pause] You are floating above your body.[4 second pause] As you enjoy the floating sensations, you can feel your awareness increase [4 second pause] You are more aware [4 second pause] more aware of your new, lighter energy-body [4 second pause] more aware of your light energy-self.[4 second pause] Now you are completely aware of your energy-self [4 second pause] your floating energy-self.[8 second pause] Your entire awareness is moving into your light energy-self.[8 second pause] Joyfully, you can feel yourself floating free, floating completely free of all limits [4 second pause] all dense limits.[4 second pause] Now you are completely aware within your light self [4 second pause] You can see and feel with all your awareness [4 second pause] all your consciousness is within your light energy-self.[8 second pause] You can feel the joy of being free from your physical body, completely free from all limits [4 second pause] Now, what do you see? [4 second pause] What do you observe? [15 second pause]

You can feel and see an increase in your new perception.[4 second pause] Your vision is becoming better and better [4 second pause] clearer and clearer.[4 second pause] Your vision is sharper, clearer than ever before.[8 second pause] Your lighter self now has perfect vision [4 second pause] your lighter self possesses crystal-clear vision [4 second pause] perfect perceptions.[8 second pause] You can feel your entire awareness.[8 second pause] Your entire consciousness is completely within your lighter energy-self.[4 second pause] You focus all your energy within your light energy-self.[8 second pause] What do you see? [4 second pause] What does it feel like? [4 second pause] Can you see your body?
