[4 second pause] Take a moment now to adjust your position and prepare yourself for this transformative experience. [6 second pause]

Begin by taking a deep, cleansing breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And as you exhale through your mouth, feel the initial wave of relaxation flowing through your body. [5 second pause] With each breath, allow your body to become heavier and more relaxed. [6 second pause] Focus your attention on your breathing, noticing how each inhale brings fresh energy, and each exhale carries away tension. [7 second pause] Now, bring your attention to your eyelids. [4 second pause] Notice any subtle sensations there. [5 second pause] Perhaps a slight heaviness, or a gentle tingling. [6 second pause] Allow your eyelids to become heavier with each breath. [7 second pause] And when they feel ready to close, simply let them do so naturally. [8 second pause] As your eyes close, imagine a peaceful wave of relaxation washing over your entire body, from the top of your head down to your toes. [10 second pause]

Imagine yourself in a serene garden, surrounded by nature's pure beauty. [6 second pause] The air is fresh and clean, carrying the sweet scent of blooming flowers. [7 second pause] Sunlight filters through the leaves above, creating a gentle, dancing pattern on the ground before you. [8 second pause] In this space, you feel completely at peace, connected to the natural world around you. [9 second pause] Here, there are no notifications, no screens, no digital distractions. [7 second pause] Only the gentle sounds of nature, the soft breeze against your skin, and the feeling of being completely present in this moment. [10 second pause]

With each breath you take, you sink deeper into this state of natural calm. [7 second pause] Imagine that each exhale carries you ten steps deeper down a beautiful stone staircase. [8 second pause] Each step takes you further into this peaceful state. [6 second pause] Ten. Sinking deeper. [7 second pause] Nine. Letting go completely. [7 second pause] Eight. Feeling more and more peaceful. [8 second pause] Seven. Drifting deeper still. [8 second pause] Six. Halfway down now. [7 second pause] Five. Everything else fading away. [8 second pause] Four. So relaxed and calm. [8 second pause] Three. Nearly there. [7 second pause] Two. Deeper still. [8 second pause] One. Completely relaxed and at peace. [10 second pause]

In this deeply relaxed state, you begin to notice how your natural state of being is one of peace and presence. [7 second pause] You find yourself naturally drawn to real-world experiences that bring you genuine joy and fulfillment. [8 second pause] The thought of excessive screen time creates a mild feeling of discomfort in your body, a natural signal that helps you maintain healthy boundaries. [9 second pause] You begin to associate the feeling of reaching for your phone with a slight sensation of staleness, like breathing stale air. [8 second pause] Instead, you find yourself craving fresh experiences, real connections, and meaningful activities. [9 second pause] Your mind naturally redirects your attention to more fulfilling alternatives whenever you feel the urge to mindlessly scroll. [10 second pause] You find genuine pleasure in being present in the real world, engaging with your surroundings, and connecting with others face to face. [9 second pause] The time you do spend on your devices becomes intentional and purposeful, leaving you feeling satisfied rather than drained. [10 second pause]

Imagine yourself tomorrow morning, naturally waking up and taking a few moments to stretch and breathe before reaching for your phone. [8 second pause] See yourself easily choosing to enjoy your morning routine first, feeling refreshed and present. [9 second pause] Picture yourself throughout your day, naturally choosing activities that bring you real joy and satisfaction. [8 second pause] When you do use your devices, you do so with purpose and awareness, maintaining healthy boundaries effortlessly. [9 second pause] Feel the sense of accomplishment and wellbeing that comes from being more present in your life. [10 second pause]

Now it's time to gradually return to full waking awareness. [6 second pause] I'll count from one to five, and with each number, you'll feel more alert and refreshed. [7 second pause] One. Beginning to feel energy returning to your body. [6 second pause] Two. Becoming more aware of your surroundings. [6 second pause] Three. Feeling refreshed and clear-headed. [6 second pause] Four. Almost back to full awareness. [6 second pause] Five. Eyes opening now, feeling completely awake, alert, and wonderfully refreshed. [8 second pause]

Remember, you can return to this state of calm awareness whenever you need to reset your relationship with technology. [7 second pause] Each time you listen to this recording, these suggestions become stronger and more natural. [8 second pause] Your mind and body work together to maintain healthy digital boundaries, allowing you to live a more balanced and fulfilled life. [9 second pause] Thank you for sharing this time with me. Until we meet again, take care and be well. [6 second pause]
