Find a comfortable position now, either sitting or lying down, wherever you feel most at ease. [3 second pause] Let your hands rest naturally at your sides or on your lap, whichever feels right. [3 second pause] You may keep your eyes open at first, or let them close whenever you're ready. [3 second pause] There's nothing you need to figure out or understand. [3 second pause] Your unconscious mind knows exactly how to create the changes you desire. [3 second pause] All you have to do is allow it. [3 second pause] This session will guide you to install a switch inside your mind, a switch you can flip on whenever you need unshakable confidence. [3 second pause] Trust the process and let whatever happens, happen.

Feel the weight of your body against the surface supporting you. [Long pause] Notice the temperature of the air on your skin, the subtle sensations that are always there, waiting to be noticed. [Long pause] The fabric against your arms, the way your breath moves through you without any effort at all. [Long pause] I want you to try not to think about your left foot while you notice your breathing while you don't listen too carefully to my words while you wonder whether you're going into trance or already there. [Long pause] And as you don't think about that foot, or maybe the other foot, you can notice the weight of your hands while not noticing them while your eyes are closing or open or somewhere in between. [Long pause] And I wonder whether you'll go into trance quickly, or whether you already have, or whether you'll wait until after you've already gone deep to realize how deep you've been. [Long pause] Because your conscious mind can try to follow all of this while your unconscious mind simply relaxes. [Long pause] And the more you try to understand, the more you don't need to. [Long pause] The more you can just let go. [Long pause] And which hand is heavier now? [Long pause] Or are they both lighter? [Long pause] Or is one heavier and one lighter while both are the same while neither is what you expected. [Long pause] It doesn't matter because understanding is overrated and confusion is just another word for the conscious mind giving up, which is another way of saying trance. [Long pause] And SINK. [Long pause] Down into the comfortable simplicity beneath all the confusion. [Long pause] Where everything makes sense by making no sense.
