Positive Sound Anchoring Hypnosis | Direct Suggestion

Hey there, I'm glad we have this time together today. [3 second pause] Before we begin, let's just get you set up comfortably. [3 second pause] You can do this sitting or lying down, whichever feels right for you right now. [3 second pause] If you're sitting, let your hands rest naturally on your lap, palms facing up or down, whatever feels easy. [3 second pause] If you're lying down, let your arms rest gently at your sides. [3 second pause] Go ahead and let your body settle into that position now. [3 second pause] In a moment I'm going to ask you to close your eyes, but not just yet. [3 second pause] Just get comfortable first. [3 second pause] Now, what we're doing today is something really lovely and a little bit unusual. [3 second pause] We're going to use the natural, steady hum of your refrigerator as an anchor, a kind of signal to your nervous system that says "right now, you are safe, you are calm, and something quietly wonderful is happening." [3 second pause] You don't need to be near your fridge right now for this to work. [3 second pause] Your mind is going to do the heavy lifting, building that association so deeply that the next time you hear that hum, your body just knows what to do. [3 second pause] There's nothing you need to force or figure out. [3 second pause] All you have to do is listen. [3 second pause] If your mind wanders, that's completely fine. [3 second pause] Just gently come back to my voice whenever you notice. [3 second pause] And if you fall into a deeply relaxed state and drift, that's fine too. [3 second pause] Your unconscious mind hears everything it needs to. [3 second pause] Okay. [2 second pause] Let's begin. [2 second pause] You can close your eyes now.

So, you've closed your eyes. Good. And I just want to ask you something. Can you already feel a little shift? Just from closing them? A tiny softening somewhere in your face, maybe around your eyes or your jaw? You can feel that, can't you? There's something that happens the moment we close our eyes and just... stop performing for the world. Like putting down a bag you didn't even realise you were carrying. And I wonder, can you feel that right now, that first small release? [6 second pause] Good. Now, I want you to notice your hands. Just notice them. The temperature of them. Whether they feel light or heavy. Whether you can feel the fabric or surface beneath them. [7 second pause] And as you notice your hands, you might find that your breathing just... settles. Without you doing anything. Just settles on its own. [8 second pause] That's right. You know exactly how to do this. Your body has been waiting for this permission all day. [7 second pause] Now I want you to press your palms together gently, just for a moment. Bring them together in front of you, or rest them pressed together on your lap. Feel the warmth between them. [5 second pause] Notice how that warmth builds. [6 second pause] And now let them rest again, wherever they were. And as they rest, you can feel that warmth spreading. Up your wrists, up your forearms, just a gentle, comfortable warmth that moves through you like the first sip of something warm on a cool morning. [8 second pause] And with every breath out, you're going a little deeper into this comfortable, easy state. You can feel it, can't you? That familiar, pleasant heaviness. That sense of just... sinking in. [9 second pause] Good. Just like that.

I want you to imagine now that you're in your kitchen. Not doing anything in particular. Just there. Maybe it's morning, maybe it's evening, the light is soft and familiar. [7 second pause] And the kitchen is quiet, in that comfortable way that kitchens are quiet. Not empty. Not lonely. Just still. [8 second pause] You can feel the floor beneath your feet, solid and real. You can sense the familiar shapes of things around you. The counter, the window, the small ordinary details that make this space yours. [9 second pause] And then, just underneath the quiet, you notice it. That low, steady hum. [6 second pause] The refrigerator. Just doing what it always does. That soft, continuous sound that's always been there in the background of your kitchen life. [8 second pause] And right now, as you hear it in your imagination, I want you to just... let it in. Don't push it away. Don't ignore it. Just let that sound exist, fully, in your awareness. [10 second pause] That hum. Steady. Reliable. Always there. Like a quiet heartbeat in the room. [9 second pause] And as you let it in, something interesting starts to happen. Something your mind is learning right now, in this deeply relaxed state, where new connections are so easy to make. [8 second pause]

And I want you to imagine that sound has a colour. Maybe it's a soft blue, or a warm amber, or a gentle, glowing green. Whatever colour comes to you first, let it be that. [8 second pause] And that colour is beginning to fill the room in your mind. Slowly, softly, like light coming through a frosted window. [10 second pause] And as that colour fills the room, you find yourself going deeper. Much deeper. Into a state of such comfortable, easy relaxation that the outside world feels very far away. [12 second pause] Ten. [10 second pause] Sinking deeper into that coloured light. [8 second pause] Nine. [9 second pause] The hum is steady. You are steady. [8 second pause] Eight. [10 second pause] Deeper and more comfortable with every count. [8 second pause] Seven. [10 second pause] Your body is heavy and warm. Your mind is open and easy. [9 second pause] Six. [10 second pause] Halfway down now, and it feels so good to just let go. [8 second pause] Five. [10 second pause] The colour is all around you. The hum is all around you. Both of them safe. Both of them yours. [9 second pause] Four. [10 second pause] Deeper still. [8 second pause] Three. [12 second pause] Almost there. Almost at that perfect place of deep, open, receptive calm. [9 second pause] Two. [12 second pause] Just one more. [8 second pause] One. [15 second pause] Beautiful. Right there. Stay there. [18 second pause]

And in this deep, open state, your unconscious mind is listening. And it learns so easily here. So let me tell you something that your mind is going to understand at a very deep level right now. [10 second pause] That hum, the refrigerator's hum, is becoming something new. Something wonderful. [8 second pause] Every time you hear it, from this day forward, something in your body responds. A small, quiet wave. Starting somewhere in your chest, maybe, or your belly. A wave of calm pleasure. [10 second pause] Not dramatic. Not loud. Just... a rising tide of ease. Like the feeling of exhaling after holding your breath. Like the moment you take off your shoes after a long day. Like the first moment of warmth when you step inside from the cold. [12 second pause] That wave is yours. It belongs to you. And it is triggered, automatically, effortlessly, every single time you hear that hum. [10 second pause] Your nervous system is learning this right now. It is wiring this connection in, deeply and permanently, because that is what your nervous system does. It learns. It adapts. It creates pathways. And this is a pathway worth having. [12 second pause] The hum means: you are safe. [8 second pause] The hum means: this is your space. [8 second pause] The hum means: right now, something quietly wonderful is available to you. [10 second pause] And your body responds to that meaning with a wave. A rising, gentle, deeply pleasant wave of calm. [12 second pause] You don't have to think about it. You don't have to remember it. Your unconscious mind holds this now. Every time that sound reaches your ears, the wave begins. Automatically. Effortlessly. Like a reflex. A beautiful, calm, pleasurable reflex. [15 second pause] And your kitchen, that ordinary, everyday room, is becoming something more. It is becoming a pocket of bliss. A place where your nervous system exhales. Where your body knows it can soften. [12 second pause] You might find yourself pausing in the kitchen just to listen. Just to feel that wave move through you. Just to enjoy this small, secret, beautiful thing that is yours. [15 second pause] And the more you notice it, the stronger it becomes. Each time you hear the hum and feel the wave, the connection deepens. Like a path through a garden that becomes clearer the more it's walked. [12 second pause] The hum. The wave. The bliss. Deeper every time. Stronger every time. More automatic every time. [15 second pause]

And I want you to imagine now, just for a moment, a morning a few days from now. You walk into your kitchen. Maybe you're making coffee, or getting a glass of water, or just passing through. [8 second pause] And then you hear it. That hum. Low and steady and familiar. [7 second pause] And before you've even consciously registered it, the wave is already beginning. That quiet, rising pleasure in your chest. That soft exhale in your whole body. [10 second pause] And you might smile a little. Or you might not even notice you're smiling. But something in you has shifted. The kitchen feels different. Warmer. More yours. [12 second pause] And now imagine a moment when you're tired, or a little stressed, or just carrying more than usual. And you walk into the kitchen. [8 second pause] And the hum is there. As always. As always. [7 second pause] And the wave comes. Steady and reliable, just like the hum itself. And for a moment, just a moment, the weight lifts a little. Your body remembers how to be easy. [12 second pause] And imagine telling someone, someday, that your kitchen is your favourite room. And maybe they'll ask why. And maybe you'll just smile and say, I don't know, it just feels good in there. [10 second pause] Because it does. Because it will. Because your mind is making it so right now. [15 second pause]

And now, very gently, very slowly, I'm going to bring you back. Back to the room, back to your body, back to full waking awareness. And you're going to feel wonderful. Refreshed, light, and quietly happy. [8 second pause] I'm going to count from one to five, and with each number you'll feel yourself rising a little, becoming a little more alert, a little more present. And by the time I reach five, your eyes will open easily and you'll feel completely, comfortably awake. [6 second pause] One. [5 second pause] Beginning to come back now. Feeling the room around you. The sounds of your actual environment. [6 second pause] Two. [5 second pause] A little more alert. Noticing your body in the chair or on the surface beneath you. Wiggling your fingers a little if you like. [6 second pause] Three. [5 second pause] Halfway back. A sense of gentle energy returning. Your breathing a little deeper. [6 second pause] Four. [5 second pause] Almost there. Eyes beginning to feel ready to open. A feeling of lightness and ease. [5 second pause] And five. [4 second pause] Eyes open. Fully awake. Fully here. [5 second pause] Take a moment. Just breathe. Let yourself arrive back fully. [7 second pause]

How good does that feel? I hope you feel that something has genuinely shifted in you today. Something small and lovely has been planted. And like all good things, it will grow on its own, without effort, without trying. [6 second pause] The next time you're in your kitchen and you hear that hum, just notice what happens. You don't need to force anything. Just notice. Your body will do the rest. [7 second pause] And if you want to strengthen this even further, you can listen to this session as many times as you like. Each time you do, that connection between the hum and the wave of calm pleasure gets a little deeper, a little more automatic, a little more effortless. [6 second pause] You've done something really lovely for yourself today. You've taken something ordinary and made it extraordinary. You've turned background noise into a personal signal for peace. That's not a small thing. That's actually quite beautiful. [7 second pause] Take good care of yourself. And the next time your fridge hums, smile. It's talking to you now. Take care.
