In this session, we'll be using a few specific NLP techniques, and it helps to know what to expect. One of them is called anchoring, which means we'll be creating a physical trigger, a simple touch or gesture, that your unconscious mind will learn to associate with a specific feeling of calm, grounded confidence. When you fire that anchor in a real pricing conversation, that feeling comes back instantly. We'll also be doing something called a swish pattern, which is a rapid mental technique for replacing an old automatic response with a new, more resourceful one. [10 second pause] Comfortable in the silence. [9 second pause] Your rate stands. [10 second pause] You don't fill the silence with a discount. [9 second pause] You fill it with presence.
