Social Media Addiction Hypnosis | Listen 7 Nights

Hey there, I'm glad we have this time together today. Before we begin, let's get you comfortable. Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed for the next 30 minutes or so. [3 second pause] You can either sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, or lie down on your bed or couch - whatever feels most natural for you. [4 second pause] Rest your hands naturally at your sides or on your lap, wherever they feel comfortable. [3 second pause] In just a moment, I'm going to ask you to close your eyes, but not quite yet. [4 second pause] This session is completely safe. You'll remain aware of your surroundings and can open your eyes anytime you need to. [3 second pause] Your unconscious mind already knows exactly how to make the changes you want. [4 second pause] All you need to do is listen to my voice and allow yourself to experience whatever comes naturally. [5 second pause] Are you ready to begin this journey back to yourself?

You know you're ready for this, aren't you? [4 second pause] You've been waiting for someone to help you break free from those endless scrolling sessions. [5 second pause] Close your eyes now and allow yourself to be hypnotized. [6 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause] You can already feel yourself wanting to go deeper, can't you? [5 second pause] Your mind is already beginning to focus on my voice, filtering out everything else. [6 second pause] You know exactly how to do this. [4 second pause] Your unconscious mind is already responding, already starting to make the changes you've been longing for. [7 second pause] Part of you might want to resist, but another part just wants to let go completely, doesn't it? [6 second pause] That's the part we're speaking to now. [5 second pause] The part that remembers what it feels like to be truly engaged, truly present, truly alive. [8 second pause]

Imagine yourself in a comfortable room, your room, but different somehow. [5 second pause] The lighting is warm and inviting, casting gentle shadows that make everything feel peaceful and calm. [6 second pause] In one corner, there's your guitar, waiting patiently for you. [4 second pause] You can see the way the light catches the strings, the familiar curve of the body that once felt like an extension of yourself. [7 second pause] And somewhere else in this room, maybe on a table or shelf, your phone sits quietly. [5 second pause] It's not demanding your attention. [4 second pause] It's not calling to you with notifications and endless feeds. [6 second pause] It's simply there, serving its purpose when needed, but not controlling your evening, not stealing your time, not pulling you away from what truly matters. [8 second pause] This is your space of choice. [5 second pause] Your space of freedom. [6 second pause]

Let's go deeper now. [4 second pause] I want you to take a slow, deep breath in. [6 second pause] And as you exhale, allow yourself to sink deeper into this comfortable state. [7 second pause] With each breath you take, you're moving further away from the surface distractions of daily life. [6 second pause] Further away from the compulsive need to check, to scroll, to seek that next hit of digital stimulation. [8 second pause] Ten. [5 second pause] Sinking deeper into your authentic self. [6 second pause] Nine. [4 second pause] The part of you that creates rather than consumes. [7 second pause] Eight. [5 second pause] Deeper still, where your true passions live. [8 second pause] Seven. [4 second pause] Where music flows through your fingers. [6 second pause] Six. [5 second pause] Going deeper into focus and presence. [7 second pause] Five. [4 second pause] Deeper into your power to choose. [8 second pause] Four. [5 second pause] Three. [6 second pause] Two. [7 second pause] One. [10 second pause] Perfect.

Deep in this peaceful state, your unconscious mind is making powerful changes. [8 second pause] You're remembering what it feels like to have complete control over your attention. [6 second pause] To choose where you focus your precious time and energy. [7 second pause] When you see your phone in the evening, you feel a sense of calm indifference. [5 second pause] It's just a tool, nothing more. [6 second pause] The compulsive urge to pick it up and scroll is simply dissolving away. [8 second pause] Instead, you feel drawn to your guitar. [5 second pause] You remember the satisfaction of learning a new chord, the joy of playing a song you love. [7 second pause] Your fingers are eager to feel the strings again. [6 second pause] Music is calling to you, and you answer that call with enthusiasm. [8 second pause] Each evening becomes an opportunity for creativity, for growth, for genuine fulfillment. [7 second pause] You choose presence over distraction. [5 second pause] You choose creation over consumption. [6 second pause] You choose the real satisfaction of making music over the empty calories of endless scrolling. [9 second pause] This choice feels natural, effortless, and deeply satisfying. [8 second pause]

Imagine yourself tomorrow evening. [6 second pause] You've finished your day, and you're at home. [5 second pause] You glance at your phone, maybe check for any important messages, and then you set it aside. [7 second pause] Without any struggle, without any internal battle, you simply walk over to your guitar. [6 second pause] You pick it up, feeling the familiar weight in your hands, and you begin to play. [8 second pause] See yourself a week from now, having spent every evening this way. [6 second pause] Notice how much more skilled you've become, how much more confident with the instrument. [7 second pause] Feel the pride and satisfaction of having used your time so well. [8 second pause] Imagine yourself a month from now, showing someone a song you've learned to play beautifully. [6 second pause] See their amazement, feel your own sense of accomplishment. [7 second pause] This is who you are now. [5 second pause] Someone who chooses music over mindless scrolling. [6 second pause] Someone who values their time and uses it wisely. [8 second pause] This change is already happening, already taking root deep in your unconscious mind. [10 second pause]

In a moment, I'm going to count from one to five, and you'll emerge from this hypnotic state feeling refreshed, energized, and completely confident in your ability to choose music over mindless scrolling. [6 second pause] One. [4 second pause] Beginning to return now, bringing with you all the positive changes we've made today. [5 second pause] Two. [4 second pause] Feeling more alert, more aware, your new patterns already integrating into your daily life. [6 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Energy returning to your body, excitement building for your musical evenings ahead. [5 second pause] Four. [4 second pause] Almost back now, feeling wonderful, confident, and completely in control of your choices. [6 second pause] Five. [3 second pause] Eyes open, wide awake, feeling fantastic and ready to pick up your guitar. [5 second pause]

You've done beautiful work today. [4 second pause] The changes you've made are real and lasting. [5 second pause] Trust in your ability to choose presence over distraction, creation over consumption. [6 second pause] Your guitar is waiting for you, and you're excited to answer its call. [5 second pause] Remember, every time you choose music over mindless scrolling, you're strengthening these new neural pathways. [7 second pause] You're becoming more and more the person you truly want to be. [6 second pause] Take care of yourself, and enjoy rediscovering the joy of making music. [5 second pause] Until next time, be well. [4 second pause]
