Deep Relaxation Hypnosis | Somatic Grounding

Welcome. [2 second pause] This is a short test session. [3 second pause] Just relax and follow along with my voice.

Now, let us begin with a simple countdown. Take a deep breath in... and slowly exhale. Ten... nine... eight... feeling yourself becoming more relaxed with each number... seven... six... five... sinking deeper... four... three... two... one. [3 second pause] Good. You are doing wonderfully.

Imagine yourself standing at the top of a staircase. There are five steps leading down to a beautiful, peaceful garden. Step five... you take the first step down, feeling a wave of calm. Step four... going deeper now, each step brings more peace. Step three... halfway there, letting go of all tension. Step two... almost there, feeling so wonderfully relaxed. Step one... you have arrived. [4 second pause] You are now in your garden of peace.

Now I will count down from twenty to one, and with each number you will go twice as deep. Twenty... nineteen... eighteen... seventeen... sixteen... fifteen... fourteen... thirteen... twelve... eleven... [2 second pause] Ten... nine... eight... seven... six... five... four... three... two... one. [5 second pause] You are now deeply, profoundly relaxed. Deeper than you have ever been before.

In this deep state of relaxation, know that you are safe. You are capable. You are strong. Every day, in every way, you are becoming better and better. One step at a time. Two breaths at a time. Three moments of peace at a time. These are not countdowns, just numbers in sentences. Remember that 100 percent of your effort matters.

When you return to your waking state, you will carry this calm with you. Counting up now... 1... 2... 3... feeling energy returning... 4... 5... fully alert and refreshed.

Now, coming back. I will count from one to five. One... beginning to awaken. Two... becoming more aware of your surroundings. Three... feeling refreshed and energized. Four... almost fully awake now. Five... eyes open, wide awake, feeling wonderful. [2 second pause] Welcome back.

Thank you for joining this test session. Remember, you can return to this state of peace anytime you wish. Goodbye for now.
