Bloat Body Neutrality Hypnosis | Visualization Induction

Hey there, I'm really glad we have this time together today. [3 second pause] Before we begin, let's just get you set up comfortably. [3 second pause] You can be lying down or sitting — whatever feels right for your body right now. [3 second pause] If you're sitting, let your hands rest naturally in your lap. [3 second pause] If you're lying down, let your arms fall gently at your sides, palms facing up or down, whichever feels more natural. [3 second pause] You don't need to do anything with your hands right now except let them be heavy and still. [3 second pause] Go ahead and close your eyes now. [3 second pause] Yes, right at the start. [3 second pause] There's nothing you need to see for this one. [3 second pause] This is Day 2 of the IBS Relief playlist, and if you were with us yesterday for the Hot Girl Gut Reset, you already have something powerful with you — a little anchor that belongs to you. [3 second pause] We'll be using it again today, so it's good to know it's already there, already yours. [3 second pause] Today's session is about something specific: the moment you stand in front of your mirror, or reach for a pair of jeans, or zip up a dress, and your belly becomes the loudest thing in the room. [3 second pause] We're going to work gently with that moment — not to fight it, not to force it, but to loosen its grip. [3 second pause] This is general wellness hypnosis designed to support calm, confidence, and a kinder relationship with your body. [3 second pause] It is not a substitute for professional care, and nothing said here is intended to assess, address, or make any promises about your physical health. [3 second pause] This is about your nervous system, your self-trust, and your right to get dressed in the morning without a full courtroom drama. [3 second pause] So settle in. [2 second pause] Let your jaw go soft. [2 second pause] And let's begin.

You know that feeling when you put on a song and your shoulders just... drop? [4 second pause] That's what we're doing right now. [4 second pause] Your mind already knows how to do this. It's been waiting for this moment, actually. [5 second pause] So let's just... let it happen. [4 second pause] Notice the weight of your body wherever you're resting right now. [5 second pause] The surface beneath you holding you up, doing all the work, asking nothing of you. [6 second pause] And your breath — you don't have to change it. Just notice it moving in and out, at its own pace, in its own rhythm. [6 second pause] That's right. [5 second pause] Now, I want you to feel something for me. Feel the space between your eyebrows. [4 second pause] That little patch of skin. [4 second pause] And just... let it go smooth. [5 second pause] As if someone placed a warm, soft cloth there and it just... melted the tension away. [6 second pause] Good. [4 second pause] Now feel your jaw. [4 second pause] Let your back teeth part just slightly. [5 second pause] Your lips can stay together, but inside your mouth, there's space. [6 second pause] And your shoulders — wherever they've crept up to — let them slide down now, like a coat slipping off your shoulders at the end of a long day. [6 second pause] That's it. [5 second pause] Already you're going somewhere quieter. [5 second pause] Already your nervous system is beginning to settle. [6 second pause] And I want you to notice — you didn't have to try very hard, did you? [4 second pause] That's because part of you already knew how to do this. [5 second pause] Part of you was ready. [6 second pause] So let that part lead now. [5 second pause] Let it take you a little deeper with every breath. [8 second pause] Deeper with every sound you hear. [6 second pause] Deeper with every word I say. [8 second pause]

Let's take you somewhere familiar. [4 second pause] Feel yourself standing in a room you know well. [5 second pause] Your room. Your space. [4 second pause] Maybe it's morning. Maybe the glow is that soft, warm kind — the kind that comes through curtains before the day gets loud. [6 second pause] Feel the floor under your feet. [4 second pause] The slight give of the carpet, or the cool smoothness of hardwood. [5 second pause] You're standing in front of your wardrobe. [4 second pause] Or maybe a rail of clothes, a pile of options on the bed, a drawer half open. [5 second pause] You know this place. [4 second pause] You've stood here before. [5 second pause] And somewhere in this moment — maybe it's already starting to ease — there's that familiar flicker. [5 second pause] The one that starts when your hand reaches for a waistband. [6 second pause] The one that whispers: what if today is a bad belly day? [5 second pause] What if I bloat? What if the jeans don't fit the same way they did last week? [6 second pause] Feel that moment without rushing past it. [5 second pause] Just notice it's there. [5 second pause] Notice where it lives in your body — maybe a tightening in the chest, a flutter in the stomach, a jaw that wants to clench. [6 second pause] You've been here before. [5 second pause] And you've also always made it through. [6 second pause] But today, something is different. [5 second pause] Today, you're not alone in that moment. [5 second pause] Today, you have something to come back to. [8 second pause]

Let's go a little deeper now. [5 second pause] I'm going to count down from five to one, and with each number, you'll feel yourself settling more completely into this calm, quiet state. [4 second pause] Five. [6 second pause] Sinking deeper into the surface beneath you, heavier, softer. [6 second pause] Four. [6 second pause] Your breath slower now, your body releasing any last bit of holding on. [8 second pause] Three. [6 second pause] Your mind quieter, like the moment after a phone is finally switched to silent. [8 second pause] Two. [6 second pause] Almost there. Deeper still. Your whole body at ease. [8 second pause] One. [8 second pause] There you are. [6 second pause] Beautifully, completely relaxed. [8 second pause] And now, from this soft and settled place, bring one hand gently to your belly. [5 second pause] Not to fix anything. Not to check anything. Just to rest there. [6 second pause] And take one slow breath. [5 second pause] Feel your shoulders drop. [5 second pause] Feel your jaw unclench. [6 second pause] And hear the quiet truth that you already know: I can be prepared without being ruled by the plan. [8 second pause] That's your anchor. The one from Day 1. [5 second pause] And it's working right now, even here, even in this deep and quiet place. [8 second pause] Let it settle into your body like warmth. [10 second pause]

From this place of warmth and quiet, I want to speak to the part of you that has spent a lot of energy in front of mirrors. [5 second pause] The part that has stood in bathroom glare — that harsh, unflattering kind — and made decisions about what kind of day it was going to be based on what she saw. [6 second pause] That part of you has been working so hard. [5 second pause] And she deserves a rest. [8 second pause] Here's what's true, and I want you to feel this in your body as I say it: [5 second pause] Your belly changing size throughout the day is not a moral event. [6 second pause] It is not a verdict. [5 second pause] It is not evidence of failure. [6 second pause] It is a body doing what bodies do. [8 second pause] Feel that land somewhere in your chest. [6 second pause] The waistband of your jeans is not a jury. [5 second pause] It is fabric. [5 second pause] It has no opinion about you. [6 second pause] It cannot decide what kind of woman you are. [8 second pause] And the mirror — that mirror in the warm editorial glow of your room — it is not a judge either. [6 second pause] It is just a surface. [5 second pause] And what you see there is only one small frame of a much larger, much more interesting story. [8 second pause] Now feel this: [4 second pause] You are allowed to get dressed on a bloated day and still feel like yourself. [6 second pause] You are allowed to choose an outfit not because it hides something, but because you like how it feels. [6 second pause] The soft drape of wide-leg trousers. [4 second pause] The easy slide of a zipper that doesn't dig. [4 second pause] The feeling of fabric that moves with you rather than against you. [6 second pause] These are not compromises. [5 second pause] These are choices. [8 second pause] And here's the deeper truth your nervous system is learning right now, in this quiet state: [5 second pause] Getting dressed is not a test you pass or fail. [5 second pause] It is just the beginning of going somewhere. [6 second pause] And you, my love, are always going somewhere worth going. [8 second pause] Let your body receive that. [6 second pause] Let the muscles around your belly soften just a little more. [6 second pause] Not because anything is fixed, but because nothing needed to be fixed in the first place. [10 second pause] You are not a problem to be solved before you're allowed to leave the house. [8 second pause] Say that again inside yourself, quietly: I am not a problem to be solved before I'm allowed to leave the house. [10 second pause] Feel what that does in your body. [8 second pause] Feel the shoulders drop. [6 second pause] Feel the breath deepen. [6 second pause] Feel the jaw go soft. [10 second pause]

Now let's move forward in time together. [5 second pause] Feel yourself waking up tomorrow morning. [5 second pause] The alarm has gone off, or maybe you woke before it. [5 second pause] There's that half-second of just existing before the day starts. [6 second pause] And then you remember — you're going to brunch. [5 second pause] And notice: the first thought is not panic. [5 second pause] The first thought is something lighter. Something like: what do I want to wear? [6 second pause] Feel yourself moving toward your wardrobe. [5 second pause] Your hand lands on something you love. [4 second pause] Maybe it's those wide-leg trousers, soft at the waist. [4 second pause] Maybe it's a dress that moves. [4 second pause] Maybe it's something unexpected — something you haven't worn in a while because you were saving it for a day when you felt ready. [6 second pause] And today, you feel ready. [5 second pause] Not because your belly is flat. [4 second pause] Not because the bloat has magically disappeared. [5 second pause] But because you've decided — and this is a choice, your choice — that readiness doesn't live in your waistband. [6 second pause] Feel yourself getting dressed. [5 second pause] Feel the fabric settle. [4 second pause] Feel yourself glance in the mirror — not to inspect, not to audit — just to check that you look like you. [6 second pause] And you do. [8 second pause] Now feel yourself at brunch. [5 second pause] The sound of restaurant chatter around you, warm and ambient. [4 second pause] The clink of glasses. [4 second pause] The smell of coffee. [5 second pause] You're seated across from someone you like, or a table full of people who make you laugh. [6 second pause] And your belly — whatever it's doing today — is not the main character of this moment. [6 second pause] You are. [8 second pause] Feel yourself reaching for the menu, not scanning it with anxiety, but with actual appetite. [5 second pause] Feel the ease of just being there. [5 second pause] Present. [4 second pause] Comfortable enough. [4 second pause] Prepared without being ruled. [8 second pause] And if a moment of discomfort comes — because sometimes it does, and that's okay — feel yourself reaching for your anchor. [5 second pause] One hand soft on the belly. [4 second pause] One slow breath. [4 second pause] Shoulders down. [4 second pause] Jaw unclenched. [5 second pause] I can be prepared without being ruled by the plan. [8 second pause] And then you come back to the table. [5 second pause] Back to the conversation. [5 second pause] Back to your life. [8 second pause]

And now, gently, beautifully, it's time to start coming back. [5 second pause] Bringing everything you've felt in this session back with you into the waking world. [5 second pause] I'm going to count up from one to five, and with each number, you'll feel yourself becoming more alert, more present, more refreshed. [4 second pause] One. [5 second pause] Awareness beginning to return. Feeling the surface beneath you again. [5 second pause] Two. [5 second pause] A little more alert now. Fingers and toes beginning to wake up — maybe a gentle wiggle if that feels right. [5 second pause] Three. [5 second pause] Halfway back. Feeling rested, calm, and quietly confident. [5 second pause] Four. [5 second pause] Almost there. Taking a deeper breath now, filling your lungs, feeling the energy return to your body. [5 second pause] Five. [4 second pause] Eyes open whenever you're ready. Back in the room. Back in your day. [5 second pause] And carrying something new with you. [4 second pause]

You did something real today. [4 second pause] You sat with the mirror moment, the waistband moment, the morning spiral — and you chose something different. [5 second pause] That choice lives in your nervous system now. [4 second pause] It will be a little easier to find tomorrow. [5 second pause] Your body is not your obstacle. [4 second pause] Your belly is not your enemy. [4 second pause] And your jeans — I promise you — are not a jury. [6 second pause] Tomorrow, we take the anchor and that outfit confidence out to brunch. [4 second pause] Day 3 is waiting for you, and it's going to be good. [5 second pause] Until then, be easy on yourself. [4 second pause] You're doing beautifully. [4 second pause]
