Price Negotiation Confidence Hypnosis | Listen 14 Days Before Events

Before we begin, let's set you up properly. [3 second pause] Find a comfortable position — either sitting upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting naturally on your thighs, or lying down if you prefer. [3 second pause] Either is fine. [2 second pause] If you're sitting, let your back be supported. [3 second pause] If you're lying down, let your arms rest gently at your sides. [3 second pause] You do not need to close your eyes just yet — I'll give you that instruction when the time is right. [3 second pause] This session uses a direct hypnotic induction. [3 second pause] That means I won't spend a long time asking you to relax first — instead, I'll move straight into guiding your mind into a focused, receptive state. [3 second pause] This is perfectly safe and very effective. [3 second pause] You don't need to do anything except follow along. [3 second pause] There is nothing to figure out, nothing to force. [3 second pause] Your only job is to listen. [3 second pause] This session is designed for adults in good mental health. [3 second pause] If you are driving or operating machinery, please stop this recording now and return when you are safe and still. [3 second pause] By continuing, you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing. [3 second pause] Now — get comfortable, let your body settle, and when you're ready, we'll begin.

Close your eyes. [5 second pause] Right now. [6 second pause] Good. [7 second pause] You've been waiting for this, haven't you? [5 second pause] Some part of you already knows why you're here. [6 second pause] And that part of you is already ready to change. [8 second pause] I want you to press your palms together now — both hands, flat against each other, fingers pointing upward. [5 second pause] Press them firmly. [4 second pause] Feel the warmth building between them. [6 second pause] Now press harder. [5 second pause] Notice how they seem to want to stick together. [6 second pause] That's right. [7 second pause] The harder you press, the more they lock. [6 second pause] Try to pull them apart. [4 second pause] You'll find they resist. [5 second pause] That resistance — that's your unconscious mind responding to me right now. [7 second pause] It's already following. [8 second pause] In a moment, I'm going to count from three down to one, and when I reach one, you'll let your hands drop into your lap and your mind will drop twice as deep into this focused, receptive state. [5 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Hands pressing, mind already beginning to let go. [6 second pause] Two. [5 second pause] Almost there. [6 second pause] One. [4 second pause] Drop. [10 second pause] That's right. [8 second pause] Hands resting. [7 second pause] Mind open. [9 second pause] Good.

I want you to imagine a room. [7 second pause] A quiet, solid room. [8 second pause] The walls are strong — maybe dark wood paneling, or smooth concrete, or warm stone. [7 second pause] Whatever feels most like strength to you. [9 second pause] There is a single table in the center of this room. [6 second pause] Heavy. [5 second pause] Unmovable. [8 second pause] And you are seated at one side of it. [7 second pause] You are not tense. [6 second pause] You are not braced. [8 second pause] You are simply... settled. [9 second pause] Like a stone that has been sitting in the same place for a thousand years. [10 second pause] The air in this room is still. [7 second pause] And you feel something you may not have felt in a negotiation before. [8 second pause] You feel completely, utterly unbothered. [10 second pause] Not because you don't care about the outcome. [7 second pause] But because you know something. [8 second pause] You know your number is right. [9 second pause] You know what you're offering is worth exactly what you've asked for. [10 second pause] And in this room, that knowing is as solid as the table in front of you. [12 second pause] This is your negotiation room. [8 second pause] This is where the real you sits. [9 second pause]

And now I want to take you even deeper into this state. [7 second pause] I'm going to count down from ten to one. [5 second pause] With each number, you go further in. [6 second pause] More focused. [5 second pause] More settled. [7 second pause] More certain. [8 second pause] Ten. [10 second pause] Sinking into the chair, into the floor, into the ground beneath you. [9 second pause] Nine. [9 second pause] Every breath out carries any remaining tension with it. [10 second pause] Eight. [9 second pause] Your mind quieting now, like a room after the last guest has left. [10 second pause] Seven. [9 second pause] Deeper. [8 second pause] Six. [10 second pause] You are becoming very still, very clear, very present. [11 second pause] Five. [10 second pause] Halfway down, and already so much deeper than you expected. [11 second pause] Four. [10 second pause] Your unconscious mind is wide open now, receiving everything I say. [12 second pause] Three. [10 second pause] Almost there. [9 second pause] Two. [10 second pause] One last step. [9 second pause] One. [15 second pause] Perfect. [12 second pause] Deep, focused, and completely receptive. [14 second pause]

Here is the truth your unconscious mind is ready to accept now. [9 second pause] You do not cave on price because you are weak. [8 second pause] You cave because in that moment, a part of you believes the discomfort of the pause is more dangerous than the cost of the discount. [10 second pause] But that belief is not true. [9 second pause] And from this moment forward, your nervous system knows the difference. [12 second pause] Silence in a negotiation is not danger. [8 second pause] Silence is power. [10 second pause] When you state your number and the other person goes quiet, or pushes back, or says "that's too high" — your body no longer reads that as a threat. [9 second pause] Your heartbeat stays even. [7 second pause] Your voice stays steady. [8 second pause] Your hands stay still. [10 second pause] Because you are the table in that room. [9 second pause] Solid. [7 second pause] Unmovable. [8 second pause] Already there before they arrived. [12 second pause] When pressure comes — and it will come — you feel it land on you the way rain lands on stone. [9 second pause] It touches you. [7 second pause] And then it runs off. [10 second pause] You are not cold. You are not arrogant. [8 second pause] You are warm, professional, and completely grounded. [9 second pause] And from that groundedness, you simply say: "That's our number. I stand behind it." [11 second pause] And you mean it. [10 second pause] Every quarter you have watched deals stall at the finish line, and you have stepped in and filled that silence with a concession you didn't need to make. [9 second pause] That pattern ends now. [10 second pause] Your unconscious mind is rewriting the script. [8 second pause] The new script says: the discomfort of holding your number lasts seconds. [7 second pause] The cost of caving lasts a quarter. [9 second pause] You choose the seconds. [11 second pause] You choose to hold. [12 second pause] And when you hold, you discover something remarkable. [9 second pause] The other person often moves. [8 second pause] Not always. [7 second pause] But often. [10 second pause] Because they were testing you. [8 second pause] And now they know you cannot be moved. [12 second pause] That reputation — the reputation of someone who holds their number calmly — is worth more than any single discount you could ever give. [10 second pause] And it starts this Friday. [9 second pause]

I want you to see Friday now. [8 second pause] The contract call is open. [7 second pause] You can see the screen, or hear the voices on the line, or feel the familiar weight of the moment arriving. [9 second pause] The number is on the table. [8 second pause] Your number. [9 second pause] And the other side pauses. [7 second pause] Maybe they push back. [7 second pause] Maybe they say it's too high. [8 second pause] And you notice something different this time. [9 second pause] Your body doesn't lurch. [8 second pause] Your mind doesn't scramble for a way out. [10 second pause] Instead, you feel that stillness — the same stillness you feel right now — settle into your chest. [9 second pause] You take one easy breath. [7 second pause] And you say, calmly and clearly: "I understand. That's our number, and I'm confident in the value we bring." [11 second pause] And then you wait. [15 second pause] You are comfortable in the silence. [12 second pause] The silence is working for you. [13 second pause] Now move forward in time. [8 second pause] The call ends. [7 second pause] You held. [8 second pause] Whether the deal closes today or next week, you held. [9 second pause] And you feel something you haven't felt at the end of a quarter close before. [8 second pause] You feel clean. [7 second pause] Intact. [8 second pause] Like someone who knows their worth and proved it to themselves. [11 second pause] Now move even further forward. [8 second pause] Quarter after quarter, this is who you are now. [9 second pause] The one who holds. [8 second pause] The one who doesn't flinch at the finish line. [9 second pause] The one whose numbers mean something — because everyone on the other side of the table knows you don't move them without a reason. [12 second pause] That's you. [10 second pause] That has always been you. [9 second pause] And now your unconscious mind knows it too. [12 second pause]

In a moment, I'm going to count from one to five, and with each number you'll return fully and comfortably to waking awareness. [7 second pause] You'll bring everything with you — the stillness, the certainty, the knowing that your number is right. [8 second pause] One. [6 second pause] Beginning to return. [7 second pause] A gentle awareness of the room around you. [8 second pause] Two. [6 second pause] Your body waking up, feeling rested and alert. [7 second pause] Three. [6 second pause] Halfway back now. [7 second pause] Mind clear. [6 second pause] Focused. [7 second pause] Ready. [8 second pause] Four. [6 second pause] Almost fully back. [7 second pause] Take a deeper breath in. [5 second pause] And let it out. [7 second pause] Five. [5 second pause] Eyes open. [5 second pause] Fully awake, fully alert, feeling grounded and strong. [6 second pause]

Take a moment to notice how you feel right now. [8 second pause] That steadiness in your chest. [7 second pause] That quiet confidence behind your eyes. [8 second pause] That is not a performance. [7 second pause] That is you, operating from your real foundation. [9 second pause] Before Friday's call, you might find it useful to return to this session — even once — to reinforce everything your unconscious mind has already accepted today. [8 second pause] But know this: even one listen is enough to begin the shift. [9 second pause] The next time you feel the urge to fill a negotiation silence with a concession, you'll remember the table in that room. [8 second pause] Heavy. [6 second pause] Solid. [7 second pause] Already there. [9 second pause] That's you. [8 second pause] Go close your deal. [6 second pause] At your number. [8 second pause]
