Drawn to Her Feet

Before we begin, make sure you are lying down comfortably in your bed. [3 second pause] Let your arms rest naturally at your sides, or gently on your lap, whichever feels most natural to you. [3 second pause] Your eyes can close now, or in just a moment as you feel ready. [3 second pause] This session is designed to carry you all the way into deep, restful sleep, so there is no need to stay alert or wake yourself up at the end. [3 second pause] Simply allow yourself to drift. [3 second pause] During this session, you may notice a gentle, rhythmic movement, a slow and soothing motion, up and down, that helps deepen your relaxation and focus. [3 second pause] This is completely natural and part of the process. [3 second pause] You may also notice your body becoming pleasantly aroused as the session deepens. [3 second pause] This is safe, private, and entirely intended. [3 second pause] Everything that happens in this session is for your pleasure and your growth. [3 second pause] There is nothing to do but listen, feel, and allow. [3 second pause] Let your eyes close now, and let us begin.

Bring your attention to this present moment. [Long pause] Notice what you can hear right now. [Long pause] The quiet around you. [Long pause] The softness of where you are lying. [Long pause] Notice what you can feel. [Long pause] The weight of your body sinking into the bed beneath you. [Long pause] The temperature of the air against your skin. [Long pause] Just noticing. [Long pause] No need to change anything. [Long pause] You are already here. [Long pause] Already beginning to slow down. [Long pause] And now, without any effort at all, begin to notice your breath. [Long pause] Not controlling it. [Long pause] Just watching it. [Long pause] In. [Long pause] And out. [Long pause] Each breath a little slower than the last. [Long pause] Each exhale releasing just a little more tension from your body. [Long pause] You are already beginning to go somewhere else. [Long pause] Somewhere quieter. [Long pause] Somewhere warmer. [Long pause] And as you settle deeper into this moment, begin to move your hand, slowly, gently, up and down. [Long pause] Just a soft, easy rhythm. [Long pause] Up and down. [Long pause] And with every pass of that motion, you feel yourself relaxing more deeply. [Long pause] More completely. [Long pause] Up and down. [Long pause] That is right. [Long pause] You are doing this perfectly.

Let your mind drift now to a warm, private room. [Long pause] A room that is yours alone. [Long pause] Soft light, just enough to see by. [Long pause] The kind of light that makes everything feel golden and close. [Long pause] And in this room, you are lying back, completely at ease. [Long pause] And your girlfriend is here with you. [Long pause] She is close. [Long pause] You can feel her presence, warm and familiar. [Long pause] And your attention, naturally, effortlessly, begins to move toward her feet. [Long pause] You notice them as if for the first time. [Long pause] The shape of them. [Long pause] The soft curves. [Long pause] The delicate lines. [Long pause] And something stirs inside you. [Long pause] A warmth. [Long pause] A pull. [Long pause] A quiet, growing fascination that feels completely natural. [Long pause] This is yours. [Long pause] This feeling belongs to you. [Long pause] And as you look, as you notice, the motion continues. [Long pause] Up and down. [Long pause] Gentle and steady. [Long pause] And the warmth inside you deepens with every pass.

Now I want you to go even deeper. [Long pause] Let your body become heavier. [Long pause] As if gravity itself is drawing you down, down, down into the bed. [Long pause] And the motion continues. [Long pause] Up and down. [Long pause] A little faster now. [Long pause] Up and down faster. [Long pause] Feel how that rhythm begins to match your heartbeat. [Long pause] Steady. [Long pause] Warm. [Long pause] Alive. [Long pause] With every movement, you go ten times deeper into this beautiful, relaxed, focused state. [Long pause] Ten. [Long pause] Sinking. [Long pause] Nine. [Long pause] Deeper. [Long pause] Eight. [Long pause] Heavier. [Long pause] Seven. [Long pause] Warmer. [Long pause] Six. [Long pause] More relaxed than you have ever felt. [Long pause] Five. [Long pause] Halfway there, and already so deep. [Long pause] Four. [Long pause] The room around you fades. [Long pause] Three. [Long pause] Only her. [Long pause] Only this feeling. [Long pause] Two. [Long pause] Almost there. [Long pause] One. [Long pause] Completely and deeply relaxed. [Long pause] And the motion continues. [Long pause] Up and down faster. [Long pause] That is right. [Long pause] Just like that.

And now, in this deep and open state, your unconscious mind receives what I am about to say with ease and with joy. [Long pause] You are someone who is naturally drawn to your girlfriend's feet. [Long pause] This is a part of who you are. [Long pause] A beautiful, private, intimate part of your desire. [Long pause] And it grows stronger with every session. [Long pause] Every time you see her feet, something inside you lights up. [Long pause] A spark of excitement. [Long pause] A rush of warmth. [Long pause] A deep and genuine wanting. [Long pause] You find yourself thinking about her feet. [Long pause] Noticing them. [Long pause] Drawn to them. [Long pause] The sight of them fills you with a quiet, building arousal that feels completely right. [Long pause] And the motion continues. [Long pause] Up and down faster. [Long pause] Feel that rhythm in your body now. [Long pause] Feel how it connects to the image of her feet. [Long pause] The shape of them. [Long pause] The softness of her skin. [Long pause] You want to touch them. [Long pause] To hold them in your hands. [Long pause] To feel them against your skin. [Long pause] And the thought of her feet in your mouth, the warmth, the closeness, the intimacy of that, sends a wave of pleasure through your entire body. [Long pause] This is something you love. [Long pause] Something you crave. [Long pause] Something that arouses you deeply and completely. [Long pause] And every time you are with her, every time you are near her feet, this feeling returns. [Long pause] Stronger. [Long pause] More natural. [Long pause] More yours. [Long pause] You obsess over her feet in the most beautiful way. [Long pause] They are a source of pleasure for you. [Long pause] A source of connection. [Long pause] A source of deep, genuine desire. [Long pause] And the motion continues. [Long pause] Up and down faster. [Long pause] Feel the arousal building now. [Long pause] Warm and steady. [Long pause] Rising with every breath. [Long pause] You want her feet on you. [Long pause] You want to feel them against your chest, your face, your lips. [Long pause] The thought alone is enough to make your body respond. [Long pause] This is your desire. [Long pause] It is real. [Long pause] It is growing. [Long pause] And it is exactly right for you.

Imagine now, a moment soon to come. [Long pause] You are with her. [Long pause] Relaxed, close, comfortable. [Long pause] And you notice her feet. [Long pause] And that familiar warmth moves through you instantly. [Long pause] That pull. [Long pause] That wanting. [Long pause] It feels effortless. [Long pause] Natural. [Long pause] Like breathing. [Long pause] You reach for her feet without hesitation. [Long pause] And as you touch them, as you feel the softness of her skin beneath your hands, the arousal deepens. [Long pause] It is easy. [Long pause] It is pleasurable. [Long pause] It is something you love doing. [Long pause] And she responds to your touch, and you feel that connection between you deepen. [Long pause] This is intimacy. [Long pause] This is desire. [Long pause] This is yours. [Long pause] And in another moment, perhaps tonight, perhaps another night, you feel her feet against your lips. [Long pause] And the pleasure of that is complete. [Long pause] Overwhelming in the best possible way. [Long pause] Your body responds fully. [Long pause] Your mind is clear and present. [Long pause] And you know, without any doubt, that this is something you love. [Long pause] Something you will always love. [Long pause] Something that grows stronger and more natural every single day.

And now, as these feelings settle deep into every part of you, let the motion slow. [Long pause] Slower now. [Long pause] Gentler. [Long pause] Up and down, slower and slower. [Long pause] And with each slowing movement, you drift deeper. [Long pause] Deeper into sleep. [Long pause] The images softening now. [Long pause] The warmth remaining. [Long pause] That feeling of desire, of arousal, of deep and natural wanting, it stays with you. [Long pause] Carried gently into your dreams. [Long pause] And your body grows heavier. [Long pause] Your breath slower. [Long pause] Your mind quieter. [Long pause] There is nothing to do now. [Long pause] Nowhere to go. [Long pause] Just this warmth. [Long pause] Just this softness. [Long pause] Just sleep. [Long pause]

Let every thought dissolve now. [Long pause] Like clouds drifting across a dark and peaceful sky. [Long pause] There is only the quiet. [Long pause] Only the warmth. [Long pause] Only the gentle pull of sleep. [Long pause] And somewhere in that quiet, the feeling remains. [Long pause] That deep, natural desire. [Long pause] Settled into you now. [Long pause] Part of you. [Long pause] And you sleep. [Long pause]
