Welcome to this transformative hypnotherapy session. Before we begin, please ensure you're in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for the next 30 minutes. You may either sit comfortably in a supportive chair with your feet flat on the floor, or lie down on your back. Place your hands comfortably at your sides or resting on your lap. Keep your eyes open for now, as I'll guide you when to close them. This session is designed to be deeply relaxing and safe. If at any point you need to become fully alert, you can easily do so by counting from 1 to 5. Now, take a moment to adjust your position until you feel perfectly comfortable. [5 second pause]

I'm going to guide you into a beautiful state of hypnosis now. [4 second pause] Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And as you exhale, allow your eyes to close gently. [5 second pause] That's right. [4 second pause] With each breath you take, you're already beginning to enter a peaceful trance state. [5 second pause] Your unconscious mind knows exactly how to do this. [4 second pause] You can feel the natural heaviness in your eyelids, making them want to remain closed. [6 second pause] And as you continue breathing naturally and easily, you can allow my voice to guide you deeper and deeper into this relaxed state. [8 second pause]

Imagine yourself in a space of pure, pristine consciousness. [5 second pause] A space where physical form begins to dissolve into pure light. [6 second pause] All around you, there is a soft, gentle radiance. [5 second pause] This light is not harsh or bright, but rather a peaceful, encompassing glow that feels familiar and safe. [8 second pause] You can sense this light beginning to interact with your physical form. [6 second pause] It's as if your body is becoming translucent, allowing this beautiful light to flow through you. [10 second pause]

Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter with each breath. [6 second pause] The boundaries between your physical form and the light around you are starting to blur. [8 second pause] Your arms and legs feel weightless, dissolving into pure energy. [10 second pause] This dissolution continues, spreading through your entire body. In this state of pure light consciousness, you are completely safe and at peace. [8 second pause] You are experiencing the truth that you are not separate from the light, but are the light itself. [10 second pause] You are connected to all that is, was, and will be. [12 second pause] This state of enlightened awareness is always available to you. Imagine yourself in the future, easily accessing this state of light consciousness. [8 second pause] See yourself moving through your daily life, carrying this inner light with you. [10 second pause] Feel how this connection to pure consciousness enhances every aspect of your experience. [12 second pause] Know that you can return to this state of enlightened awareness whenever you wish. [10 second pause]

Now, gradually begin to feel a gentle return to physical awareness. [8 second pause] The light remains within you as you slowly reconnect with your body. [10 second pause] Take a deep breath, feeling life energy flowing through you. [8 second pause] When you're ready, begin to move your fingers and toes. [6 second pause] Feeling refreshed and peaceful, open your eyes and return to full waking consciousness. [5 second pause]
