Investor Pitch Confidence Hypnosis II | Listen 14 Days Before Events

Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you mentally rehearse and absolutely nail your upcoming investor pitch. [3 second pause] Before we begin, let's get you set up properly. [3 second pause] Find a comfortable position — either sitting upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting gently on your lap, or lying down if you prefer. [3 second pause] If you're sitting, allow your back to be supported, and let your shoulders drop away from your ears. [3 second pause] You can begin with your eyes open for just a moment as I speak to you, and then when I invite you to, you'll close them and allow yourself to drift into a deeply focused, receptive state of mind. [3 second pause] This session uses a technique called progressive relaxation combined with vivid mental rehearsal. [3 second pause] That simply means we'll guide your body into a state of deep physical calm, and then your mind will remain alert and engaged as we walk through your pitch — not just imagining it, but experiencing it at a neurological level, as though it is already happening perfectly. [3 second pause] Research shows that mental rehearsal in a relaxed, focused state activates the same neural pathways as the real experience, so every moment you spend in this session is genuine preparation. [3 second pause] There is nothing you need to do or figure out. [3 second pause] Simply allow my voice to guide you. [3 second pause] If your mind wanders, that is completely fine — just gently return your attention to my words. [3 second pause] This session is for your benefit and your benefit alone. [3 second pause] You are safe, you are in control, and you can open your eyes at any time you choose. [3 second pause] Now, let's begin.

Take a comfortable breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And let it go slowly through your mouth. [5 second pause] Good. And again, breathing in. [4 second pause] And releasing. [6 second pause] Now, go ahead and close your eyes. [4 second pause] That's right. [5 second pause] With your eyes closed, I want you to become aware of the weight of your body. [6 second pause] The weight of your hands resting on your lap. [5 second pause] The weight of your legs, heavy and still. [6 second pause] The weight of your head, gently supported. [7 second pause] And as you notice that weight, you might begin to notice that a quiet stillness is already settling in. [6 second pause] Not forced. Not manufactured. [5 second pause] Just naturally arriving, the way evening arrives after a long and productive day. [7 second pause] Now I'd like you to bring your attention to the top of your head. [5 second pause] And as I speak, imagine a warm, golden wave of relaxation beginning there. [6 second pause] Spreading slowly down across your forehead. [6 second pause] Smoothing out any tension between your brows. [7 second pause] Relaxing the muscles around your eyes. [6 second pause] Your jaw softening now. [5 second pause] Your tongue resting gently at the bottom of your mouth. [7 second pause] That warm wave continues down through your neck. [6 second pause] Across your shoulders. [7 second pause] Down through your arms. [6 second pause] Into your hands. [7 second pause] And your fingers. [8 second pause] Feel it moving through your chest now. [6 second pause] Each breath you take carries you a little deeper. [7 second pause] Down through your stomach. [6 second pause] Your lower back releasing. [7 second pause] Down through your hips. [6 second pause] Your thighs becoming heavy and warm. [7 second pause] Down through your knees. [6 second pause] Your calves. [7 second pause] Your ankles. [6 second pause] And all the way down to the soles of your feet. [8 second pause] Your whole body now, deeply relaxed. [7 second pause] Heavy and still. [8 second pause] And your mind, clear and open. [9 second pause] That's right. [8 second pause]

In this beautifully relaxed state, I'd like to take you somewhere. [6 second pause] Imagine that you are standing in a quiet room. [7 second pause] It might be a green room backstage, or a calm corridor just outside a boardroom. [7 second pause] Wherever feels right for you. [6 second pause] The lighting is warm and steady. [6 second pause] The air is still. [7 second pause] And in this moment, there is no rush. [6 second pause] No pressure. [7 second pause] Just you, grounded and centered, preparing for something important. [8 second pause] Notice how you are standing. [6 second pause] Your feet planted firmly on the floor. [6 second pause] Your spine tall. [7 second pause] Your shoulders back and open. [7 second pause] This is the posture of someone who knows exactly what they are about to do. [8 second pause] And as you stand there, you become aware of something inside your chest. [6 second pause] A quiet but unmistakable sense of readiness. [7 second pause] Not the frantic energy of nerves, but something steadier. [8 second pause] A deep, settled knowing that you have prepared for this. And now, from this place of deep inner calm, I want to speak directly to the part of you that has been carrying the memory of those past pitches where momentum slipped away. [7 second pause] Breathing steadily. [6 second pause] Standing tall. [7 second pause] Ready. [10 second pause] Now see yourself in the room, mid-pitch. [7 second pause] You are in full flow. [7 second pause] The words are coming easily. [7 second pause] The investors are engaged. [8 second pause] You can feel the energy of the room and you are directing it. [9 second pause] There is no lost momentum here. [7 second pause] There is only forward motion. [8 second pause] Slide after slide, point after point, your pitch builds and builds. [10 second pause] And now see yourself at the close. [7 second pause] You land your final words with clarity and conviction. [8 second pause] You look out at the room with genuine confidence. [7 second pause] And you feel it — that quiet inner knowing that you gave everything you had, and it was exactly enough. [6 second pause] Almost there. [6 second pause] Becoming aware of the sounds around you. [6 second pause] Your fingers and toes beginning to move gently. [7 second pause] And five. [5 second pause] Eyes open, fully awake, fully alert, and feeling absolutely ready. [5 second pause] Welcome back. [5 second pause]

Take a moment to just sit with how you feel right now. [6 second pause] That confidence, that clarity, that sense of readiness — it is yours. [6 second pause] It belongs to you.
