Begin by taking a slow, gentle breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And release it gradually through your mouth. [5 second pause] With each breath, allow your body to find its natural rhythm. [4 second pause] Now, bring your attention to your toes. [4 second pause] Notice any tension there, and as you exhale, let that tension melt away. [5 second pause] Moving to your feet and ankles, feel them becoming heavy and relaxed. [5 second pause] Up through your calves and knees, releasing any holding or tightness. [5 second pause] Your thighs become heavy and comfortable. [5 second pause] The relaxation flows into your hips and lower back. [5 second pause] Your entire torso softens and releases. [6 second pause] Through your chest and shoulders, feeling any tension dissolving. [5 second pause] Down your arms to your fingertips, becoming more and more relaxed. [5 second pause] Your neck and throat soften and release. [5 second pause] Your jaw relaxes, letting your tongue float free from the roof of your mouth. [5 second pause] All the muscles in your face become smooth and soft. [6 second pause]

You find yourself at the edge of a pristine ocean. [5 second pause] The water is crystal clear, invitingly warm, and perfectly safe. [5 second pause] As you step into the water, you notice it has a magical quality - you can breathe easily and naturally underwater. [6 second pause] With each step, you descend deeper into the peaceful ocean depths. [5 second pause] The water supports you completely, holding you in its gentle embrace. [6 second pause] Rays of sunlight filter through the water, creating a beautiful, dancing light show above you. [5 second pause] The deeper you go, the more peaceful you feel.
