Before we begin, make sure you are lying down in your bed, or wherever you plan to sleep tonight. Let your arms rest naturally at your sides, or gently folded over your stomach — whichever feels most comfortable. You do not need to do anything with your hands except let them be still. Let your legs be uncrossed and loose. If you are wearing anything uncomfortable, take a moment now to adjust before we begin. Tonight's session is designed to do something quite specific and rather wonderful. As you drift toward sleep, your mind is going to quietly rehearse each of your three investor calls — not with stress or effort, but with a deep, settled confidence. You will not be asked to think hard or stay awake. In fact, the opposite. The suggestions in this session are designed to work gently beneath the surface, the way your mind naturally rehearses and processes during sleep. You do not need to consciously remember anything.
