If you wear contact lenses, please remove them. You may either sit comfortably or lie down, keeping your spine aligned. Remember, you're always in control and can open your eyes at any time. This is a safe space for positive change. [5 second pause]

Take a deep, comfortable breath in through your nose. [4 second pause] And as you exhale, allow your body to settle. [4 second pause] Place your attention on your right arm. [4 second pause] Notice how it feels resting there. [4 second pause] Imagine a gentle force of energy, like a warm balloon, beginning to lift your right arm. [5 second pause] This energy might feel like warmth, or tingling, or lightness. [5 second pause] Your arm may begin to feel lighter and lighter. [6 second pause] Perhaps your fingers start to float first. [5 second pause] Or maybe your whole arm wants to lift at once. [6 second pause] There's no right or wrong way. [4 second pause] Just notice these sensations of lightness. [8 second pause] As your arm continues to float upward, you may drift deeper into relaxation. [6 second pause] When your arm reaches a comfortable height, it can stay there, floating. [8 second pause] And with each breath, you can drift twice as deep. [6 second pause] Now, your arm can gently lower back down, bringing you into an even deeper state of relaxation. [10 second pause]

You find yourself in a moment of perfect success. [5 second pause] This is a time when everything aligned perfectly. [6 second pause] The conversation flowed naturally.
