Before we begin, let me set the scene for you. Find a position where your body feels completely supported, whether that is lying flat on your back, or seated with your spine gently upright and your hands resting naturally on your thighs or at your sides. Whatever feels most comfortable to you right now is exactly right. You do not need to do anything with your eyes just yet. Simply let them soften and, when you feel ready, allow them to close. In this session I am going to guide you into a deeply focused state of mind using a storytelling approach. That means I will be weaving a narrative, and inside that narrative there are messages and suggestions that speak directly to your unconscious mind. You do not need to analyse the story or figure anything out. Your job is simply to listen, and let the words wash over you the way a piece of music does.
