Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. [3 second pause] Rest your hands gently on your lap or by your sides. [3 second pause] We are going to begin by bringing awareness to the present moment. [3 second pause] You do not need to do anything other than listen to your breath and observe your thoughts. [3 second pause] You are safe, and you are ready to let go of the resistance that is blocking your creativity.

Bring your attention to this present moment. Notice what you can hear, feel, and sense right now. [5 second pause] You are already ready for this. [4 second pause] Your mind is already beginning to focus on my voice. [5 second pause] You can feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation. [6 second pause] You know that you don't have to force anything. [5 second pause] Just let your eyes close. [4 second pause] And allow your breathing to slow down naturally. [6 second pause]

Imagine a beautiful, peaceful garden in your mind's eye. This is a place where ideas grow freely and easily. [6 second pause] Walk through the gate and notice the colors and the textures around you. The air feels light and refreshing. In the center of this garden, you see a large, ancient tree. This tree represents the boundless source of your creativity. Its branches stretch high into the sky, full of inspiration.

Ten. [5 second pause] Sinking deeper and deeper into this peaceful state. [4 second pause] Feel yourself drifting down, down, down. [3 second pause] Nine. [5 second pause] Two. [3 second pause] So deep, so comfortable, so completely at peace. [4 second pause] One. [5 second pause] Fully relaxed, deeply hypnotized, ready to access your infinite creative potential.

Look at the tree and notice how the branches sway in the breeze. Each leaf represents a new idea waiting to be written. Imagine a gentle stream of water flowing beneath the tree. This water is the flow of language. You are standing by the stream. You don't need to swim upstream. You simply allow the water to carry you. As you sit by the stream, you notice the words flowing like water. They come effortlessly. You are the observer of this flow. You are the writer, and the words are your companions. You can trust this flow. You can trust your unconscious mind to provide the perfect words at the perfect time.

Now, imagine yourself sitting at your desk tomorrow. You feel a sense of calm and readiness. You open your document and begin to type. The words flow onto the screen with ease. You feel a spark of inspiration. You write with confidence and joy. You know that the block is gone. It is replaced by a limitless ocean of possibility. You are free to create.
