Confident Connections (Session 3)

Welcome back. [2 second pause] It's wonderful to have you here again, continuing this journey that you've already so courageously begun. [2 second pause] Find a comfortable position now, either sitting or lying down, whichever feels most natural and right for your body in this moment. [3 second pause] Allow your hands to rest gently at your sides or softly on your lap, letting them simply be still. [2 second pause] And your eyes... you may allow them to remain open or gently closed, whichever feels most comfortable as we ease into this experience together. [3 second pause] There's something quite remarkable about returning to this work. [2 second pause] You see, the very fact that you are here again speaks volumes about your commitment to yourself, to your growth, and to the positive changes you are creating in your life. [2 second pause] That kind of dedication is something truly worth acknowledging. [3 second pause] Think of it this way. [2 second pause] When a skilled craftsperson works on something beautiful, they don't complete it all in one sitting. [2 second pause] They return to it, layer by layer, each time adding more depth, more refinement, more beauty. [2 second pause] And with each return, their hands know a little more, their intuition guides them a little better, and the work becomes richer and more meaningful than it ever could have been in a single session. [3 second pause] That is precisely what is happening for you right now. [3 second pause] In your last session, you laid down important foundations within your mind and body. [2 second pause] Your unconscious mind has been quietly working ever since, integrating, processing, and preparing for exactly this moment. [2 second pause] You may have noticed subtle shifts already, perhaps in the way you think about certain things, or in how you feel in moments that used to feel challenging. [2 second pause] Or perhaps those changes have been quietly working beneath the surface, like roots growing deeper before the flower begins to bloom. [3 second pause] Either way, the work has been happening, and it continues now. [3 second pause] Before we begin, I want to take a moment to remind you of a few important things. [2 second pause] This is your experience, entirely your own. [2 second pause] You are always in complete control, and at any point, if you need to return to full waking awareness, you can do so simply and easily. [2 second pause] Hypnosis is a natural state, one you've already experienced and navigated beautifully, so there is nothing here to fear or resist. [3 second pause] Simply allow yourself to be guided, knowing that your mind will only accept what is right and beneficial for you. [3 second pause] If at any point during our session you feel any discomfort, you are always free to gently shift your position or bring yourself back to full awareness. [2 second pause] Your wellbeing is always the priority here. [3 second pause] Now, as you settle in more deeply with each breath, [2 second pause] I want you to know that today we are going to build beautifully upon everything you've already created. Bring your attention to this present moment. [5 second pause] Notice what you can hear, feel, and sense right now. [6 second pause] The sounds around you, perhaps distant or near. [5 second pause] The feeling of your body resting where it is. [5 second pause] And as you've been practicing since our last session, simply observe without needing to change anything. [6 second pause] You've already begun this journey. [4 second pause] You've already started to notice those old patterns of fear and anxiety, and you've discovered that they're just thoughts, just sensations passing through. [6 second pause] Building on what you've learned, let your awareness expand now. [5 second pause] Notice your breath. [4 second pause] Not controlling it, just noticing its natural rhythm. [6 second pause] And as you observe your breathing, you might remember that feeling of calm confidence you touched into during your last session. [6 second pause] It's still there. [4 second pause] It's always been there. [5 second pause] And now you can allow your eyes to close if they haven't already, letting that familiar sense of peaceful awareness deepen. [8 second pause]

As you continue to settle into this moment, remember that safe, calm space you discovered before. [6 second pause] That inner sanctuary where you feel completely at ease, completely yourself. [7 second pause] Perhaps you can see it more clearly now than you did before. [5 second pause] The details becoming richer, more vivid. [6 second pause] This place has been with you always, and you've been visiting it more often, haven't you? [6 second pause] Noticing how it feels to be completely free of concern about what others think. [7 second pause] Free from the old stories that used to hold you back. [6 second pause] In this space, you are simply you. [5 second pause] Confident. [4 second pause] At ease. [4 second pause] Present. [6 second pause] And as you rest here, you realize that this feeling isn't something you need to create. [6 second pause] It's something you reveal. [5 second pause] Like clouds parting to show the sky that was always there. [8 second pause]

And now, building on the beautiful foundation you've already established, allow yourself to go so much deeper. [6 second pause] Deeper than you thought possible. [5 second pause] Every word I speak, every breath you take, carrying you further and further into this exquisite state of profound relaxation. [8 second pause] I want you to imagine now that you find yourself standing at the top of a magnificent staircase. [6 second pause] A beautiful, sweeping staircase, perhaps made of rich, warm wood, or cool, smooth marble... whatever feels most welcoming to you. [7 second pause] The light here is soft and golden, falling gently around you like the warmth of a late afternoon sun. [6 second pause] And as you look down this staircase, you can see that it leads to a place of absolute peace... absolute safety... absolute stillness. [8 second pause] A place that exists just for you. [6 second pause] There are ten steps leading down to that beautiful place below. [5 second pause] And with every single step you take, you will find yourself going twice as deep... twice as relaxed... twice as wonderfully at ease. [7 second pause] Your unconscious mind already knows the way. [5 second pause] It has been waiting for you here. [8 second pause] Ten. [4 second pause] Place your hand gently on the banister now, feeling its solidity beneath your fingers. [5 second pause] Take that first step down, and feel a wave of deep, heavy relaxation beginning to move through the soles of your feet... spreading upward through your ankles... your calves... melting every muscle it touches. [9 second pause] Nine. [4 second pause] That wave of relaxation continues to rise... moving through your knees... your thighs... your hips... every muscle releasing, letting go completely. [7 second pause] Notice how much heavier your body feels with each step downward. [6 second pause] Pleasantly, beautifully heavy. [8 second pause] Eight. [4 second pause] Each breath you take now is slower... deeper... more nourishing. [6 second pause] And as you breathe out, you release any last traces of tension... any last remnants of the outside world... drifting away like leaves carried gently on a slow, quiet river. [9 second pause] Seven. [4 second pause] That wonderful heaviness continues to move upward through your abdomen... your chest... your back... all those muscles along your spine softening and releasing, vertebra by vertebra. [7 second pause] You are so deeply relaxed now. [5 second pause] More present, more peaceful than you were just moments ago. [8 second pause] Six. [4 second pause] Halfway down this beautiful staircase now. [5 second pause] And as you reach this midpoint, you might notice something extraordinary happening. [6 second pause] A profound sense of peace... expanding outward from the very center of your being. [6 second pause] Like ripples moving across a perfectly still lake. [5 second pause] Touching every part of you. [8 second pause] Your shoulders melting downward. [5 second pause] Your jaw releasing. [5 second pause] Even the tiny muscles around your eyes becoming perfectly, beautifully still. [9 second pause] Five. [4 second pause] Going deeper still. [5 second pause] The relaxation now flowing up through your neck... your throat... the back of your head... spreading across your scalp like a gentle, warm wave. [7 second pause] Your mind becoming quieter... softer... more still with every passing moment. [8 second pause] Thoughts, if they arise, simply floating by like clouds across a wide open sky. [6 second pause] You don't need to hold onto any of them. [8 second pause] Four. [4 second pause] Your unconscious mind is fully engaged now, deeply receptive, beautifully open. [6 second pause] It has set aside everything that isn't needed here, and it is ready... so completely ready... to continue this important and meaningful work. [7 second pause] You are safe. [4 second pause] You are held. [4 second pause] You are exactly where you need to be. [9 second pause] Three. [4 second pause] Sinking deeper now with every heartbeat. [5 second pause] With every gentle rise and fall of your chest. [5 second pause] Imagine that the air itself around you is soft and warm and fragrant... perhaps carrying the faint scent of something that brings you peace. [7 second pause] Fresh pine, or ocean air, or warm rain on summer earth. [6 second pause] Breathe it in deeply. [10 second pause] And let it carry you even further down. [8 second pause] Two. [4 second pause] Almost there now. [5 second pause] You can sense that beautiful place below you, that sanctuary of stillness and peace, drawing you gently toward it. [7 second pause] Your whole body now... completely and utterly relaxed. [5 second pause] Your mind... quiet and clear as a mountain pool. [6 second pause] Your breathing... slow and easy and perfect. [9 second pause] One. [5 second pause] Step down now into that beautiful place. [6 second pause] Deeper than you have ever been before. [6 second pause] Deeper than you imagined you could go. [6 second pause] A thousand times more relaxed... more open... more wonderfully, peacefully still. [8 second pause] This is your place. [5 second pause] And here, in this exquisite depth of calm, your unconscious mind hears everything... understands everything... and is ready to receive everything that follows with absolute openness and trust. [12 second pause]

And in this deep state of awareness, you can begin to see those old fears differently. [7 second pause] As you've been discovering, fear of rejection is just a story your mind used to tell. [7 second pause] But you've been rewriting that story, haven't you? [6 second pause] Every day since our last session, your unconscious mind has been processing, integrating, transforming. [7 second pause] And now you can see that rejection isn't really about you at all. [6 second pause] When someone says no, they're simply expressing their own preferences, their own journey, their own timing. [7 second pause] It has nothing to do with your worth. [6 second pause] Nothing to do with your value as a man. [7 second pause] You've been learning this. [5 second pause] And now you can feel it at the deepest level. [8 second pause] Imagine that old fear as a small object in your hand. [6 second pause] You can look at it. [5 second pause] See how small it really is. [6 second pause] See how it was trying to protect you, but you don't need that protection anymore. [7 second pause] And with a gentle breath, you can let it go. [8 second pause] Watch it dissolve, drift away, disappearing completely. [8 second pause] And in its place, a warm, golden light. [6 second pause] Confidence. [5 second pause] Ease. [5 second pause] Natural, authentic presence. [7 second pause] This is who you really are. [6 second pause] A man who approaches life, and women, with genuine curiosity and calm assurance. [8 second pause] Not because you need something from them. [6 second pause] But because you have something to offer. [7 second pause] Your presence. [5 second pause] Your attention. [5 second pause] Your authentic self. [10 second pause]

And now, let's step into a future scene together. [6 second pause] See yourself walking through your day, perhaps somewhere you normally go. [7 second pause] And you notice someone who catches your attention. [6 second pause] A woman you'd like to meet. [6 second pause] In the past, there might have been hesitation. [6 second pause] But now, notice what happens. [7 second pause] There's just a natural curiosity. [5 second pause] A calm openness. [6 second pause] You simply walk over. [5 second pause] No elaborate plan. [5 second pause] No rehearsed lines. [6 second pause] Just you, being present, being genuine. [7 second pause] Watch yourself in this scene, approaching with ease. [7 second pause] Notice your posture. [5 second pause] Relaxed but engaged. [6 second pause] Notice your voice. [5 second pause] Warm and natural. [6 second pause] And notice how good it feels to be free. [7 second pause] Free from the old anxiety. [6 second pause] Free from needing a specific outcome. [7 second pause] You're simply there, connecting, curious about who she is. [8 second pause] And if the conversation flows, wonderful. [6 second pause] You find yourself naturally suggesting you continue it another time. [7 second pause] Maybe exchanging numbers. [6 second pause] It feels easy. [5 second pause] Natural. [5 second pause] Like it's always been this way. [8 second pause] And if the conversation doesn't go anywhere, that's fine too. [7 second pause] You walk away feeling good about yourself. [6 second pause] Because you showed up. [5 second pause] You were authentic. [5 second pause] You took action. [7 second pause] That's what confident men do. [6 second pause] And that's who you are now. [10 second pause]

And now, as this session comes to a close, know that the work continues. [6 second pause] Your unconscious mind will keep processing, keep integrating these changes. [7 second pause] Each day, you'll find yourself more at ease, more confident, more yourself. [7 second pause] In a moment, I'll count from one to five. [5 second pause] And when I reach five, you'll open your eyes, feeling fully present, fully alert, and better than before. [7 second pause] One. [5 second pause] Beginning to return to the room around you. [5 second pause] Two. [5 second pause] Feeling energy flowing through your body. [5 second pause] Three. [5 second pause] Becoming more alert, more aware. [5 second pause] Four. [5 second pause] Eyes beginning to flutter, ready to open. [5 second pause] Five. [5 second pause] Eyes open, fully present, fully alert, feeling confident and at ease. [6 second pause]

You've done powerful work today. [5 second pause] Building on your previous session, you've gone even deeper into that natural state of confidence and ease. [6 second pause] Remember, every time you notice yourself feeling calm and confident around women, you're reinforcing these changes. [7 second pause] Every approach you make, no matter the outcome, strengthens your new way of being. [6 second pause] You are becoming the man who approaches with ease, connects authentically, and creates romantic opportunities naturally.
