Equity Negotiation Confidence Hypnosis | Listen 14 Days Before Events

Before we begin, let's set you up properly. [3 second pause] Find a comfortable position, either sitting upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting naturally on your thighs, or lying down if that feels better for you. [3 second pause] You don't need to do anything with your eyes just yet. [3 second pause] Keep them open for now as I speak to you, and when I invite you to close them, you'll know it's time. [3 second pause] There's nothing you need to prepare, no outcome you need to force. [3 second pause] This session is not about rehearsing arguments or building a case. [3 second pause] It's about something quieter and more powerful than that: helping you reconnect with the part of you that already knows your value, already knows what you've built, and already knows how to speak from that place without defensiveness or doubt. [3 second pause] You'll hear me guide you through a story, and as the story unfolds, your mind will naturally begin to settle. [3 second pause] Some of what I say will land consciously, and some of it will work at a deeper level. [3 second pause] Both are fine. [2 second pause] Both are exactly right. [2 second pause] There is nothing you need to do except listen and allow. [3 second pause] If your mind wanders, that's completely normal. [3 second pause] Just gently let your attention drift back to my voice whenever you notice it has gone. [3 second pause] This is a safe space. [2 second pause] You are in complete control at all times. [3 second pause] If at any point you need to return to full waking awareness, you can simply open your eyes and you'll be back. [3 second pause] Now, let your hands rest gently, take one easy breath, and when you're ready, let your eyes close softly.

Your eyes are already wanting to close, aren't they. [5 second pause] You can feel it, that slight heaviness behind them, that quiet pull downward. [6 second pause] Don't let them close yet. [4 second pause] Not quite yet. [5 second pause] Just notice that feeling. The wanting. The readiness. [7 second pause] Now press your palms gently together in front of you, just for a moment. [5 second pause] Feel how they meet, how the warmth builds between them. [6 second pause] Notice how they seem to want to stay together, as if there's a gentle magnetic pull between them. [7 second pause] That pull you're feeling right now, that's your unconscious mind already responding. [6 second pause] Already cooperating. [5 second pause] Already moving in the direction of trance. [7 second pause] Now let your hands separate and rest back down. [5 second pause] And now, let your eyes close. [8 second pause] That's right. [7 second pause] Feel the relief of that. [8 second pause] The world behind your eyelids is dark and soft and completely yours. [9 second pause] And with every breath you take from this moment forward, you are going deeper. [8 second pause] Not asleep. Not unconscious. Simply more inward. [7 second pause] More present with yourself than you have been all day. [9 second pause]

Let me tell you a story about a journey that begins right where you are now. [7 second pause] There is a founder, a builder, someone who has poured something real into the world. [6 second pause] And this person, one evening before a pivotal conversation, finds themselves at the edge of a forest. [8 second pause] Not a dark forest. Not a threatening one. [5 second pause] A quiet one. [6 second pause] The kind where the light filters down through the canopy in long golden shafts, and the air carries the smell of earth and pine and something older than memory. [9 second pause] This person has been here before, in spirit if not in body. [6 second pause] Because every person who has ever built something true knows this forest. [7 second pause] It is the place you arrive at when the noise of the world falls away and only the essential things remain. [9 second pause] And as this person steps onto the path, they notice something. [6 second pause] The ground beneath their feet is solid. [7 second pause] Not hard. Not rigid. Solid. [6 second pause] The kind of solid that comes from deep roots, from layers of compressed time, from earth that has held things far heavier than one person's doubt. [9 second pause] With every step, they feel that solidity rising up through the soles of their feet. [8 second pause] Into the ankles. [7 second pause] Into the legs. [8 second pause] A quiet, steady confidence that doesn't announce itself. [7 second pause] It simply is. [10 second pause]

The path winds gently, and with each step deeper into the forest, the outside world grows quieter. [8 second pause] The mental chatter, the rehearsed arguments, the what-ifs and the defensive loops, they're still there at the edge of the treeline, but they are far away now. [9 second pause] Faint. [6 second pause] Distant. [8 second pause] Like traffic heard from inside a room where the windows are closed. [10 second pause] And the further you walk, the less important that noise becomes. [9 second pause] Because you are going deeper now. [7 second pause] Deeper into the part of yourself that doesn't need to defend anything. [8 second pause] Ten steps down this path. [6 second pause] Ten. [9 second pause] Feeling the ground beneath you. [8 second pause] Nine. [9 second pause] The air here is cooler, cleaner. [8 second pause] Eight. [9 second pause] Each breath filling you with something steady. [8 second pause] Seven. [10 second pause] Deeper into the forest. Deeper into yourself. [9 second pause] Six. [10 second pause] The light shifts here. It is softer. More golden. [9 second pause] Five. [10 second pause] Halfway. And already so much more settled. [9 second pause] Four. [10 second pause] The path opens slightly here, and ahead you can see a clearing. [8 second pause] Three. [10 second pause] Almost there. [9 second pause] Two. [10 second pause] One more step. [8 second pause] One. [12 second pause] And you step into the clearing. [15 second pause]

In the center of this clearing stands something unexpected. [8 second pause] A tree. [6 second pause] Ancient, wide-trunked, with bark like the surface of a map. [7 second pause] And carved into that bark, not by vandals but by time itself, are marks. [8 second pause] Each one a record of something that was built. [7 second pause] Something that was risked. [6 second pause] Something that was made real by someone who showed up, day after day, and did the work. [9 second pause] You walk toward it and you place your hand against the bark. [8 second pause] And in that moment, something transfers. [7 second pause] Not information. [6 second pause] Not strategy. [7 second pause] Something older than that. [9 second pause] A knowing. [10 second pause] The knowing that your contribution is not a negotiating position. [8 second pause] It is a fact. [9 second pause] The hours you have given. The problems you have solved that no one else saw coming. [8 second pause] The decisions you made in the dark when there was no roadmap. [9 second pause] The weight you have carried quietly, competently, without fanfare. [10 second pause] These are not things you need to argue for. [8 second pause] They are things you simply know. [9 second pause] And when you know something at this depth, in your bones, in the steady ground beneath your feet, you do not need to defend it. [10 second pause] You only need to speak it. [12 second pause] Notice how different that feels. [9 second pause] The difference between defending and simply stating. [8 second pause] Between bracing and simply standing. [10 second pause] A person who is grounded in their worth does not arrive at a conversation with their fists up. [8 second pause] They arrive with their shoulders back and their voice even. [9 second pause] They say what is true and they let it land. [10 second pause] And you are that person. [9 second pause] You have always been that person. [8 second pause] This forest, this tree, this moment, they are not giving you something new. [7 second pause] They are returning to you something you already had. [12 second pause] Let that settle in now. [15 second pause] The defensive rehearsal, the looping, the imagined arguments, they were never the preparation. [9 second pause] They were the fear talking. [8 second pause] And fear, when you meet it here in this clearing, in this stillness, simply loses its grip. [10 second pause] It doesn't disappear. It just becomes small. [9 second pause] Manageable. [8 second pause] Like a voice in the back of the room that you can acknowledge and then gently set aside. [12 second pause] Because the real preparation is this. [8 second pause] Knowing who you are before you walk in. [9 second pause] Knowing what you've built before anyone asks you to justify it. [8 second pause] Knowing that clarity is more powerful than cleverness. [9 second pause] And that the most persuasive thing you can bring to any conversation is the quiet certainty of someone who is not performing their worth but simply living it. [15 second pause]

Now let your mind drift forward. [8 second pause] It is Tuesday morning. [7 second pause] You wake up and there is something different in the quality of the day. [8 second pause] Not louder. Quieter. [7 second pause] You move through your morning and the old loop, the rehearsed arguments, the defensive bracing, they try to start up. [8 second pause] And you notice them. [6 second pause] You see them for what they are. [7 second pause] Fear wearing the costume of preparation. [9 second pause] And you let them pass. [8 second pause] The way you let clouds pass when you are standing on solid ground. [10 second pause] You arrive at the conversation. [7 second pause] And something in your body remembers this forest. [8 second pause] Remembers the ground. [7 second pause] Remembers the tree and the knowing that moved through your hand when you touched it. [9 second pause] You sit down and you feel it. [7 second pause] That steadiness. [8 second pause] Not arrogance. Not aggression. [7 second pause] Just the quiet, unshakeable certainty of someone who knows what they have contributed and is simply here to have a fair conversation about it. [10 second pause] You speak and your voice is even. [8 second pause] You listen and your mind is clear. [9 second pause] When something is said that might once have triggered the defensive loop, you feel a brief flicker, and then the ground beneath you holds. [8 second pause] And you respond from that ground. [9 second pause] From that knowing. [10 second pause] The conversation unfolds and you are present for all of it. [8 second pause] Not performing. Not bracing. [7 second pause] Just there. [9 second pause] Clear-eyed and grounded and entirely yourself. [12 second pause] And when it is over, whatever the outcome, you walk away knowing you showed up as the version of yourself that you most wanted to be in that room. [10 second pause] That is the real win. [8 second pause] And it is already yours. [15 second pause]

In a moment I'm going to count from one to five, and as I count, you'll gently return to full waking awareness. [6 second pause] You'll bring everything from this clearing with you. [7 second pause] The steadiness. The knowing. The quiet certainty that is now woven into you at a level deeper than thought. [8 second pause] One. [6 second pause] Beginning to come back now. Awareness gently returning to the room around you. [7 second pause] Two. [6 second pause] Feeling your body, the weight of it, the warmth of it, the aliveness in your hands and your face. [7 second pause] Three. [6 second pause] A little more alert now. The mind brightening like a screen coming back to life. [7 second pause] Four. [6 second pause] Almost fully back. Taking a deeper breath if you like, letting it fill you with energy and clarity. [7 second pause] Five. [5 second pause] Eyes open when you're ready. Fully awake, fully present, and carrying everything you need into Tuesday. [6 second pause]

Take a moment before you move. [7 second pause] Just notice how you feel right now. [8 second pause] That quality of settledness, that's not something that will disappear when you close this session. [7 second pause] It lives in you now, available whenever you need it. [8 second pause] Before Tuesday, you might find it useful to simply place your hand flat against any surface, a table, a wall, the ground itself, and let yourself feel that solidity again. [8 second pause] Let it remind you of the tree. Of the clearing. Of what you already know about your own worth. [9 second pause] You have built something real. You have shown up for it consistently. [7 second pause] That is not a negotiating position. That is simply the truth. [8 second pause] Go into that conversation as the person who knows it. [7 second pause] Take good care of yourself between now and then. [6 second pause] And trust the version of you that showed up here tonight. [5 second pause] That version is more than ready. [6 second pause]
