Before we begin, let me tell you a little about what you'll experience tonight, so nothing takes you by surprise. [3 second pause] You'll also be invited to use something called an Energy Conversion Box — a simple mental image of a container where you can place any tension, worry, or restlessness, so your mind can let it go for tonight. [3 second pause] And you'll be surrounded by a Resonant Energy Balloon — a warm, protective field of light that holds you safely as you drift. [3 second pause] Now, for your physical setup. [3 second pause] Please lie down in the most comfortable position you can find — on your back if possible, with your arms resting gently at your sides, palms facing upward or downward, whichever feels natural. Begin by taking a deep, resonant breath in through your nose. [5 second pause] And as you exhale, allow a gentle hum to vibrate softly through your chest, your throat, your whole body. [6 second pause] Feel that vibration. [7 second pause] It is the sound of your nervous system beginning to settle. [8 second pause] Take another slow breath in. [5 second pause] And as you breathe out, hum again — softly, gently — feeling the resonance move through you like a warm wave. [7 second pause] That's right. Now I want you to imagine, in your mind's eye, a simple box. [7 second pause] It can be any size, any material — wood, stone, light itself. [8 second pause] This is your Energy Conversion Box. And now we begin the journey downward. [8 second pause] I am going to guide you through the Focus Levels — each one a deeper layer of rest, a deeper layer of release. [9 second pause] We begin at Focus 10. [8 second pause] Body asleep. [7 second pause] Mind gently aware. [9 second pause] Feel your body now as if it is becoming very, very heavy. [10 second pause] As if it is sinking slowly into the earth beneath you. [10 second pause] Your feet are heavy. [8 second pause] Your legs are heavy. [9 second pause] Your hips and lower back are releasing, softening, melting into the surface below. [10 second pause] Your arms are heavy. [8 second pause] Your hands are heavy. [9 second pause] Your chest rises and falls with each slow breath, and with each exhale, you go a little deeper. [11 second pause] This is Focus 10. [9 second pause] Your body is asleep. [10 second pause] And now we move deeper. [9 second pause] Focus 12. [8 second pause] A place of expanded awareness. [9 second pause] At this level, the boundaries of your body begin to soften. [10 second pause] You are less aware of where you end and the air begins. [10 second pause] You are simply... here. [12 second pause] Floating. [10 second pause] Drifting. [11 second pause] The tension that was in your body has nowhere left to hold on. [10 second pause] It is dissolving now. [9 second pause] Like morning frost in sunlight. [8 second pause] Your jaw, unclenched, heavy, dropping slightly. [10 second pause] Your throat, open and easy. [9 second pause] Your shoulders — those great holders of the world's weight — finally, finally letting go. [11 second pause] Your upper arms. [8 second pause] Your elbows. [7 second pause] Your forearms. [7 second pause] Your wrists. [7 second pause] Your hands. [8 second pause] Every finger. [9 second pause] Releasing. [10 second pause] Your chest, expanding gently with each breath, and releasing completely with each exhale. [11 second pause] Your belly, soft and rising and falling in its own slow rhythm. [10 second pause] Your lower back, sinking deeper into the surface beneath you. [11 second pause] Your hips. [8 second pause] Your thighs. [8 second pause] Heavy and still. [9 second pause] Your knees. [7 second pause] Your calves. [8 second pause] Your ankles. [8 second pause] Your heels. [8 second pause] The soles of your feet. [9 second pause] And your toes. [10 second pause] Every single part of you, from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes, is now releasing. [12 second pause] Letting go. [12 second pause] And we go deeper still. [10 second pause] Focus 15. [9 second pause] Pure stillness. [12 second pause] At this level, there is no effort. [10 second pause] There is no doing. [10 second pause] There is only being. And as you rest here in this deep, still place, your body continues to do its work. [12 second pause] Every cell in your body knows how to rest. [11 second pause] Every muscle knows how to release. [12 second pause] And tonight, they are all doing exactly that. [13 second pause] You don't have to try to relax. [10 second pause] You are already relaxed. [12 second pause] Deeply.
